Wow! What an incredible stay at Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments.From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience.The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. Our room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. But perhaps the highlight of our stay was the hotels health club facility. They have the best pool view. We also spent hours relaxing in the sauna and steam room, it was the perfect way to unwind and recharge after a busy day exploring the city.Additionally, the location is perfect! It is only behind the prestigious Mall of the Emirates. And walking distance to all the shops or establishments.Overall, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We can’t wait to return!

All I can say is my stay at Ivory Grand Hotel was amazing. The location is near to every establishments such as MOE and Metro station. They also have a good parking, pool on the rooftop, high class gym, sauna and a relaxing spa. The service was 5 star. The staffs are very hospitable and professional especially the reception Abdul and room attendant Kishan. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They also have 24 hours maintenance service.Overall my stay was very good!

I recently stayed ay Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments, and had an absolutely fantastic experience.The location was great! Walking distance from MOE and other establishments.The rooms were very spacious and neat. The rooftop pool has a very nice view. Gyms equipments are good.Overall, my stay was perfect.

Wonderful place for long-term stay.For setting-up biz in Dubai, experienced more than 5 hotels, Ivory Grand hotel is my most favorite. Apartment type with single room options, this Ivory hotel covers everything I need.Location & Accessiblity.Located in Al Barsha 1, accessiblity is nice, even with public transfortation option.5 mins walk to Mall of Emirate, Metro connected! And this does give me a lot of benefit for emirate life. Easy shopping, easy to find restaurant, huge supermarket - Carrefour. Everything you need for daily life, you can find with ease.RoomsFeels like 3-4 year old building, vey well managed.Style like Middle-east normal life, Wide living room, refrig, cooler, washing machine, electric burner and so on.For Biz man,Very convinient wide biz desk, and free-Wifi.Free-wifi is normal from others, but this Wide desk, Iam really happy with this.PriceReally Reasonable, you will find why.Thanks to Yasir, and all managers working here.

We stayed in a large apartment with two bedrooms and two baths and a decent kitchen. Nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Great grocery store half a block away. Overall we were happy but there were a few minor issues: We ordered room service at the pool but it took over an hour and was only so-so. Bathrooms are not recently renovated but doable. The blackout curtain was torn but they replaced it. If you arrive from the metro, head to PF Chang’s on ground floor for pedestrian exit from the Mall of the Emirates. We got pretty lost the first night trying to find it.

Ive just stayed there with my family for a week and it was really fantastic! U get all the benefits of both furnished apartments and hotels, not missing any detail, The beds are comfortable and the apartment is equipped with everything from washing machine to iron and clothes hanging horse,the restaurant was very good especially the Friday Brunch, it was totally a value for money.The pools (kids pool, adults pool and jacuzzi) were all great.The staff are so friendly and helpful, except that the housekeeping could do better with the room cleaning, especially the floors.The hotel is family friendly as there are no night clubs in there,the location is excellent ,10 minutes walk to Emirates Mall and metro station. I would definitely come back.

We recently booked room for night, because it’s close to my husband’s work place. We normally staying in Deira side. When we booked I didn’t expect that hotel will be this much nice, room and kitchen it’s just wow super amazing, clean. Love everything.Let’s start from reception. Receptionist KHAYAL is super nice, professional and helpful, thanks to him, we requested late check out he arranged it for us, because i was traveling from Abu Dhabi for some works.Hotel very clean, quiet and staff all are friendly. I love room and kitchen. Just small issue it’s pillows, need to change pillow.Definitely again will stay next week.

Lvory Grand 🛏️ HotelDescribed in one word it was terrible, this is hotel apartments is the worst one.; the Duty Manager is terrible, has a very bad attitude, very rude, unprofessional, with NO communication, interpersonal skills, and no self-discipline. I have booked online with my wife for 6 nights, under specific cancellation conditions and for that I paid extra but on the checking in, I have been told by the Duty Manager (I have his business card) the total amount is not refundable and Take or leave it. I agreed to pay the full amount on the front but after we went up to the apartment; we decided to leave immediately. - The whole apartment is stink, the mildew smell and humidity in the air. - The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty, toilet was horrible....👉We stayed for 12 nights with breakfast and all was good, any problems maintenance dealt with quickly. (Washing machine) spotlessly clean, you can come and go as you please. Friendly and welcoming staff. Just a short walk from the mall of the emirates where you can jump on the metro anywhere. Pool is a really good size with plenty of sun beds.

Booked a trip for my parents to Dubai and they stayed at Ivory Grand. The apartments are excellent with every amenity provided. The hospitality of the staff is beyond comparable. The food options in the buffet are excellent! Great hotel with clean rooms, a nice breakfast buffet and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel offers free shuttles to popular destinations around the hotel, one of them being the famous Mall of The Emirates. Also, there is a pool on the top floor with a nice view over the western part of Dubai. Unfortunately, the WiFi was extremely unreliable and the construction, which took place right next to the hotel, was a bit disturbing sometimes.

We were really impressed with our stay. It really didnt feel like a four star hotel, it was so luxurious. We had paid for a standard appartment but they upgraded us to the superior appartment which was fantastic with loads of space. The rooftop pool was amazing, loved the fact that there was a separate sauna and steam room in the mens and ladies changing rooms. Location was really good, even with the construction going on it took only 10 minutes to walk to the Mall of Emirates. The hotel shuttle that went from the hotel to Mall of Emirates, Jumeirah beach and Dubai mall was an added bonus. On the last day we had the business lunch at the hotel which was really good value for money and very tasty. The one bad side though was that the WiFi was a bit dodgy.

