    Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Staff were lovely and respectful. Breakfast was good and there was a wide range to choose from. The hotel had a pool, gym and spa which was very convenient. The hotel/apartment is wheelchair friendly and accessible. Good value for money.The only issue was the WIFI, it was very slow. Also, there are only 2 receptionists at the apartment, and they were always busy making it hard to ask any questions.Overall, this apartment is good value for money, good location and clean rooms.

    Great hotel . Staff so so good. Absolutely great and helpful. Mona from breakfast restaurant was so good as my wife is gluten free, and she made sure we were looked after. Rooms a little dated but have everything you need. Close to metro so location fantastic. Pool was warm, . That was a little let down, as would be nice to have a larger pool area. But over all great stay.

    We stayed at the two room apartment for 5days. We had very good experience staying at this place. Checking in was a bit long which we do understand verifying information and all. Our room service guys were amazing , cleaning the apartment and restocking the supplies. Their behaviour was welcoming, very kind and respectful.Good thing about this place that it has everything within it like grocery store, ice skating, shopping mall including movie theatre and many more. Amazing place to stay for your vacation.

    Stayed in a 2 room apartment for 7 days. The place is fully equipped. You get a fully equipped kitchen with plates, pans, pots, cutlery etc. Bedroom is spacious and clean. Living room and dining area is huge. Washing machine and iron also available. Great staff and service was great 👍 👌

    Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Large flat, minimarket and ice ring on site. Kind of old place but it worked well for us. Really cost effective for Dubai. metro stop within 5 min. Will definitely consider it for a next trip if they keep their price advantage.

    Good buffet and room service though location was not new dubai but is old dubai. Breakfast menu was repetitive. Rooms had lot of amenities but not much to do with them like u have to buy washing liquid to use washing machine, dishwasher even utensils if you are planning to use them. Only one washroom for 4 members. Staff very friendly. WIFI works great. Mall downstairs very useful. Great idea to have a dep store and medicine store. Food is very costly if you are ordering in room dining.

    The 3 bedroom suite was very nice. The facilities were good and Rohan the lifeguard was extremely helpful and vigilant. Pool area was good but the pool was a little small with a very large deep end.

    I have been here nearly 3 months with my two kids and I am very thankful to be here, surrounded by wonderful people making our stay so nice. I love the easy way to have everything in house, like supermarket, pharmacy and many more. It makes life here very easy. We had some issues with the noises in our room, cause the ceiling is very thin and you can hear moving the chairs above us the same, like you are standing next to it. When I told them about the problem and asking for a proper chair isolation, they ignored it for a few weeks. We had almost no sleep as there is the Helios Restaurant above us which is operating very late and the cleansers are coming very early. Once we gave the feedback to the hotel management and the owner of the apartment, suddenly they took care of the problem. They put the isolation and make some minor changing in the working process, adapting timings… I am very thankful cause at least for our last weeks, we get some sleep. But its still an issue there as they have to do the isolation in all apartments as in lower floors you can still hear all moving chairs from all sides. I hope they will fix it and living there will be even better.The poolboys are amazing! And also now they changed the music after my feedback in the pool areas, from noisy 90th music, coming out of an old loudspeaker and making relaxing impossible, to really nice, cozy background music. Now I guess much more people will sit there and enjoy some food :).Thank you also to HELIOS team, the sweet girls (hopefully coffee maschine is working again), thank you to the Reception and Club staff Ahmed, Heba, Florence and everyone. You are amazing!And a special thank you to housekeeping. OMG they did all the decoration I bought for my moms 70th birthday so nicely in the room and added a sweet birthday cake as well. They put the balloons on the walls and make an incredible birthday surprise from rose leaves on her bed. She was so flashed and started crying! THANK YOU Bakkr, Anji and Verro for making this happen! You are amazing!The chefs, the security staff, the Miko restaurant staff - you are all amazing and you really made our stay so memorable! Lena

    Over all 10 out of 10 ..... Room is spacious and clean. Services are great and if you need some groceries you can just order in the supermarket just dial 0 and they will deliver right there in your doorstep. Location s very accessable. I highly recommend this hotel guys its perfect with your family and friends.

    I stayed in Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence for 5 days and i had a wonderful time .I had booked a standard 2 bedroom apartment . we were 4 adults with an infant and the apartment was sufficient for us .The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with all amenties like electric stove , dishwasher, electric kettle , Fridge , Microwave oven , utensils , Washin machine .The standard 2 bedroom apartment comes with only one WashroomWe stayed in 24th floow and the view was breathtaking .Please note you will have a pay a security deposit of 300AED at the time of checkin. it makes sense since they are renting an entire apartment with all amenties to you .Its better if you pay the 300 AED in cash so that they can return the money to you in cash when you checkout and you can spend that money either for shopping or in duty free at the airport .The breakfast had all options from continental to indian . I really liked the dosa and sambhar there . The masala tea after the breakfast was also good .This was first 5 star hotel expereince and i really enjoyed it .

