    Very Nice apartment but I call it home. Pet friendly, nice outdoor spaces. I lived here for a year in 2022 and I have to say Damac has the best homes.

    As an owner of a unit in Ghalia , It’s a wonderful luxury unit with a great view and facilities. Most praise and thanks to the building Manager Ms. MAHA , She makes our lives easier and better with her attitude and professionalism and dedication with devotion to every soul in Ghalia from tenant to owners and also her staff .Keep up and thanks ms.     Quality residence and excellent hotel apartment choice for long/short term stay. Nice and quiet area. Nearby bus stop.

    I am writing this review to highlight the considerable improvement of building management, maintenance and day to day operation. Thank you Ms Maha (Buidling Manager) for the great work for setting up a high standard and quality in resolving all issues mainly maintanace, management responsivness and cleaness and hygine especially the elimination of cockroaches. Keep the good work.

    I personally love it here. I moved in last week.Pros: Great facilities, 24/7 gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and lovely lights. Great security team, very helpful and friendly. The rooms feel like hotel rooms, which is a pro and a con (Good because its comfortable and luxurious but lacks space to put away many things in the Studio i am staying in). I am a gamer and it was easy to set up my PC. The du internet in the building is very solid and fast. Supermarket in a short walking distance,Cons: When you move in you will need to wash everything due to the dust. The paint is nice but cheap (easily scratched), some rooms have the telephone connection in the bathroom (illogical). If you take a bath the drainage will need to be drained slowly or the bathroom will flood. I cant stress how much you will need to clean the apartment. I moved in after my landlord paid for a company to clean, yet i had to wash everything, clean the floor and pretty much everything else. The gym needs towels and wipes for the equipment.Recommendations: go for a 1 bedroom if you want space, but if you dont have many things a studio would be perfect.Please NOTE.... you need to ask your landlord to wash the carpet pillow and beddings. IT IS EXTREMELY DUSTY.

    Stayed here for 1 year. Very nicely furnished and clean apartments. Pet friendly, security is 24/7 AC is good. No maintenance issues
