The buildings Manager, Ms. Ela, is an enthusiastic and kind leader who ensures smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.     If you are looking to stay here, make sure you go through Imen the manager of this place. I moved from Hong Kong to Dubai, and she has literally been such a godsent angel and a blessing when it came to giving me a home away from home. She truly cares about her people genuinely, and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are always taken care of and comfortable and does the best she can to make you happy! Ive been living here for 6 months now and the only reason I am extending is Imen. From giving me my dream unit, to always being there to help and support if there’s anything I need-she’s such a ray of sunshine, and most importantly one of the most warm, welcoming and sweetest people I’ve been lucky to know. Thank you Imen for everything and all you’ve done-you are the best!! If you want the best stay ever, please make sure you speak to Imen!! You will not be dissapointed.

    I have been staying happily at the hotel for two months. It has a nice location with beautiful views. Thanks to the hotel staff, my stay has been very pleasant. The friendliness and warmth of the front desk and security staff makes the stay a great experience.     The overall stay and experience was memorable for me and my family. The location is accessible to mall, restaurants and nearby parks. We especially enjoyed the recreation area inside the hotel The kids loved the Billiards and Cinema available for free.The staff also made our stay more relaxing with their friendly attitude and hospitality.Overall, we had a great time!     I rented one bedroom apartment for a whole year. Apartment is very nice and spacious with separate bedroom from the living room.Personnel of the facility are very friendly and kind, willing to help any time, especially ladies form reception.I would specifically point out the friendliness and strong professionalism of Ms. Chiraz Belmokhtar, sales supervisor in Radisson Blu Residence, Silicon Oasis. She was very supportive and helpful with a professional attitude to any issues from the beginning of my stay here. Her ability to quickly manage any kind of problem is admiring, so because of that my staying here was very comfortable and enjoyable. I must add that it’s rare to experience such a high standard hospitality in hotels around the the world these days. Keep up the good work guys.

    Great experience. Spacious room with a good view from balcony. The room was so neat and clean. They provide an excellent room service. The staffs are so cooperative and helpful. The most attractive space is the recreational area with working station, play area and even the cinema. Easily accessible to Lulu mall.

    Loved our time here! The staff were very respectful and accommodating to me and my friends during our stay.We especially enjoyed the recreation area which has Billiards and other board games, and free Cinema (with kid friendly movies) .. We didnt get bored either after staying for a month since the hotel is accessible to a nearby Mall, Pond Park with ducks (which we saw during their feeding time) and restaurants.Transportation is not a problem for us too.. Those traveling on bus will find a nearby bus stopThe hotel experience was overall memorable. Lovely scenery from our balcony, and a quick response from housekeeping when we need one.The bed were also comfy to sleep on, especially when we had a long day outside.Most of the amenities youll need for a long stay are provided washing machine, toiletries, fridge, water heaters etc. so no issue also on that part.Just bring yourself and expect to have a good time.The photo included was taken in the morning which looks empty, but it worked favorably for us since we got to play by ourselves ahaha

    This hotel is a 2-3 starts hotel at best, however I’m bumping it to 4 due to the helpful staff. It’s a 2-3 starts hotel due to the fact that there’s always something to complain or worry about, wether it’s the ACs not working, or the walls being so thin you could literally hear your neighbour solve his relationship problems on the phone at 2 am, I’m in a 1 bedroom apartment, not a studio, and therefore no connecting door to my neighbour, but I could still hear him), or maybe a decision to start construction work right above you that could disturb your sleep pattern or your work if you work from home. However, even though the hotel is not ready to be a 4-stars hotel, helpful staff like Chiraz make the experience a lot better, not only is she a very friendly presence, but she’s also quick to solve any presented problem even when it’s not her job to worry about certain things (she’s a sales manager), she’ll also make sure that the solution she suggested is being implemented, constantly check on the customer to see if he’s satisfied with what the solution was , apologise when it’s not even her responsibility or fault to begin with. The receptionists , Irande and Excel, are also very friendly, which help defuse any situation, and keep a friendly vibe going on in this hotel. The staff are really this hotel’s lucky charm.

