    Excellent Long Stay at Savoy Crest Hotel, Dubai!I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy Crest Hotel for nearly 40 days, and the experience was truly wonderful. The staff made all the difference with their exceptional service and warm hospitality.A big thank you to Binu from the restaurant team for always serving meals with a smile and making dining a delight. Pratik from housekeeping ensured my room was always spotless and comfortable. And Kareem from the transport team was incredibly helpful and reliable throughout my stay.The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located.     Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay-I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.     We stayed at Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment from 10/02/2025 to 17/02/2025. Prior to our stay Mr Madan Sharma has promptly and politely responded to all our queries. The hotel room was classic and the service by the hotel staff were excellent. All the staff at the reception counter were kind and very friendly and their hospitality was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, tidy and clean with kitchen & washing machine. Everyday the breakfast was very delicious and we loved it. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and attending to our requests very promptly. On the occasion of my wifes birthday surprisingly they have sent birthday cake with birthday wishes note, really it was surprising. Hotel is in prime location and very near to Burjuman Metro Station & Sharaf DG Metro Station.Our entire stay was luxurious & comfortable. Overall it was great experience. Our entire family recommend this hotel to the tourists all over the world. In future also our stay will be at Savoy Crest Hotel.

    I am having a wonderful stay at Savoy Crest. One of the most humble staff i have come across. It just feels like home.Front desk staff so helpful and cordial. Special mentions of Kamlesh and Rehman who guided and helped me whenever asked. Each one of helped as their priority task, whenever asked. Even the top management response is very swift and supportive. I highly recommend this property and the team at Savoy. Thanks for lovely memories.

    Very good experience with Savoy crest hotel apartments in Dubai, room size is very good and you get all the important amenities in the room. Food quality is very good and have good variety of breakfast options available in the hotel. You will not get vast options in resturant menu for the hotel. Rest everything was very smooth from check in till check out. I will surely recommend this hotel for the stay. One more important point is that it is not very big hotel and have limited number of rooms so you will not see hotel over crowded with people during breakfast and you can enjoy all the facilities like sauna, pool and gym without any worries.

    Hello, We stayed here as a family for 4 N and 5D this is one of the best accomodations I have ever stayed. Right from early check-in to Check-out everything was smooth. It is in prime location and near to most of the attractions. They have a kitchenette which can be used for basic cooking and heating purposes. Each and every employee at the hotel is always ready to help and puts on a smile. A special shout out to House Keeping who ensures to keep place clean daily a applause and 5* to them. As a suggestion people who serve at restaurant during breakfast time can help senior citizens with providing water when requested they were very stern saying go and take glasses and Water bottle has been kept. At least to toddlers family and Senior Citizens family it can be served. Rest all are top notch kudos to Savory management and staff.

    Very good service. All the staff are very courteous and very helpful. We had two rooms booking and requested them to allow us early check-in one room as we arrived by 9 AM to the hotel. The room was allocated within 10 minuted and even 2nd room was allocated within 30 minutes. Breakfast is also good. Over all very good experience.

    A nice and pleasant stay overall. Hotel has a very nice pool, gym and sauna facilities. Location is not near to the metro stations, 10-15 mins walk. Also can be loud sometimes. But Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

    Our recent stay way delightful right from the time in checkin to room facility extending upto breakfast.Abdul, Joy and Newton were appreciative at the reception and helpful too.House Keeping staff Dinesh was on toes to help everytime we needed.Nestor and Binu served the delicious breakfast well.Overall a pleasant stay with room having kichenatte facilities.suggestions:with kitchenatte atleast one water bottle per day should be provided which was just for day one only.Breakfast has ample of veg options(satisfactory) but during peak time(9am to 9.45 am) those get short and we have to wait for 10 to 15 mins this needs to be solved along with addtion of 2 more staff as only 3 are serving 30+ guests at a time.if you have kids and need kitchen go for it as grocery and coffee shop are just adjacent. with veg restaurant like atithi ,veg world, rajmahal and more nearby(5-7 mins walking).thank youteam savoy

    I was little sceptical in choosing hotel in Dubai , even 5 star hotel seems to have problem with service. This hotel and its staff are very helpful. I was travelling with my parents and 2 year old. They have take care of us to our liking. Kitchen set is enough for family of 3-4 , well maintained kitchen and washing machine etc. Next time, will stay here only. Location is best for all attractions, cab availability is good . Food gets delivered here. couple of grossery stores nearby. 15min drive from Bur Khalifa, 10 min for Dubai frame/1to10 . Quite locality , no pubs , or no large sounds. Many Indian hotels near by including pure veg. Good Pakistani restaurants as well.I would like to specifically mention Dnyaneshwar who had taken good care of us, cleaned the room when we wanted, very nice service provided.

