    We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a big living room with kitchenette.The service is very good! Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Apartment was very clean when we came and was cleaned every day. A lot of choice at breakfast. Rooftop swimming pool is great. Conveniently located, close to the Mall of the Emirates.Simply put: we loved our stay!

    An ideal choice for leisure travellers! Great loco for shoppers and so close to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the rooftop pool and gym area are amazing.

    Our stay for 1 night was superb! The facility is lovely. The staffs are courteous and always wearing their beautiful smiles as they greet their guests. I love the outside view which is infront of mall of emirates. I hope to come back again!!!

    Amazing hotel apartment, clean and very close to mall of the emirates. The service is excellent from reception, room service, to the restaurant. I want to thank the reception team for their good and professional service amazing feedback.     Awesome welcome and hospitality of the staff.Rooms got all facilities.Staff is very caring to individuals needs.Loved the food too.. so yummy!!It was our first marriage anniversary and they did so much to make our day.. upgraded our room for free and gave superb gifts.. so happy from their service.

    We live here long-term on a monthly basis in a 1 bedroom apartment which is very bright and spacious, we get our apartment cleaned 3 x per week which includes bed change and fresh towels The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a 5 min walk from the Mall of the Emirates plus there are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.

    Hi time dunes team members.I am staying in Room no 704. Your services are great full. Some time some cases are delaying its ok not a problem. breakfast is delicious and staffs are serving food with very cheerful. Expecially that girl dipali is very cheerful and helpful she greeted daily with lovely smile.i am having excellent service and support My day starts with a nice feeling ,i have one suggestion that pls change menu weakly add non veg also ,I want to bring my family here ... and thank you Time Dunes..👍

    We had stay at dunes hotel , the breakfast was amazing equivalent to any of the best hotel in Dubai , Nice taste of indian food specially south indian was yummy..and special thanks to MISS DIPALI who attend my family nicely in restaurant with sunshine smile ..i am happy to suggest this restaurant to my family ,thank you so much DIPALI .     Hi This is the second trip over there Dubai and have the chance to select Dunes.The staff is so helpful and warming especially Mr Zahid. Though I made Internet booking but he made all my trip especiall thanks to him and the other staff Amit and Anita.The food is very good at the restaurant especially the prathas and masala teaThe Emirates Mall is just few yards from the hotel. All other attractions are near, local markets food chains and especially the mosque its just in front of the hotel.Hotel has his shuttle for the JBR and the Mall of Dubai to go over easily.Over all the rooms are big and clean. The housekeeping team even cleans up the used dishes at your appartment.Its worth to stay there...the pool is very nice kids can have fun has small jacquice😊So anyone from Pakistan and other countries will enjoy the location.

    Awesome stay at Dunes Al barsha, the 1bhk was excellent with good customer care and wid cleaners to maintain the room regularly , it was much pleasant stay which was memorable with family .Kudos to the management maintained by Faisal much appreciated indeed.

    The hotel apartments were really good.... The hotel management including Siraj, Nazrul, Shraddha, Mohammad, Chico, the housekeeping staff were very cooperative, Arun the lifeguard and gym keeper was very friendly..... In general the whole staff at Times Dunes was a family friendly oriented staff and being in Dubai for the first time, it was a memorable stay and i plan on coming back here whenever my next trip to Dubai will be

    I went first time on 10 august 2019 in Time Dunes restaurant with my friends .I got good and tasty food there specially kofta grill and kunafa restaurant staff dipali gave us a nice service during this time she suggest us nice with a lovely smile...i will regularly go there with my friends.     In terms of location, it is very excellent, as it is very close to the Emirates Mall and also close to Sheikh Zayed Road. In terms of rooms, there are two types of rooms, small and large. The large rooms are very spacious and can accommodate a good number of companions, but the drawback of the room that was booked was that the bed was uncomfortable. There is also ground parking. In terms of price, it is good compared to other hotels

    Its only drawback is old furniture, as well as the lack of insulation, and this is the nature of all hotel apartments, but the cleanliness (and that was only as soon as I called the reception to clean the apartment, and the cleaner began knocking on the door if I wanted to clean), the smell of the corridors and the Internet, and the speed of the reception’s response to calls, and their service and cooperation were very, very excellent, and the parking lots are two floors and spacious, so that their price is a little more than the rest of the apartments, in exchange for these services.
