The rooms are incredibly spacious, perfect for families, and come equipped with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the breakfast option at the nearby Grand Hyatt Hotel, which added great convenience and quality to our mornings, so I highly suggest choosing breakfast option.Nice pool area!Overall, it is a very comfortable and family-friendly place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Massive apartment, with very spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The city view from the 21st floor was phenomenal. The hotel’s location is great; it has a small convenience store at the entrance, Vox cinema within walking distance, and is a short drive from most attractions and shopping destinations.My only criticism is the weird smell on the sheets and plumbing. Other than that, I highly recommend for families and will definitely be back.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was massive and comfortable. Breakfast was provided at the hotel and it gets crowded quickly. Location was very convenient as it was only a 5 min walk to get the metro green line.

We booked and paid for one bedroom, but nice guy of reception moved us to a big two bedroom, balecause of my 11 years old son and this is very good effect on me.Coffee shop prices are reasonable and we can use all facilities of the main hotel such as pool and ....I will come again.

Not the Hotel but the Residences... no matter.. good room tariff... obliging staff .. humourous.. professional... beautiful location 25 mins to the Burj and Mall.. clean and tidy...hugely spacious... we appreciated the generous upgrade... cavernous apartment... definitely worth a revisit...

Grand Hyatt Dubai Residence is a nice place to be. Wonderful location, spacious rooms and clean environment. Unlike other residences, they clean your rooms everyday, give drinking water daily, and change the towels and other toiletries.We had booked the apartment from 30th November to 12 December 2023. I was the first member of the team to arrive on the 30th of November at about 5:30am. I would not be checked in that time as I was told the check in starts by 2pm. The receptionist however told me to go hang in the lounge of the main hotel and come back by 9am to be checked in. I did as she said and came back to be checked in by 9am.On the last day of our stay, some of our team members had gone out and were not back before 12:00 noon when we were supposed to check out. Exactly 12 noon, our keys were deactivated. We had to beg to be given a little time for our team members to come back and pack their things from the rooms and they obliged.Our experience here was splendid but we observed that Grand Hyatte value each minute of their time and are not ready to allow a client get away with so much of their minutes. Their politeness with you changes immediately the moment your money expires.By and large, it is a nice facility to stay at.

Excellent apartment stay hotel. Clean, best quality furniture, very comfortable. We got free upgrade from 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. Massive rooms in comparison with hotel standards. Excellent view of creek and creek park as requested. Check in and check out was seamless without any hassle whatsoever. Can definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful experience with my family! we got to enjoy their pool especially the 24hrs indoor one. too bad sauna closes so early.. free room upgraded! so lucky of us got.. staffs are all very helpful. the hotel outdoor pool is amazing compare to other 5 stars hotel weve been to.. thank you GRAND HYATT!!! Job well done...

We stayed multiple times and I liked the stay every single time. The rooms are mildly above average in terms of size and equipment - but the service is fast and polite. The check in can get busy, but I cannot complain - the time was still within the acceptable range and the receptionist was extremely helpful.The garden and swimming pools are definitely a major plus of this hotel - there are multiple options for kids - thus not too many kids in the adults area which I appreciated. The garden is huge and relaxing with birds and calming feeling to it.Another major plus are the restaurants in the hotel. They are among the best ratio of price/quality I have as of now seen in Dubai. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great - huge variety and as mentioned, decent price. The Panini restaurant has a great bakery and price-wise is the cheap option to eat in the hotel, but in terms of quality I think it is a delicious bistro comparable with higher end cafes and bistros in Marina or JBR, but for about 60% of the price.The Andiamo is a really good Italian restaurant - price is mid-range, but quality is high standard. And the serve real prosciutto!!!!The Pool Bar is a decent specimen of its kind. Ask for offers on food and drinks combos.I have not tried the other restaurants in the hotel yet, but I definitely will - in the hope that what I described re price/quality is true for them too.Last but not least, the hotel has a spa offer or pool and spa offer - which enables you to leverage the relaxing infrastructure (incl. Indoor pool) for a whole day. No beach of course, but really solid option with high capacity and high quality and cleanliness standards.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was fabulous. The grounds are amazing and the fitness facility are beautiful. The Awtar restaurant was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay

We loved the choice of many restaurants. The outdoor pool area was large and very green but somewhat disturbed by adjacent subway line. A lot of staff but many just walking in the corridor saying Good Morning, Good afternoon an so on. Those who really were working were not always helpful. Business center was very small and could have wider choice of newspapers. Appreciated to have Netflix on the TV screen

The residence is attached to the Grand Hyatt Dubai hotel.The building is not new and the apartments are not very luxurious - for example there is only a TV in the living room.However, if you are traveling with a group and everyone should have their own bathroom, this is unbeatably cheap (approx. 75€/night per person, for example a 4 bedroom suite approx. 400 sqm!! and 6 bathrooms for 4 people for 3 nights)The hotel facilities are also used.Super charming for overnight flights. For half the daily price, if you arrive early - 6 a.m. in our case - you can move into the apartment and put your head to bed for 3-4 hours.The residence is located a little outside in the Healthcare City - but a 10-minute walk takes you to the green MetroLine.The breakfast at the Grand Hyatt is really good - incredibly varied and absolutely international (price €36).For a small breakfast you can go to Paninni a la carte.You can have a nightcap in the evening in the hotels Cooz jazz bar, where good live music is played from 10 p.m.

Beautiful as its space and viewIt is very suitable for families due to its multiple roomsBut I wished there were waiting chairs in the reception area below, especially for the elderly.Lets go to the rooms. First, the carpeted corridors in the elevators are old and smellyAs for the rooms, the furniture is old, very old, hahaI wish it would be renewed, even if only slightlyThe hotel has its reputation and memories. Excellent hotel, service is beyond praise. Breakfast and dinner are already included. Perfect cleanliness, and the attitude... Ill give you an example, we returned late, we had takeaway food from the restaurant, we called to find out where we could warm it up, so they brought a microwave to our room at night ❤️

I found the hotel very pleasant, the spacious apartment, with kitchen, laundry room. Two bathrooms, clean and cleaned every day, even the dishes were done.The swimming pools are superb, the children were happy.The park, the greenery was very relaxing.Too bad the noise of the metro, but you quickly get used to it.Everyone was helpful, Free shuttle to the beach, metro and mall 5 minutes walk away, with a Carrefour store.I would definitely go back.

Accommodation is good, but you can also go to the basement to have homemade ice cream (aed12), and there is also a restaurant that is famous for its seafood fried rice and Vietnamese rice noodles. Be sure to try the homemade ice cream. Lemon and mango are delicious.

The hotel apartments are very excellent. The rooms are large, suitable for families. All rooms are master and very comfortable. The hotel is excellent for children because there is a special swimming pool for children and it has games, slides and fountains, and the hotel food is delicious.

Clean and spacious apartments. It is possible to benefit from the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, health club and restaurants. The disadvantage is that the apartment reception is small and isolated from the hotel lobby...the staff are helpful and the place is very comfortable.