    We stayed in Savoy Crest for a month in Dubai. The room was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people with all facilities including hob, washing machine, kettle, pan, kadai, microwave etc. the balcony sit was very nice and the location is walkable to reach Burjaman mall and metro. We took the hotel pickup and drop facilities to go to the lemur’s beach and outlet mall. The reception desk staff and HK staff were very friendly and welcoming .

    Savoy Crest Family Appt Hotel is a great place to stay with family. Free breakfast. Spacious 1BHK apartment with fully functional kitchen including stove, bread toaster, fridge, washing machine, utensils even kitchen napkins were provided.Bathroom was spacious and well equipped with hot tub, hair dryer, space to dry the clothes that you washed.Hall area has dinning table for 4, TV sofa cum bed and ample space to add one extra bedding.Bedroom has everything one can need. Dressing table, almirah, steam iron, ironing table, lamps. There were sockets for usb attachment to charge or plug devices.Housekeeping was very good and quite.At Reservation desk Newton and Vikas helped us everytime we needed anything. The lady and the manager (forgot their names) celebrated my sons birthday with a surprise eggless cake, balloons and birthday song. Thanks again for it.In restaurant area, Mr. Binu Baby helped us daily with food counter and waited our tables like a family member. He took care of us for whatever we wanted from kitchen he made it happen. They send you meals to the room. The meals are adequately portioned, neatly plated.There is a rooftop pool with steam and sauna room. Active pool side lifeguard was availablePool had a kids side as well for small swimmers.We stayed for 6 days and it did not feel like staying in a hotel. The hospitality made our lives easy. All the best for future.P.sThere is a gym in top floor, but we didnt use it.This area is Al Maknool it has 2 nearby day to day markets.This hotel is near to Meena bazaar area and closer to all major tourist attraction points.There are few grocery stores near by for the needful grocery.Most importantly it was peaceful and away from the sound of horns.

    It was really a wonderful 2 months stay in the Hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly and looked after our needs very well, Particularly front office staff- Rose, Vikas, Newton & Rihon .Gym access is 24 / 7 , which is maintained really well by the staff.House keeping facilities were very satisfying , A Big Thanks to Satyam and his colleagues who did there job very well and professionally. Any additional room service requests was very well dealt by the staff.The Best part is Shuttle bus service to Burjuman station from 7:30 am to 8:45 am only , which is very convenient for work commute. It is a very accessible to most of the locations in Bur Dubai.Last but not least , a big thanks to Mr Madan Sharma (Manager) , who was very helpful in arranging our accommodation.

    The service here is unmatched, with special thanks to Rihon, Joy, and Jober. They advised and assisted us on many occasions and were always ready to provide whatever we needed.     Winter HolidayStrolling along the quiet street where Savoy Crest Apartments sits is quieting at best but knowing that you are not far away from fine dining is not far away, but you can start your day off with a swim at the rooftop pool or get a early working workout at 5:00 am in the gym and then head downstairs for casual dining at the hotel buffet breakfast bar.While waiting for you check-in, the staff will greet you with a cool glass of juice to refresh you while your check-in will only take a few minutes.From DXB international Airport it is about a 20-minute ride.  Because I come to Dubai at least twice a year I carry one of the hotels business cards and I give it to the driver once entering the taxi.I am always glad to see the staff again and they will do their best to make me feel like a VIP.The rooms are clean & comfortable; the service is always exceptional, and the staff does their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.The atmosphere felt like Christmas with the decoration in the lobby and the music playing in the elevators.It is a special place for me when I am on holiday even for just a few days.If you need a taxi all you have to do is request it at the front desk, however, if you take Uber the drivers do have fare meters but its going to be a little more expensive.I just traveled to Dubai at the beginning of December for a few days and the weather was warm with blue skies.Dubai is a wonderful place to visit all year long but what makes it more pleasurable are the people you meet. Finding a hotel of comfort can be exhausting and I would recommend the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments in Bur Dubai as your landing place.The Hotel staff for me is #1 because the staff and their customer service is superior and that is for every member that I have the pleasure of meeting during my stay.The rooms at the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments are spacious; equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rooftop top pool, 24/7 indoor gym, a washer in your room, safe for your valuables, and the hotel is eco-friendly. Housekeeping services are provided daily so if you want to sleep late the staff will clean your room in the afternoon.The hotel is only a 15-minute walk to BurJuman shopping mall, 7 minutes away from Al Fahidi Metro Station, and close to some of the local markets open 24 hours a day.I want to thank Mr. Faroukh Sunny, General Manager, Madan Sham and the staff, together will ensure that you have a very pleasant stay at the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments.Thank you, Joy, Newton, Sidharth, Nestog, Binu, Abdul, Juber, Devan, and Shafqat.I have been knowing Joy and Madan Sham for several years at the hotel and they help to ensure that all my stays are pleasant, and I appreciate them as well as every member I come in contact with during my time there and all are deserving of the recognition of the work they do.Thank you allLook to seeing you again

