Really nice place to stay for a week, I had a 2 room apartment on the 51st floor with avesome view, close to marina shops and restaurants. Clean outdoor pool, indoor spa has two saunas and hot jacuzzi, fitness and game room. Podium floors are well maintained and cleaned, however higher floors were dirty. Cleaning service should consider this as a thing to be improved.

I can say at upon one week of my stay here, that this is a fantastic and convenient and well secured place to stay here in Dubai. With the stunning views, modern design and great amenities and with the shops around the place I will really recommend this place . Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Damac Heights at Dubai Marina offers stunning night views of the marina, proximity to JBR Beach, and Dubai Marina Walk. A 3-day stay revealed plenty of food options and its convenient location near Media City. Amazing experience!

I rented a one-bedroom apartment here in January for nearly 180K AED, and honestly, its one of the best places to live in Dubai. The community is great, the building is well-maintained, and the area is perfect for singles or couples. I really like the vibes here—definitely a 5-star experience!

Stayed in this apartment last year between March-April 2022. We booked a 1BR apt with sea view balcony. The room is clean & cosy when we arrived. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, cookware, dishwashing liquids, hand sanitizers and oven-top stove. The pool is huge, the water is nice and warm. The view of the balcony at night is spectacular. Parking is free. The building is close to the supermarket, JBR walk, Dubai Marina and JBR beach.

Wow what a lovely and beautiful place world no 1 love to come here aging and again ………….Great place to live among skyscrapers and open views of marina ….. if a day this one the one best and big skyscraper 🏙️ love this experience now I wish if I go next deftly take open views please… see you soon .. it’s not far away from marina mall and DMCC metro station 🚉 if you’re marina must visit you’ll love it

DAMAC Heights is just phenomenal with such great architecture and great views 360 degrees around with a lot of amenities. And so close to everything like JBR beach and the Marina and the Palm that leads to Atlantis and so much more. I would definitely recommend DAMAC Heights.

This tower has seen a lot of changes to its name from 2011 when it was launched. But what has come to stay is DAMAC Heights or the DAMAC Residence. 86 storey tall, it offers a variety of 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom apartments. If you know the twisting tower in Marina called the Cayan tower, then you know DAMAC heights as they are side by side. And soon to be ciel hotel; the world’s tallest hotel would be completed next to this tower

Can’t be happier to live here. I’ve been in Dubai for over 20 years and this is by far the best place I’ve lived in. I bought a flat in this building and the sea view is unlike anything else. It’s luxurious and the new improved management is perfect and answers all your concerns and issues. The security, staff, reception, and call center are all very helpful and professional. The facilities are AMAZING and unlike anything else I’ve seen in a residential building. They have a proper cinema, sauna, spa, gym and kids playroom. The place is also really convenient since it’s right at Marina Walk which is known to be a tourist attraction. 5 stars :)

It’s a very nice place to live. There are some issues with maintenance, however the amenities at podium 5 are very good. I think just a quite place to work or study is missing such as library, as the lounge area is busy and sometimes noisy. Their BBQ parties for residents or kids outdoor cinema sessions are brilliant!!!

Quiet and nice place. But the construction not yet completed. Still not yet open for clients.Its near the Walk. Currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

The building is good. But, When u asking internet service provider for this building then RECEPTION will recommend u Etisalat is good condition and they will give u brochure with contact point. If u contact to him, u can experience how terrible customer service