    We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for 5 months and it suited our needs perfectly while we looked for permanent accommodation. The Hotel is nicely positioned in Silicon Oasis a short drive from restaurants and shops. Shiraz in the office was great and always very helpful and cheerful. She offered us great flexibility with the room on our moving in and moving out dates to alleviate any worries we had. The two ladies at the reception desk were also always very friendly and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our time at the Radisson Blu Residential Hotel.

    The reason for the 5 star is for all the attention to detail received by the Sales Manager Ms. Chiraz Belmokhtar who has been a blessing handling all my booking requests and requirements from day 1. My two month stay turned into 8 months and only because she has made it all so convenient and easy.The modern property is located in a quiet, beautiful area of DSO conveniently located close to some nice places for dining. Offers beautiful walking pathways also. Provides in-house services for hair and Spa and offer gym and pool facilities at roof level. Being fully furnished makes the move so easy.During my tenure, I did have a number of complaints made mainly due to cleaning which was provided by the property which was not to my liking. The cleaning system used is unsatisfactory and was not allowed to use my own cleaning person while textiled furniture required more frequent cleaning. Other than the cleaning, any other issues raised were immediately seen to by Chiraz and made sure she accommodated all my request which I will forever be grateful. It will only be thanks to her that I extended my stay and will only return if she is available to assist as she was truly my peace of mind. Thank You and also thanks goes for the reception team and all for providing your best service.

    Radisson is a very good hotel for long stay. since my arrival in Dubai, decided to book the hotel for 1 year. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff always ready to help and take care of you.     I do highly recommend hotel to live in for long and short terms ,it’s a very clean hotel , neat , quiet hotel , enough spaces in the rooms. Gym , swimming pool . Chilling are at the lobby .     I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are quite nice and tidy. There was a TV with wide range of channels. There is small swimming pool but its too small to swim in it. Brekfast was good but its not included in room price. The hotel is in the suburbs so if you want to go to the downtown you have to take taxi. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    Hotel was very neat and clean. We got a studio apt that had a King size bed, with kitchen, bathroom and dining area. A mini bar was also included. In the room. Staff was friendly and very helpful too. However hotel is a bit farther out from major attractions. We were spending about 60-80 AED on cab everyday. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights. So not too bad on the pocket.

    I had the pleasure of calling the Radisson Blu home for approximately 3 months when I relocated to Dubai. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. During my time here I felt safe and comfortable!I was very impressed with my studio room. I had a private balcony with a nice view; a washing machine for my laundry; a gas hob, along with kitchenwares and a microwave (I was happy that I could cook my own meals); and a comfortable sitting area as well as a desk.Jetlag is no fun but the bed and the blackout curtains made it easier for me to adjust.They have great amenities as well for their guests! The Chapter One specialty coffee shop is located in the lobby, which is a big plus for me! They have talented baristas (Ben and Shakira are the best!!), a fine selection of coffee beans and the most delicious brownies I have ever had (even though I am no longer staying at the Radisson, I still go to the coffee shop on a regular basis 😅).The receptionists, Piada and Excel, are super helpful and courteous. The security staff made me feel safe and welcomed. The custodial staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Everyone here takes pride in their work and it shows. If you are traveling to Dubai, I highly recommend staying at this Residence and visiting Chapter One.

    Visited on Aug 2018. This hotel is fantastic, still very new and you can feel it. The location is great, peace and quiet all the time. Theres a walking distance supermarket and many restaurants delivers here, but dont loose the opportunity to enjoy the great dood offered in the hotels restaurant.Rooms has washing machine if you have delecate clothes you want to wash by yourself as well as an iron and its table. Theres a bread toaster and a gas cooking stove plus all you need of kitchen wares.Just one thing I didnt like was when i turned on the smoke sucking hood there was a funny sound and when i inspect closely i found the manuals and installation guide all kept inside the hood.