    We booked this place for a 10 nights stay. Rooms were spacious, absolutely clean, and well maintained. Staff is very polite, helpful and customer friendly. We were attended by Kamlesh Rana and Pratipal, from the housekeeping dept, who made sure to clean the room and refill supplies every single day. Thank you guys for making our stay absolutely comfortable, especially for our 2 kids on their first international vacation. Highly recommend this place for your next Dubai trip.

    Had a good feeling about this one since I booked. The reservation desk was very prompt and patient with responses to booking queries. Had a comfortable stay at the Savoy Crest for 4 nights. Well located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Bur Dubai. All of the staff is welcoming and do a great job with hospitality in general. Rooms are well furnished and housekeeping done nicely. Good breakfast spread too. One suggestion for the extra sofa bed to probably have a bigger mattress as its sharp edges can be a bit of a hazard.

Rest room / recliners can be provided separately for some hours after check out incase there is a time left for airport ( specially for senior citizens, kids)2. We had asked for extended check out time since our flight was late in the evening, but the person at the reception politely denied saying the rooms are full because of peak season, however we came to know later on that our room was not occupied by another guest. They could have provided to us on additional charge basis the number of hours spent3. Nearest metro station pick up facility for people coming from airport can be made available since the cabs takes a bit long to accept the booking, sometimes even gets cancelled

    It was a relaxing stay at the Savoy Hotel Apartment. I & my mom stayed for 6 days and was amazed by the level of hospitality provided. The staff were courteous and the room had all the things needed for long stay. The hotel was located in a peaceful locality and a little far from metro but if you don’t mind walking 10-15 min, it should not be a problem. The staff was very polite and knew there job very well. The lobby, swimming pool and gym were always clean and hygienic.     A lovely place to stay. We came here as a family for the first time in 2007 which was our first visit of Dubai. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean and amazing. The breakfast buffet was really good.We had such an amazing time in Dubai with Savoy Crest being one of the reason for it. We had to return in 2014 and stayed here again.     We were upgraded to a single bedroom apartment. Room was quite spacious, only downside was not much natural light through the windows as there were adjacent buildings all around.Bathroom had a bath tub, hairdryer, amenity kits provided for.Easily accessible via taxi and close to Financial District, Dubai Mall.Breakfast menu repetitive except for 3-4 items that changed each day. Some Indian food was also part of the breakfast each day.Very friendly and helpful staff. You could always reach out to them for suggestions to get around to city seeing spots.

    We enjoyed a long-term stay here near the end of the summer. They offer amazing and humble hospitality. Rooms are well maintained and exceptionally clean. A 2-burner induction cooktop was provided for in-room cooking. Basic utensils were provided as well. The front office staff as well as housekeeping staff made sure that to all needs of our family are fulfilled during our stay. Finally, the location is the highlight for this property: 6-7 minutes walk from SharafDG metro and about 15 mins walk to Burjuman metro station.

    We stayed here for 8 days and I must say the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. To start with we requested for an early check in (by an hour) in and Shubham who was the on-duty manager and Vikas who we spoke to very courteously accepted upon checking availability - our room was amazing and the housekeeping kept the rooms very clean for us everyday. Never once did we have to ask for complimentary water as it was adequately stocked - towels and linen were fresh and clean. We will stay here again without a doubt. Please do patronize them. You will not be disappointed!

