I got 1 year rental contract, so far I’m very happy with the building. Big size apartments and at good price. The Staff if very helpful. So far the only issue I can point is the entrance or pick up and drop off area which was not designed for big cars I guess. Other than that I think the building and common areas are good. Loving the place -