    Very nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff... Breakfast was good... And the facilities in the rooms very just like a small apartment. Recommended especially if you are having a long business stay in Dubai. The location is great.. One highway takes you directly into the town center (burj and dubai mall) while the other highway is directly to the airport... Highly recommended. Please be aware though this is a dry hotel and there does not serve alcohol.

The young lady from Zimbabwe at the front desk always makes sure that my concerns are resolved in a timely manner. She should get a raise! Great location in sprawling DSO near restaurants and markets; adjacent to the 311, 54, and 66 to get to any location in Dubai in 20 minutes or less.

But limited place to sit inside, its a cute hope in the wall kind of hidden gem.I only have it one star less because of the limited seating space as I like to go to cafes and work there.     Amazing hotel indeed, I booked for a studio Room and I was upgraded to a one bed apartment with no extra charges. I stayed there for two nights and I received a cake for my birthday, as it was my birthday, really, they took me by surprise I couldn’t ask for more. The room is fully furnished with a living room, washing machine, microwave, stoves I got the chance to cook and relax on the balcony. For those searching for a short weekend away from the activities then this is the real deal. The breakfast was out of this world thanx to the Philipino lady, she made sure that we are well taken care of, they are plenty of varieties during the breakfast. They have also the pool on the roof top but the pool is not bigger than we expected. Hopefully next time we will visit the gym as we did not have enough time to go to the gym. Thanks to Hasantha as he assisted us with our luggage the moment we check in up until the check out date. I will definitely book again for my parents’ holiday because of the hotel spacious rooms.kuddos to you guys🥰!! I realy felt at home.

    The Radisson Blu Residence in Silicon Oasis is perfect if you are in need of extended time in Dubai. I stayed at the Radisson for 5 months. I was very grateful for the friendly receptionists. I really appreciated the care the custodial staff took in maintaining my room as well as the common areas.One of my favorite amenities is the fully equipped.     Ive been in 6 hotels in UAE for business trips. This hotel have the best pillows. 😭 I want one. New, modern, chic, and cozy. I love it here.     New, clean, well equipped apartments. Nice view on MbZ Road and Silicon Oasis. Cumbersome outside parking, better to use the big one underground. Check-in procedures greatly improved since our last visit. Staff helpful and friendly.

    Its a good hotel apartment to stay if you are staying for a long period of time. Located in a serene area which is also accessible to fun places. It has an inbuilt kitchenette where you can cook your own food. Its also five minute walk to a grocery store. Also close to the IMG indoor roller coaster park for the adrenaline lovers like me.

    The best hotel in Silicon Oasis nice room very comfy single br is quite spacious nice double bed a balcony with anice view of dubai burj khalifa and financial... So nice in d nite.... They have a restaurant as well.. The gym is separate i wonder why male gym and female gym it reminds me of Saudi... But they have 2 teadmill 1 cross trainer recumbent bike and rower not much weights but good if u waannna do a little cardio ang pump.. Theyhave a clean mens room sauna and steam and alittle pool good for splash. Staff in recreation are friendly

    Its the worest service ever, with the worest reception service.     Ive stayed there twice during business trips to Dubai. The location is just perfect for me because Im mainly visiting an office located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The size and quality of the rooms is good. The bathroom already looks like its a few years old with black spots covering the shower walls/ the silicon. Breakfast is much too expensive considering the choice and quality.

    My stay was so good! However, when I’ve ordered for butter chicken this morning, they said its not available but i’ve always ordered this here in Radisson. I’ve also ordered for avocado shake and Iced tea and its not even available.I’ve actually searching for Ms. Myriam, coz she’s very helpful and approachable!!

    Its the best place to be with your family this Christmas holidays as from food and drinks, rooms, Healthy club which includes state of act gymnasium , sauna and steam kids play area not to forget the swimming pools at the top which gives you an amazing view of the surrounding as you relax to a cool tune of music and you can always ask for your best refreshments.