    Me and my sister stayed at room 205 and this was an incredible hotel experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyday our room was cleaned by Siddharth and it was cleaned to perfection. He did an amazing job, the room service is amazing. Breakfast was amazing as well we would always look forward to the incredible food cooked to perfection by the hotel. Thank you Newton the front desk reception service was amazing. He greeted us joyfully and made us feel welcome right at the start of our stay. Thank you Parvez and Rakesh for the incredible hospitality. Will definitely come to this hotel when we visit Dubai again. Please upgrade all their positions for their remarkable work ethic.

    Had a comfortable stay at Savoy Crest hotel apartments. We came to Dubai for a leisure trip from India. This review is from Indian family point of view.The reason for booking this apartment is because it had a kitchen setup and it didnt disappoint as we had to prepare food for kids.Rooms : We stayed in a studio apartment. It had one hall with an attached kitchenette and a bathroom. Kitchenette was well equipped. It had an electric stove (not induction but a hot plate). An omlette fry pan and a casserole were available for cooking. We used fry pan for dosa and chapattis. Cutleries, including spoon, fork, knife, and cutting boards, were provided. The kitchen had a chimney setup, preventing cooking smells to stay in rooms. All in all it met our expectations.Room had a king-size bed and a sofa. Sofa can be converted into a bed, and additional sheets were provided on request.Kitchenette also had in built washer/dryer. It had a 30-minute setup to wash and dry. Dryer did a decent job. Clothes still had moisture but got dried up overnight in cloth drying stand. Studio room didnt had a balcony but still it was not an issue to dry clothes inside the room. Didnt result in musty smelling rooms. Cloth drying stand was provided on request.Bathrooms were strictly decent. Could have been better. It did have a bathtub setup.In essence, rooms were decent and sufficient for Indian families looking for rooms with kitches, washer setup, etc. But please do mind that you can also get better hotels at the same price point but without kitchen amenities etc.Location: Not so close to metro station. Its a kilometer walk to the nearest metro. Cabs were available in the streets. No issues. Lot of supermarkets and small cafes around the area.Food: Breakfast was strictly decent. Less options. Indian options, too, were not that great. Could have had dosa or paratha. Most of the other residents were also from India.Service: Towels and linens were clean and were changed on a daily basis. Water is at an additional cost. 10 aed for six 1.5 litres bottles.In summary, its a good hotel for people looking for rooms with kitchen amenities etc. Otherwise, you can get a little bit more luxurious hotels at the same price point but, of course, without amenities.

    It was a memorable stay that we had at this apartment hotel. The room we were allocated initially was not to our liking and we were immediately allocated another room. Mr. VIKAS and Ms JOY at the front desk handled our stay with awesome care. A word about Mr SHARMA, the General Manager.     Hotel appartment location - 5mins walk to SHARAF DG metro, 15mins walk to Burjman, grocery shop opposite to the property. Taxis easily available. Check in was smooth.The room had all basic amenities cooking utensils, plates , spoons, cleaning liquids, microwave, kettle, fridge, iron board, tea / coffee /sugar pots and 1 complimentary bottle of water. Room service offered a set menu @additional cost. A list of restaurants with their menus were available in the room via zomato or talabat or directly with the restaurant.. a nice initiative.Breakfast spread was good not a wide variety to choose but good enough to satisfy different nationalities.A sit out with chairs and small table was available as well.Toiletries etc were provided as well. Bed pillows and the sofa bed was just too good. After a days tour, it helped a lot to relax.Overall loved the place and good one for families.Special Thanks to Madan Sharma and his team.

    Very professional staffs! There is nothing to complain about at all. Its a wonderful hotel apartment as you always feel that you are at your home. The rooms were spacious and really clean. Helpful staff especially reception desks. Fast check-in and sanitized rooms. I would like to repeat staying there more times. We booked a studio but Mr Sharma gave us a room upgrade as complimentary and I and my family had a great time.OVERALL we had a great stay in this place.     SAVOY CREST HOTEL APARTMENTS can be described as the best hotel in the area. The rooms are clean and wide, providing all the necessary facilities to the guests. The services provided by the hotel cannot be described in words. There are stoves, ovens, washing machines, refrigerators etc. in the rooms with necessary utensils, too. The location is just amazing. Easily accessible and near to the downtown dubai. This hotel provides a lot more than we pay. Its fantastic, and amazing.

