Project is handed over. Amazing view and front of metro station. Very close to Dubai EXPO 2020 location and ibn battuta mall.

Stayed here for 6 months and below are the pros and consPROS-right next to the metro station, all you have to do is step out from the metro station, walk for a couple of minutes and enter the building-is chiller free and has free gym and 2 pools (1 more kids and 1 more adults)-the rooms are well maintained with huge windows, balconies and furniture-the rent is definitely high but luxury cannot be affordableCONS-you WILL NOT GET BACK YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY WILL MAKE REASONS TO HOLD BACK YOUR DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU FORGET ABOUT IT AND STOP PESTERING THEM ANYMORE-no grocery stores or hotels nearby. You will have to travel all the way to Ibn Batuta mall or Festival Plaza for shopping and dining purposes

The project is a residential building and is under Construction where the MEP is being done by MAC Electromechanical Engineering. Good location at the main street and just beside the metro station.. should be a great place to live once executed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartments here. The flat was very comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a lot of comfort during the hot weather. The rooms were spacious and bright, which made the atmosphere of the house pleasant. The building also has a swimming pool, which is great for refreshing after work.There is a small but very convenient store near the entrance of the building, where you can easily find daily necessities. The subway station is just 12 meters away, which makes commuting very easy. Despite all these amenities, the rent is also reasonable, which makes this place a great choice.I was lucky that my office was also in the same area, so getting to the office was very easy and fast. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, convenient, and budget-friendly accommodation.
