    Best place to live for families in Dubai Muhaisnah Fourth area in terms of location and easy access to schools. Property Manager, Security and Maintenance Staff all are very helpful and accessible. I am living here since 2021 and definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

    Very good apartment to stay with family. I really enjoyed being here with my family. There is a restaurant below this hotel which is famous for charcoal chicken. Loved the food there. The restaurant name is Shater restaurant which is very famous for charcoal items. The soup which they give here on arrival is very tasty. The delivery is also quick of this restaurant. Loved their customer service.

    Its a really nice hotel apartment which is maintained really well and clean. The staff have been really helpful, polite and always with a smile.The apartments are furnished with pretty much everything you need and makes you feel like you are staying at home. Overall its good value for money as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel

    Fully furnished apartment with good facilities like washing machine, cooking range, microwave oven, ironing box for clothes, TV, refrigerator. Etc. Very close to shopping malls, good restaurants. The hotel is also having restaurants. Fitness centre with good facilities and Swimming pool also available. Great place to stay.

    I loved the soup which is hot and sour chicken soup and they have verity of grill chicken,I tried verity flavour which is combination of black pepper and green chilli.you can try juices and shawarma also it’s good.its good place for a family. Well maintained neat and clean.

    They provide hotel service for 2 weeks and so and the prices are very good for the stay. There is a really good tea shop downstairs and also a supermarket, a restuarant. They provide excellent room service.

    Heard from other that they have a good quality appartment hotels. I personally had been here to join the gym. The gym and the swimming pool here is not very crowded and they have a good gym couch too. But its very expensive for the area

    Apartment in Muhaisnah area with reasonable rate and at a convenient location. During normal traffic can reach airport in max of 15 minutes. However during extreme traffic situations and days its unpredictable. Overall a good apartment

    I stayed there for couple of times when i visit Dubai, actually its a good place to stay, and nearby Sharjah, as you can walk couple hundreds of meters and get taxi from Front of sahara center, also you can get the green line metro stadium station, just youll be inside the city of dubai in a few minutes

    Dunes Hotel Apartment is located in the Muhaisnah area and near the Dubai Ambulance Services office. In its ground floor so many shops are there. Restaurant, cafteria, stitching center, mini mart, karate teaching centre, bicycle shop and some other shops also you can find out in same building. It is easily accessible from the main road.