    We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time! In the end, we did not want to leave at all. The Hotel is situated in a peaceful and clean area which ist not too far from downtown and public transport. The room was very clean, even bigger than expected, the beds were very comfy, breakfast was just a delight and the view from the rooftop, with its nice pool, over the whole skyline, was breathtakingl!!     We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Crest for 8 nights. It was like home away from home. Knowing I traveled with family they provided me free upgrade to 1 bhk apartment. All the staffs are very caring and committed in providing excellent service. Mr. Rihon at the reception was very obliging to all our needs and is exceptional in understanding his guests unstated needs. He really made us feel at home. Mr. Raj and Mr. Rakesh provided us excellent service while dining taking special care of needs of our baby. Mr. Shimin was very prompt to deliver us food to our room. Jubair readily helped us in night to clean the spilled milk in the bed and to replace the sheets. Siddharth was top notch to keep our room very clean daily.     We enjoyed our stay here. (A month & a half) very nice location, lots of grocery stores, pharmacists within walking distance. A lovely pool & sitting outlet on the rooftop, a well equipped gym. The staff is extremely helpful & smiling. The rooms are spacious & we had a nice balcony as well. The kitchen is well planned though it was a 1st to have only 2 cooking zones as opposed to 4/5 :)The manager (Mr Madam Sharma) & his entire team (the reception guys, the house keeping staff , Rakesh the breakfast staff are great, sorry I forget all the names) need a special mention here. We would definitely return another time.

    Really enjoyed my stay at Savoy Crest. The hotel staff made my stay even better. They were all so friendly and helpful with all my questions/concerns. The restaurant and room service were convenient when I didnt want to leave the hotel. The rooms were not luxury but definitely worth the price paid. Very family friendly hotel as I saw lots of families with children there. I didnt swim but the pool was clean and well attended to. However I did attend the gym and it was very nice. I was a bit worried about the location on my arrival but when I went out walking during the night I felt very safe. The only down side is that it was pretty far from everything I wanted to do but the metro was convenient to have cheap transportation to main destinations. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

    I stay in Hotel Savoy Crest for 2 months. Its an hotel apartment type of hotel.     There are so many fantastic things to mention… I do not know where to begin.It is very professional and they take good care of the guests.I was not happy with our original room, and we were quickly shifted to a new room.Our room was immaculate and everything was in working order. I must admit the bed at Savoy Crest is more comfy than ours at home.It’s near so many things. We even walked to Bur Juman mall! Yet, because Savoy Crest is tucked away, we didn’t get woken up by traffic noise in the morning. Great!The breakfast is fresh and fantastic! Fruit, breads, meats, choice of eggs, tea/coffee, juices were all to be had. We left as full and satisfied as if we went to a buffet.

    We arrived past midnight and the reception was waiting with our details to welcome us. I was really impressed because I had made the reservation about 2 weeks earlier with no further follow up.Since the restaurant was closed at that hour, we were directed to an eatery just around the corner where we ordered our meal and it was sent to us in our apartment steaming hot.The apartment was beautiful with lovely decor. Everything was clean and orderly like it was set up for a photoshoot rather than for people to live in. We loved everything about it.Breakfast was good and I particularly liked that there were little cards against each meal stating calorie counts and pointing out meals that could possibly cause allergies.Cheese omelet was especially lovely and the fruit yogurt also.I used the gym once and I enjoyed my workout session.The staff were extremely nice and friendly.I plan to visit again on my next trip to Dubai.

    The hotel has treated us with amazing service specially the cleaning that was provided by Suraj and Pathik since they left the room in an impeccable state. Additionally, the location of this hotel is greatly located as major attractions were only a taxi ride away from the location. Also, many supermarkets were in close proximity which is always a positive since a kitchenette is situated in the room. Moreover , the receptionists are extremely helpful and welcoming especially Joy and Shubhan as well as the night receptionist Newton.     The savoy Crest offered an amazing value for money. Very clean hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast every morning. The staff were a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and always thinking of how they could assist their guests. We stayed with our two small kids and the staff were very kind and attentive with them as well. I cant fault a thing at this hotel. I would highly recommend this for anyone that likes to discover dubai and doesnt want to pay ridiculous amounts of money to stay in the downtown area. They offer train station shuttle and also a shuttle to la mer for free.
