Have been living here since past one year here is my experiencePros1: Best thing about this appartment is the location Union coop, restaurants and all the super markets are nearby and the bus stop is next to the building2: All the units are very spacious3: Decent maintenance service4: The building is family friendly, neat and clean with good finishingCons1: Some times swimming pool is closed due to maintenance2: The entrance door to the appartment needs access card if you forget the card and if the guard is away you have to wait

Nice place to stay in, near everything , you can finds anything arounds, has bus station down the building .

We live here around one year, and we’re very happy with the service of the building! Especially I would like to mention our night shift security guy (Mustafa) he is really nice! Every time I come home he is always welcoming me with warm “you’re welcome”. Me and my husband would recommend this building as a very nice clean family place! Great job!

Perfct building with amazing amenities. apartment finishing is amazing, high quality fittings. Secure and accessible to all supermarket and bus stop nearby. Swimming pool & life guard(thappa) is awesome

A very good residential building. Suana, gym, a very good supermarket and a restaurant near the building. Building is clean management is very friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Anybody knows if this building is freehold or leasehold ? As for as I know there are freehold and leasehold properties in DSO,
