Ive been living at Hera Tower for the past two years, and its been a truly wonderful experience. The building is exceptionally well-maintained—clean, organized, and always welcoming. The front desk and reception staff are courteous, helpful, and professional, making daily interactions smooth and pleasant.But what truly stands out is the security. The team is vigilant, approachable, and always on top of things, giving me a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. Its reassuring to know that the well-being of residents is a top priority here.As a pet parent, I also deeply appreciate how compassionate and accommodating the entire team is towards pets. Its rare to find a place that genuinely feels like home—not just for me, but for my furry friend too.Highly recommend Hear Tower to anyone looking for a secure, pet-friendly, and well-managed place to live!

If you and your family are looking for a place to stay in Sports City, well you need to stay at HERA tower. Why should you do that? Starting with their management, they do believe that the customer is at the heart of everything they do. Best in class service, maintenance and amazing experience. I have searched a lot in Sports city to find a one bedroom appartment, unfortunately I couldn’t find better than HERA tower. You raised the bar too high for others to follow. Amenities are excellent as they have almost fully equipped with their gym, not to forget the outdoor pool and sauna.Staff were above exceptional of professionalismYet friendly and polite that they make you feel at home.The location itself is close to everything like shops and great transportation links to main city.Definitely recommendable for those lwho are looking for short and long term stay.

We purchased an apartment in Hera Tower and were really impressed by the developer’s dedication to maintaining the building. The lobby is bright, clean, and welcoming, with convenient snacks available for purchase. The gym is surprisingly spacious compared to other buildings, offering great facilities. Overall, we believe it’s one of the best buildings in Sports City

I dont understand the bad reviews, I have visited many towers to find short term accommodation and Hera tower was the best. I stayed for 2 months. The staff were always friendly, sorted things out quickly, the tower is well maintained and all communal areas are cleaned daily. The pool is also cleaned on the regular and never saw it looking like some of the reviews show. The gym is all you need, large & good working equipment. Highly recommend staying here if you need to be in Sports City.

My husband and I have been living in this building for the past year and half, we moved from a studio to one bedroom apartment. And not only we’ve seen professionalism, perfect hygiene and luxurious services but also we have seen generousity because we have treated the studio as our home we got our security deposit fully. The building owners are always keen to provide a high quality services and it’s been an amazing experience.

My family and I have been staying at Hera tower for around 4 months and we find that it is peaceful, family friendly, and most of all it is very safe. The amenities are exceptional from the gym to the pool. The terrace is lovely with comfortable outdoor seating and a barbecue as well. There is a lot of thought put into the facilities available to the tenants, courtesy of the lovely owners. We love it here and look forward to making lots of memories here.

I had a vacation in Dubai and we choose Hera Tower to stay in with, because this has a great facilities and good ambiance. The building itself is very welcoming and the interior is beautiful.From Korea to Dubai, the flight was too exhausting. Theres just a conflict with our booking here because at the time they were fully booked. They didnt let us down, they accomodated us in different hotel and then they let us re-checked in again in Hera. I know this is not a good experience to us, but the way how the management handle the situation was really professional.I would like to send my thank you from Korea to Dubai to Hamdi and Trisha from the management team who helped us, all through out the process. We will not forget the both of you. I hope to see you both again, we will come back.-Kim Jun

Thank you hera tower management for being supportive and understanding during the tough time of the heavy rains in UAEBig thanks to all the reception team, and special thanks to Jen for being friendly with a very nice smiley face since the first moment, during the check-in, during our stay, till the checkout process was completed, and Also thanks for recommending apartment no. 1708 which was spacious, and clean.Appreciate all your effort, and acceptance of the very late checkout without additional charge due to the emergency case that we had at that time 👍

I highly reccomend to stay here. Location is very good. No issues to get to the building. Has plenty of parking inside the building. Building is well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Has all nessasary requirements for me and my family. Had an easy payment plan for my comfort. The receptionist Trisha was always approachable and always happy to assist.

Honestly it would be perfect if delivery was allowed, and security was a bit more friendlier with everyone. They need to understand that this is people’s homes and not a corporate building.And regarding the delivery, even if it’s supposed to be considered as hotel apartments, even big well known hotels allow deliveries directly to rooms. So I really hope they would reconsider that decision.Other than that, the building is nice, the gym is superb, the in-house cleaning team is awesome and the units are really nice.So yea, they are literally 2 decisions away from being perfect, and it’s sad that they can’t see it.EDIT::: Delivery is now allowed. And not only that, but they also now have an in-house dining menu available. We’re glad they made these changes and I believe everyone is thrilled.

The building itself is quiet and secure, with 24/7 security and a doorman. A wonderful residential building, with a gym, a beautiful swimming pool, a sauna, a large reception hall with coffee and tea, a wonderful place overlooking the lake, and a bus stop right next to it. The ladies at the reception are respectful and welcome you with a wonderful smile, especially the wonderful Paradise, next to which all services are walkable, in addition to safety because the place is equipped with cameras and security guards around the clock. I recommend it.