    I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence Dubai with my family, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. This convenience added a lot of value to our trip, as we didnt have to spend too much time traveling to different places.One of the highlights of our stay was the ice playground, which was a fantastic feature for families with kids. My children absolutely loved it and had a great time playing there. The hotel also has a small mall attached, which was convenient for picking up essentials or enjoying a casual stroll without having to leave the premises. Additionally, the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the amenities and the location. It wasn’t overly expensive, making it a good option for those looking for value.However, the apartment itself was just average. While it was clean and well-maintained, it lacked a certain charm or standout features that would make it memorable. The furnishings and decor were quite basic, and the space felt somewhat dated. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and we would consider staying here again for its convenience and family-friendly amenities.

    It is one of the oldest 5 star hotel in Dubai. The Hyatt hotel is located in the Deira Area of Dubai. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from Gold Souk. The hotel has a wide breakfast options, with wide options for veg Indian foods. Break fast is value for money. The property has Jacuzzi, steam , sauna and a pool for its guest. The gym and spa are well maintained. The only negative part is that its very far from new attractions like Burj Khalifa, JBR and Palm Jummera.

    This location is truly remarkable. The vastness of the property is astonishing. There are numerous dining and beverage options available. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly.     Everyone is so friendly at both the hotel and the residence. Especially the ConceirgeMr Bhandali was very helpful - my shopping bag handle broke just as I entered the hotel and he insisted on helping to carry it to the elevator for me. He also helped me post a couple of postcards.The breakfast selection is excellent, I really enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the omelette station. I wish the coffee machine was better.

    Stayed for a week. They have serviced apartments. Very spacious ones. Two BHK has two types one bathroom & two bathrooms. Apartment has a kitchen with all amenities like refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker , cups , with basic utensils. They have a dining room and spacious living room with sofas. The master bedroom is very spacious with king size bed and a walk in bathrobe , dryer and toilet. The second bedroom is compact with wardrobe, table chair, bath room is outside. The walking space is limited inside the room.They offer breakfast in the adjacent building of Hyatt Regency on 25th floor. The buffet spread is very vast with live counters for dosa and eggs. The breakfast timing is from 6-11 am and on weekends it’s up to 1030 am.The housekeeping staff are courteous and they take care of you well.There is a nearby metro station Gold souk on green line which is just 5 min walkable from the hotel.There is also a bus station nearby.Lots of HALA taxis are available nearby.They have 4 lifts for total of 30 floors so it’s easier for people to quickly reach lobby .The lobby is very small and it is attached to the galleria mall at the backside which has a huge skating ring on ice and well maintained. They have shops and a supermarket and ATM and it serves as a connecting path to the Hyatt regency hotel lobby where breakfast is served daily.They provide free twice daily shuttle service bus to Dubai Mall and Lamer Beach which starts at 10 30 am and 3 pm daily from hotel side.I certainly recommend this property for a family stay of more than 4 or a group stay.

    I stayed at Hyatt last week , it was wonderful experience. Rooms are big enough for family with kids . We stayed 2 bedrooms apt, it got nice view. Breakfast was excellent, we have to go to Hotel just beside Galleria .Rooms are nice and tidy . Walkable distance to Gold Souk.

    We stayed at the hotel apartments which clean and comfy, located close proximity to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped With staff doing the dishes every day. Bring your own washing pwd/liquid if you want wash clothes. The breakfast is in the adjacent hotel with variety of food in the buffet.

    Had a great stay at Hyatt Galleria Residences. We were a family of 6 and had booked a 2 bedroom and a one bedroom apartment. The apartments are spacious, well appointed and fully equipped, complete with cook-tops, microwave, cook & serve utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge...The service is great, and staff very courteous.There is a convenience store at the ground floor, and another one right across the street.All facilities like temp. controlled pool, gym etc are top-notch - one has to walk across to the Hyatt Regency tower for breakfast and facilities though. The breakfast has a good spread, the vegetarian counter is separate.There is a small library also, although it is mostly utilized as a waiting room during check-ins.

    Pros: Outside the hustle and bustle, but still close enough (by car) to Downtown.Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.Excellent breakfast with great variety.Very clean and spacious room with comfortable beds.Cons: You can hear the noise from the airplanes every 5 minutes 24/7.Avoid breakfast at the top of the Regency tower; it is limited and crowded.A lot of VERY ill-mannered guests.

