I stayed at Elite Business Bay, and overall, the building is good and well-maintained. The room was small but thoughtfully stocked with essentials like water, tissues, and other basic items. They even included some snacks, which was a nice touch. However, the absence of a clothes hanger was inconvenient. I mentioned this to the owner, but unfortunately, it was never delivered.The surrounding area felt dull, with not much to do or explore nearby. Another issue was with the building gates—they never open, so taxis have to drop you off and pick you up on the main road, which can be frustrating. While the stay had its positives, these inconveniences did impact the overall experience.

Ive had a great experience at Elite Business Bay Residence. The apartments are modern and spacious, with amazing views of the Dubai skyline. The gym, pool, and security make life comfortable, and the management team is super helpful. Plus, the location is perfect—just minutes from Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Definitely a great place to live!

Good Airbnb stay. We booked 1 RK apartment which had all the amenities right from utensils for cooking to fridge to washing machine. Only thing missing was drinking water and Dental kit.

Ive purchased a few units in the Business bay District and Im happy to say that Elite Business Bay Residence has been one of the best investments. The location is unbeatable, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Good furnishings, a pleasant view of the canal from the window and huge balconies on which the sun only falls until 12am.But, alas, a week ago construction began right under the windows, so for the next six months you will not be able to open the window during the day.Keep in mind that the noise level from construction is very high and sometimes they work even on Sunday.
