Had an amazing stay! The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room, making the experience even more special. Some staff are rude some are nice. I was expecting that this was a residential but it turns out it’s a hotel vibe “policy”. But over all we enjoyed our night.

My family and I had a good stay for 8 days.. must mention that transportation and metro service to anywhere is very close.. Ilyias at the front desk was very helpful to everyone except one, one guy at the travel desk he was not helpful at all.If you dont take the tour package from him, he wont tell you anything,at least the routes for the destination.bad attitude bro! First time visitors please stay away him. Very rude😡Except for small changes in breakfast, every day is the same food..Recommended...

Thanks to the front office staff and the Manager Mr Rahul very friendly and humble person ,One of the best hotel and residence apartment , the services are like 5 star.Restaurant Mr Abu Bakar and the crews are very approachable and respectful.

A short stay at the hotel was made really comfortable, courtesy the excellent customer service by Arjun at the security and Rinki at the front desk.I wasnt aware where by would I need to park my vehicle, however Arjun walked in straight and assisted me with the valet parking.At the front desk , although my check in was at 3 pm , I reached in quite early and Rinki was kind enough to accommodate my request for an early check in and ensured it was a seamless and quick process despite the long que.Good Job !!!! Keep it up!!!

The most important thing about the location is that the mosque is next to it. Among the hotels specifications are that it has a free open buffet for those who have room cards, ‏valet parking, a swimming pool, Less than 5 km to Dubai International Airport (DXB), etc.
