    The hotel is beyond my expectations. From receptions, housekeeping, and attendants, they are all cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. I requested for pack bfast, and they never hesitate to grant my request. The food was like I am in a buffet. Yummy and healthy! Same building there is restaurants and supermarket, gift shops. We enjoy our stay. Its a home away from home. Thank you Rose Garden!

    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, available 24/7 to cater to my needs. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious with a good range of homely and healthy options.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotels location was also convenient, being close to the metro station and several restaurants.A special mention to Mustafa from the housekeeping team, who provided good service and ensured my room was always tidy and well-stocked.Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

    The Rose Garden Apartment is very much nearer to the metro station - Mashreq. Staffs are highly helpful and courteous, especially, Mr. Shadik Basha and Mr. Abu Mohammad at the Concierge were always approachable and hospitable with a smile.Overall, our stay of 6 Nights, 7 days at Rose garden apartment made our Dubai tour a memorable one.

    I’ve stayed at rose garden hotel apartments for 3 weeks in December to January and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about it. The apartments were big and spacious, everytime you need the apartment to be cleaned they’ll do it for you. Emirates mall is walking distance (I walked with 3 kids and 1 in the pram). The reception team were helpful and kind. I haven’t met anyone there that wasn’t.The only thing I wouldn’t chose is the breakfast but there was a mart just opposite the building and the kitchen is great to cook up what you want. Overall, I would definitely come back again.Thank you for having us.

    I stayed in Rose Garden Hotel Apartments for 4 nights and it was an excellent stay. The reception staff, especially Mr. Ashfaq and the rest of the staff, were cooperative. Mr. Ashfaq carried and helped us with the luggage. The room cleaning service was excellent, friendly and clean, but the hotel lacks slippers and complete care tools in the bathroom such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and cream.

    I have stayed here on and off for a year and a half - always one month plus at a time. Super friendly and responsive staff is the main draw for me, however, a very close second come the very generously sized rooms with high ceilings and hotel standard linen. Excellent location for public transport with many reasonably priced dining options within very short walking distance as well as multiple grocery shopping options. Short walk (under five minutes) to the metro for when the roads are too congested to drive - making public transport viable even in the hot Summer months.Recent refurb has given the place a nice facelift. I suggest a few small tweaks to the already well equipped kitchens. Fridge is well sized, good hob but no oven facility. This is not a deal breaker but would be a nice addition. Also nice to have would be just a couple of freestanding lampshades in the living room. Otherwise does what it says on the tin. No frills, yet ticks most boxes.

    We stayed in Rose Garden Apartments for 4 days. Awesome stay for us. Rooms are very clean and house keeping and Hospitality too good. Apartment staff are very much helpful to us. They do have a person for all arrangements for sight seeing. We have near by access for local shops n malls. We had a very goos stay. Rates also reasonable. Over all Im giving 5 out of 5 our stay with dis apartment.

I would like to commend the staff especially the front desk and housekeeping personnel who made our stay wonderful.     Everything was really good, the staff, the facilities, the rooms and of course the location. The metro station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The reception desk is 24h which is really convenient. The pool was clean and very nice.I think the breakfast is a little bit expensive so we didnt try it.

    The location was spectacular. Close walking distance to the metro, the mall and so many dining options and services. They had hotel parking which was an advantage. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning was not done well and had to be reminded. Tour operator in reception is a good advantage too.     Location is very convenient. Mall of Emirates, metro station, cafes, small grocery shops are near by. Staff is very cooperative, helpful and fast. Dont book Studio room for the family, its small. We were upgraded to One Bedroom apartment and it was good. Thank you to receptionist and houskeeper at check-in, they were very friendly and helpful. We will come again!

    We recently stayed in a studio apartment during a relocation and we had a wonderful stay. Studio is pretty big with a spacious kitchen too, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious too but the shower was old ( slides door and floor were damaged, needed to big fixed).The staff was very kind and helpful with all our request.Good value for money too!

    One of the best hotel with great location. Its very close to metro station, just 5 mins walk. Also all the necessary amenities are on walking distance and in variety. Easy to get taxis and talent a car. The rooms in such price difficult to get. Great services and staff is helpful. Free parking on site. Just they need to improve rooms sound proofing as noise comes to room and its disturbing during sleep.

