    Awesome skyscrapers.. very busy area in the heart of the business Bay area in Bay Square. Very close to the canal view. Stunning views in the evening and night time. Providing better service and good customer experience. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible parking available. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible entrance available.

    Been a resident at this building for 4 years and I would say excellent job keeping the residents safe, I would like to especially commend the security team And Receptionist headed by Mr Ishtiaq in properly screening visitors to the building.If you are not doing anything against the rules of the building, or the laws of Dubai, there is nothing to complain about as they are properly doing their job.Once again, thank you for keeping us safe

    Very nice location and good establishment. Its about 10 min walk to Dubai mall.they have Sauna, steam room, gym, pool and etc.

    Excellent location.A beautiful building from the inside is a five-star hotel level،As for my experience with the team, working from security and reception,The Security’s staff doesnt object if the apartment papers are complete at the reception :)Because of the excellent protection system for the Residences, and thats good for all..Some reception staff need training.And the rest is excellent

    Great nice building but i had an issue with the security,And i notice many of the resident have same issue ,i called building managment they were so helpful then the security run after me to appologize !!so any one face any issue with security or any one work in the building or reciption better to call and you will get your right back .

    Very good stay. Thanks to Aboud who made our stay very pleasant ✨The view of the construction sites is disturbing. Balcony which is not of much use since the noise of the work is very present. However, the room is well soundproofed 👍🏼 Lights in the pool in the evening would have been appreciated, it was the only thing missing. Quality / price top 10/10👍🏼 I recommend

    Everything is beautiful. Note that if the insurance payment of 1000 through the network is not returned to you directly after you leave, it will be returned to you within a maximum period of 14 days. It is best to pay the insurance in cash. Now, for two days now, the amount has not been recovered. They are supposed to explain to the customer that there is also a note about cleaning the apartment. You must give you a company number to contact them and they will come and clean the apartment on your account. A new addition dated 9/14/1441. To date, the security deposit has not been recovered from the other. It is a scam. All you have to do is escape to another place. You are in Dubai. The options are many for me. For four months, the amount has not been returned for information and information. My regards to you.

    One of the most beautiful apartments I have lived in in Dubai, from the reception, farewell, and cleanliness of the apartment, complete with all the tools you could need in your home, and a security deposit. I gave them cash and it was fully refunded upon checkout.