Nice Aparthotel located in Al Barsha 1 Dubai behind Emirate Mall. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. Very big, very clean indeed. My family and felt like we were at home. Starting from the cozy living room, great kitchen with all the chinas, stencils, glasses you name it. The master bedroom was awesome, the small bedroom the kids loved it. The check in was smooth and check out was too. The restaurant is the only thing that needs improving, small area very crowdy if you wake up later after 9am before 10:30am they close. The swimming pool at the roof top was very good especially for the kids, the jacuzzi however needs to be 40 c not 32 c which is standard for muscle fibers to relax. There is a basement car park which is good too. The location is quiet and there are groceries store around us which can also deliver 👍. Overall highly recommended for families.

I stayed there during February.I wasn’t in the apartment most of the day I was there only during night.The hotel is nice overall and staff cleans your apartment every single day.The room view is not very nice though but I saw a little bit of burj alarab from my window.The also have shuttles that take you to global village and other places(I don’t really remember and I also didn’t use them so I don’t how they are)There is parking for your car as well. The other thing that I liked about this hotel is they have their pool on the 14th floor which I thought was really cool.The location is good the emirates mall is very close and a lot of other restaurants as well.

We hosted a Bday Party, at the Ivory Grand (Indigo Lounge). It was truly an Amazing Experience and we really appreciate your service standards. Mr Anoop was really kind, helpful, accommodative and very professional. We really thankful to him for his sincere efforts, time and involvement in making the event a very successful one.Some of the things which I would like to highlight and appreciate,1) Customising the Menu, Even Customising the recipe of some dishes, arranging for food tasting before the event.2) Clean, neat amazing facility3) Amazing food which was really loved and enjoyed by all. Additional personal requests and even small small things like providing veg portions separately, provided ketchup for couple of guests, providing containers for carrying cakes after event were managed with a smile and without a grin on the face.So overall the food was awesome, the location was very good and the service was pretty personalised & professional with amazing staff.Would also thank the whole team Mr Joseph, Mr Jaison, Mr Subin and Mr Gavin all were very very professional and helpfulOnce again thankful and grateful for the amazing event.

Nice and spacious apartment in Al Barsha.Reception and service are top and friendly.Clean towels etc. are offered every day. Cleaning is also done.You can have breakfast there (for a fee) but I didnt have to use it. The area is quiet but you can look for the hustle and bustle. There is a small supermarket next door and several in the area. Metro station within walking distance and taxi in front of the door.Top apartment.

Used in 2022.12. It takes about 12 minutes to walk slowly through the Mall of the Emirates from the metro station, which is convenient for sightseeing in Dubai.A very spacious room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a large refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, and tableware. You can also enjoy the breakfast buffet on the 14th floor with a great view.The entire hotel, including the rooms, is very clean. The only thing that bothered me was that the drainage in one of the two bathtubs was a little poor.The front staff tried their best to understand my poor English and I had no problems. They kept our suitcases with us from early morning after we arrived until our late night flight after check-out. I would definitely like to use it again on my next trip to Dubai.

The apartments are clean and the service is great. The location is also great. All services are available in the hotel and around the hotel. I have a note and I send it to them via Booking. I tell them that it is normal to come early and they say “noted sir” means note, and the day I came they said to pay 200 dirhams or wait until the time to enter and the apartment is ready.

We liked the hotel because from the first moment of arrival at the reception we were greeted by a very nice and friendly girl Elmira from Azerbaijan.She showed me different options for rooms, I liked everything 😊.Room service, kitchen, bathrooms 👍🏼👍🏼There is a small minus about the pool. Yesterday, after swimming, my friend and I had a stinging sensation in our eyes 🥲, apparently there was a large amount of chlorine in the water.Otherwise we are satisfied. 😊🙏🏼

I stayed here with my family for 6 days. The breakfast was very, very good. The chef was super great and prepared the omelettes fresh after you told us which omelette you would like. There were also waffles and vegetarian dishes. The rooms were very clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly, especially the room boys. The only exception was the woman at reception in the morning who was rude (for no reason). I asked her to cancel my appointment at the spa (spa in the hotel) because I couldnt make it. She was rude and said she would do it, but she didnt. I got a call in the room where I was staying and that they were waiting for me at the spa. I dont know what her problem was, but the woman was very strange and always looked so jealous. The rest was great. The location was also great, right behind the Mall of Emirates. I also often ate in the hotel (24-hour restaurant) and everything tasted very good. The good thing is that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day. I came from the airport at 4 a.m. and was immediately served chicken nuggets and fries (on request). So very great, keep it up!

Great hotel! Excellent location! Huge apartments, very clean, bathrooms with bathtubs free of mold. The kitchen is working, all the dishes are there, oven, four-burner stove, washing machine, iron with board, clothes dryer. Swimming pool with warm water. Great staff. I recommend it to everyone!

The stay was excellent for 6 nights for a single person, a quiet hotel with great air conditioning and an excellent room for a quiet sleep, high-speed internet, parking in the basement, and all services are available nearby, a supermarket, car rental, restaurants, and close to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. The hotel is suitable for families, and the reception is cooperative and quick in checking in and out procedures as well. Honestly, I loved the place, and the services in the hotel are very nice.

Hotel apartments have an excellent location and are characterized by the services of a commercial street, almost a supermarket, barbers, and laundromats. It is approximately a 7-minute walk or by car for two or three minutes. The hotel’s treatment is 10/out of 10, as is the treatment of the staff and the services of the apartments. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The apartments are spacious for a family, if that’s true, and a kitchen corner for needs, whether food or hot drinks.My experience with the hotel was 10 out of 10 from my point of view. The hotel is wonderful and beautiful, and I recommend it. The reception staff are helpful and gave me a larger room for less than the reservation price that I booked from the internet. The hotel is clean, parking is available, and it is close to the supermarket and the Mall of the Emirates, and delivery of orders if you wish.