    This place is a great place to stay if you are visiting Dubai. Having the utility of an entire apartment while also having the luxury of hotel service is great. The pool on the roof is pretty small but clean. The rooms are extremely clean. Having your own kitchen helps as you can grocery shop and store food instead of eating out all the time. The apartments are huge.

    The Rose Garden Hotel Appartments, just remember this name for the nice and spacious hotel in Al Barsha,Dubai. I have stay for few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is not too bad not too good. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and good view. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to the tourist.Thanks Mr Arshad,Kalaam and all other staff members especially the hotel porter staff.Will be back to this place soon..!!!

    All in all, 4.5 out of 5! Housekeeping needs to improve but good enough!Details:Good strategic location to stay in, very close to Mashreq metro station and restaurants. Jabal al Noor opposite the hotel has good food at reasonable prices. Chai Bay opposite the hotel has good karak tea for 1.50 dirhams. The location is ideal for visiting both North and South Dubai within 20-50 minutes by metro. One stop away from Mall of the Emirates. Theres a small supermarket right opposite the hotel for buying bread, water, groceries etc. The hotel gives a bottle of water and tea/ coffee sachets and creamers only on the day of check in so its good to carry your own or buy for the rest of your stay.Housekeeping needs to improve but the rooms are cosy and nice. Studios have a window but not really a view of the outside, only the inner side of the building with other rooms windows. They get good sunshine though. On the other hand, some of the apartments have balconies facing the road so it might be a bit noisy. Kitchen is minimally equipped but manageable. Theres a refrigerator and a washing machine. They hadnt kept any detergent or dish washing soap though. No oil for cooking either. We bought butter and used that for cooking instead of buying a whole bottle of oil. Bathrooms have bath tubs with shower. Pillows are a bit on the bigger side so it might give a neck pain. Room is partially carpeted. If theres a late night check in nearby or in the room above yours, or loud neighbours, youd hear it. But this happened only once for us out of 11 nights stay so it was okay. Found people of all cultures among the residents of the hotel so its inclusive. Didnt try the food at their restaurant cuz we found it a bit pricy. They say that towels on the rack means youll use them again, but irrespective of that, they replaced the towels every time they cleaned the room (which, by the way, is done only if you hang the make up my room card on your door on your way out). This needs to be looked into.All in all, a good stay. Would we go back?Yes, definitely!

    We stayed at the Rose Garden Hotel Apartment in October 2019. Very polite staff and they were helpful for all our questions. The apartment was very clean. Special mention to the support staff, they ensured we returned to a clean apartment every day. Metro station is at a walkable distance and makes it very convinient to travel around Dubai. There are several super markets around and since the apartment is furnished with kitchen, it was useful to prepare our breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again for our next vacation.Highly recommended!

    Great hotel for families, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment, and it was extremely generous in size. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel and all its amenities are clean. Only downside is that the location is a little far away from the heart of Dubai, but taxis are abundant and affordable, so not really an issue.

    It was easy to check in. Riyaz at the reception was excellent and had a great smile with a welcoming attitude. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the location ideal. What made my trip wonderful was from the Manager Anwar and Mr. Siraj who went above and beyond as well as the staff, the cleaning staff and supervisors were wonderful and helpful. The private taxi Mr. Badru who took me everywhere was perfect as a solo traveller I had a wonderful experience.     The apartment was massive, clean and had everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. The hotel location was perfect from all the tourist hotspots.     We booked one bed room appartment during our dubai visit from 19 dec, 21 to 23rd dec, 21. The appartment was best as far as facilities were concerned.there was one bedroom with attached bathroom, there was kne kitchen with complete set of crooceries, fridge, microwave, tere was automatic washing machine, one tv lounge with sofa set, dinning table anc snart tv. Beside these ter was one more bathroom. Staff was quite cooperative, breakfast was delicious all day and service was exce8. Highly recommend for family y stay

