I have stayed at PRIVÀ Living for 2 years in their lovely 2-bedroom unit which is fully furnished.The property is truly one of a kind - modern and bright. Its a lovely community to be apart of as it has all the essentials in close proximity to kick start your journey in Dubai (hospital, supermarket etc.) The building has 24hr security team, lovely pool and fully equipped gym and also the maintenance team onsite can assist you with even the smallest issues.I Highly recommend it should you be looking for your next home away from home :) Special thanks to Lynn Walker for her lovely support throughout my tenancy.

I lived at Priva Living from May 2024 - May 2025 & the pleasure was all mine. The building is spotless, maintenance comes within a matter of minutes, and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are new, stylish, spacious and quiet. I’ll really miss Priva & how easy my rental was made to be. It really was a home. Thank you Lynn, Albert and all the team for looking after me so well! 💞

Just finished a years contract here and renewed for a second. The building is super clean and extremely well serviced - thanks to the management team and Sohail for being amazing and well responsive to every request.The interior is well kept and is well thought of, which i loved - you rarely find nicely furnished apartments in Dubai.The only major issue is that the flats are not that well sound proofed and there is a really loud and unbearable construction noises coming from the building in front of it.Otherwise, the team are doing a great job at making sure every tenant is happy here and i cant wait to spend another year here.

We lived in this apartment for an entire year and couldn’t be happier with our experience! 🏡 Everything was perfect—from the apartment itself, which fully met our expectations, to the outstanding service in the building.We especially want to highlight the security staff and all the employees—they were always friendly, polite, and ready to assist at any moment.A huge thank you to the manager Lynn as well! She responded to any of our questions or requests immediately and always found solutions in record time. This building truly became a cozy and comfortable home for us. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality accommodation! 🌟

Privà Living is a great place to live in Arjan. The building has a really good construction and it is well decorated.Everyone in the building from Manager, reception, cleaners and all the staff are very friendly and super helpful.I really enjoyed my time living at the apartment. I appreciate all the help and definitely will miss everyone when I return to my country.

Stayed for 10 days in June 21. New place so still in good condition. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Parking spots underneath the building are tight but plenty of sand parking in front of the building. Location is fine when you have a car, the direct area of the building is under development and theres not much around.
