Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is excellent, with beautiful interiors that made me feel right at home. The staff were super caring and always ready to help - special thanks to Roman for going the extra mile. The location is fantastic, with a stunning canal view from the balcony thats especially breathtaking at night when the neighborhood lights up. Very nice building. All facilities are always clean and maintained constantly. Gym equipment ist very clean and modern. The play area is perfect for all ages. All the stuff are so nice with children ❤️Parmi & Sue in the play/ spa area are so friendly and always smiling. They are genuinely happy to welcome all the little ones for daily play time. They really make us feel home ❤️Ameen in the gym gives very useful training advices and helps to stay motivated and to avoid injuries. As a gym beginner I am super grateful for his professional help 💪🏼Ahmed in the Restaurant knows everyone’s preferences and is super service minded. We love his flatbreads and olives 🍕🫒

The building is an amazing unique property. Never saw as such in dubai.The pool and amazonic garden give different feeling. And kids playing area is enough to keep kids occupied all day.Location is awesome. Yet it’s business bay but access in and out are very easy and no traffic. 5 minutes to dubai mall. Cross the road you have the amazing walk on the canal. I liked it more than dubai marina walk.Big Carrefour is in the building for your daily grocery. And very good ladies and gents salon on the podium level.

We are residing in one of one Luxury residences. It is really superb. Very clean and well organized. Swimming pool is ultimate. Sauna steam and bath is mesmerizing. Ms Parami is a great host and she welcomes everyone with smiling face.Mr. Ahmed the chef is very kind and joyfull, he expertly makes flat breads which are delicious.House keeping staff and security are also really helpful and kind. The business centre, reception staff, and maintanance staff are great.

Our family have been here since October last year. We absolutely love it here! Amazing facilities for the children, and not to mention the well equipped gym and spa available for the adults. We feel like we live in a 5 star resort. The staff are beautiful and always available to assist you.The work space is a bonus as we work from home, having that space to do meetings works so well!The pool is beautiful and so big!The music room is perfect for us as my husband can practice drums and I use the piano.Our favourite is the rainforest, a beautiful indoor rainforest with beautiful birds. The fresh air from the plants and the little rainforest shower is so relaxing.Piazza does the best flatbreads and a great way to feed the kids after a big pool play😍. Chef is so lovely too!It’s our little slice of heaven and meets all our needs.

Im really loving living at One of One. I was looking for a place where I could feel relaxed, and the building has so much to offer: a stunning pool, a spa available to residents, a gym, and a relaxation area, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking nature! I also want to commend the staff, who are incredibly helpful and polite.