This is absolutely superb! We are very happy with beach bus service reservations. Whenever we reserve the space we were getting whats app confirmation msgs very promptly. Such a nice tandem of Rose park and Garden in Barsha. The location is marvelous! 2 min away from Mashreq metro station. 5-10 min walk to MOE. The Exchange with good rates is just nearby. Hotels are surrounded by lots of supermarkets and groceries. The hotel is very clean as well. Housekeeping does their job perfectly, they went extra mile to make us happy! Big respect to management. I never saw any manager pressing on their staff or observing them strictly. Atmosphere is very friendly and staff do their work from heart which really means a lot to customers.     We decided to spend our holiday in this hotel and stayed in 2 bedroom apartments. Our expectation was nothing special but the apartment is very nice and clean featured 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and dedicated routers for the free WiFi . The kitchen has a microwave, cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, quality cooking wares and the good thing is they do cleaning and wash the dishes every day. There are iron and ironing table and the hair dryer too. Good location for shopping, Sharaf DG Metro Station is just 3-5 mins walk away. Mall of the Emirates is also at walking distance. There are a number of small supermarkets, restaurants, salons, dry cleaners and pharmacy adjacent to the hotel. The staff is always ready to help. Ample space for car parking . Overall the hotel is well managed and I strongly recommend staying here especially families.The second bedroom was not cooling enough.

There are restaurants and super markets close by. The Sharaf DG metro station is 5 mins walk from the restaurant. They also have taxi services at very reasonable prices for guests to commute.     Rose Garden Hotel Apartment is situated just 5 mins walking distance from Sharaf DG Metro Station. It has a very great rooms and they upgraded rooms for us that was a very nice gesture shown by them. All staff are polite and respectful. Love stay at Rose Garden and would definitely stay their only on my next trip to Dubai.

    We stayed four nights in a two bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom apartment. The rooms were very large, bathrooms spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the street and there is a sparkling clean pool and spa on the roof top. The location was excellent with tour pick ups from the lobby, shops and restaurants on the street and the Metro station a very short walk away. By far the greatest asset this place has is the staff.     I was hesitant to live in these apartments, but they truly exceeded my expectations.A prime location with comprehensive services and constant traffic. Everything you need is within walking distance: grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, the metro, etc.The reception and staff are welcoming, smiling, and quick to respond.The studio room is spacious and fully equipped.There are some minor drawbacks: The hotel area has moderate traffic congestion until you reach the main street, Sheikh Zayed Road, and also upon reaching the apartments.The street is noisy due to the traffic congestion. Its best to choose a room that doesnt overlook the street for those who want quiet.The lobby is small and simple.The place is worth a visit again.Thanks to everyone.

    The hotel in general is good. Yes, it is old and needs updating, but its advantages outweigh its disadvantages. Its location is excellent, the area is lively with restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. The metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away.     I lived in a two-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are uncomfortable. The furniture is normal and shows the age. The kitchen is complete for home cooking lovers. Parking in the basement is always available, but you must be careful when getting out of the car, as the road is somewhat narrow, especially at curves. The apartment price is very reasonable.     I lived there about 8 years ago.Ive been living there for a week now.Major development and comprehensive renovation of the apartments.The apartments are very large and spacious.A two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 3 bathrooms.Frankly, its excellent, and the price is also reasonable.But nothing is perfect.Among the drawbacks:The air conditioning in the rooms is not available.Also, the lobby is unavailable.The restaurant is unreliable.And the club is very small.Most tourists care about these things.A café-restaurant for coffee and tea.And a health club.A sauna-jacuzzi is important.I hope to see it.

Apartment number 506An apartment with two master bedrooms, a very large hall, a bathroom that serves the hall, and a kitchen that contains an automatic washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning in the apartment is very excellent. The Wi-Fi is very good. Everywhere has a network distributor. The cleaning service must inform them in order for them to clean, because it is forbidden for them to enter your place except with your permission. The location of the hotel is very excellent. You have everything you need: a grocery store, a supermarket, a grill restaurant, a bean and hummus shop, a cafeteria, a pharmacy, a laundry, and car rental. The hotel has private parking in the basement. The hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road. I highly recommend it