    We stayed for 4 nights. We booked 2 rooms in Hyatt regency but fortunately we got upgraded to Hyatt galaria regency apartment. Apartment was too good will all amenities. Gold souk is just 10 minutes lazy walk.It has nice view as well.It has good kitchen set up and we enjoyed out stay in the Hyatt galaria apartment.

    Have been staying here for last 2 years, excellent service, obviously with an exception, Al Dawaar is worth if you are there to enjoy your Saturday Sunday brunch, Helios is quite good place to have a quiet few, Carpenters is good, poolside is beautiful and ifvyou are are long staying guest, barbecue area is beautiful place to enjoy your weekend with family and friends, all in all very good place to live except dont cross the street, too crowded and filthy, nothing wrong, its a small business hub for traders but would have preferred to have some quite area for walk like Dubai marina.

    Great Apartment with good rooms. Ice rink is a great attraction. Pizzolo and general Store are some good places to hang out to fulfil day to day needs. Enjoyed the swimming pool experience with great ambience. Gym is pretty good for Hyatt hotels. Only lacking is hardly any options for Vegetarians.

    A GREAT residence/apartment to stay with your family. The one i stayed in had 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and two bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and nice; the dinner table was a bit small for 7 of us but we worked our way around it. If your wondering why 1* less it is because their service is quite slow ( i understand it could have been a busy season to visit ) but still for the price that they take one should expect 5* service. For e.g we always told them to give us about 8 bottles of (500ml) water which always took 10-15 minutes. Next up is their breakfast for which you have to walk to Hyatt Regency a hotel that is connected through the galleria mall. The food quality is what you expect from a 5* hotel nothing much to talk about it but yeah overall a good experience and i recommend this residence.⭐⭐⭐⭐

    This Residence was just amazing.     It is a very cost effective choice for tourists and travelers. Its proximity to the airport makes it easy to shuttle to and from. Being at a convenient driving distance from Dubais downtown it helps in keeping the price point optimal. As it is close to Deira, you have a lot of local eatery options to choose from.

The location is a huge plus: just 25 mins from DXB airport ✈️ and about 15 mins to Dubai Mall 🛍️, with easy metro access 🚇 and lots of attractions nearby.Arrival & Check-In:The entrance to the residence side is a bit underwhelming—tiny lobby, only two staff at reception, and one clearly overwhelmed bellboy 😅. Not the grandest welcome! The main Hyatt hotel next door feels more premium, but we focused on the residence side.Apartment Experience:Our first room had a strong cigarette 🚬smoke smell—but we were quickly moved to a cleaner, cozier unit on the 28th floor• Two comfy bedrooms 🛏️ (soft sheets, fluffy pillows!)• Living room with a big 65-inch TV📺• Kitchenette & dining area 🍽️• Laundry space & storage• Fast elevators ⬆️⬇️• Beautiful city views🏙️ (no Burj Khalifa though)WiFi was okay for browsing 📱, but don’t expect streaming speeds or screen mirroring—no Netflix, no AirPlay.Food & Beverage:Breakfast was a 2.5/5—limited variety, long queues ⏳, and overwhelmed staff. Long queues for omlette station 🍳Mostly Asian dishes with a few continental options.Room service? Tasty but pricey—we tried burgers & fries 🍔🍟 and they hit the spot!Amenities Galore:Located inside a small mall 🛒, which is a huge convenience:• Skating rink ⛸️• Mini-market, pharmacy, ATM• Karaoke & sports bars• Electronics shops & a pizza joint 🍕Plus, a rooftop pool and restaurant on the 30th floor with amazing city views 🌇—and warm water in the pool!Housekeeping & Service:Room cleaning was okay—had to call a few times for extra attention. Room service was prompt and polite.Overall Verdict:Not a 5-star luxury escape—but it served its purpose well. Stable free internet.View from the window to the sea, class.Minor drawbacks: the apartment had few kitchen utensils (two forks in total and no teaspoons at all) and the refrigerator was very weak in cooling.     I stayed in the hotel apartment section.The overall stay was very good. Room service was excellent and prompt.The reception is small in size, and the hotel is considered crowded. Therefore, the check-in and check-out experience may not be very pleasant, although the staff are helpful.

    A nice place for the family. I took two rooms and a hall with a kitchen and two bedrooms. I was not late in checking in or late in checking out. The treatment of the staff is very easy.     The hotel is beautiful, clean, and its location is very excellentThe disadvantage is that the doors of the rooms are made of rubber and are locked from the inside, and you cannot open them unless the hotel workers come and open them.
