I’ve really enjoyed my time at Lana Tower. The building itself is modern, stylish, and has a great vibe. The room is spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The layout is well thought out, with plenty of storage space and a comfortable living area. The finishes and fixtures are high-quality, giving the room a sleek, contemporary feel. Its very well-maintained, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the space cool even on warm days. Overall, its a perfect place to relax and unwind. The maintenance team is always super helpful and approachable, which I really appreciate. The area around the building is still developing, but it’s exciting to see how much more convenient it’ll become with new amenities and services popping up nearby soon.

My stay was really good! The room was very clean (804) The guy at the reception (Austin) was so helpful and communicates very well and he also gave me late checkout which was so kind of him, I appreciate that as i really needed the extra time. Will surely book again. Cheers guys to the entire team.

I stayed at Lana Tower for 3 years; it was a comfortable stay and a nice place to be in. The whole team is helpful, responsive, and kind. Really enjoyed my stay Austin the employee is so nice and understanding I have to shout him out, the rooms are equipped with everything literally you can cook right away if you wanted definitely coming back if Im in dubai next time.

Excellent Property. I came to stay short term but ended up extending my stay for an entire year. Very nice, spacious and bright apartments. Access from Alkhail is very easy. Amenities are very good. The staff is very cooperating and is always available to help you out. No reason to complain

I recently stayed at Lana Tower, and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy. The building is beautiful, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.The tower has excellent facilities, including a gym, pool, and some good places to eat.I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Lana Tower to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I needed a monthly rental in the area and this building is such a great find! Team is helpful, responsive, pricing for the short term stay is absolutely reasonable. Building clean and well maintained. Safe surroundings, within the walking distance from the mall, restaurants, plenty of stores around.Only downside is number of construction projects around, noise travels even if not facing the construction site. But this is a common issue in this area of jvc.Overall a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently moved to Dubai and chose to stay at Lana Tower - Stella Stays in JVC—easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. The building is always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes living here a pleasure.The location is unbeatable—right at the entrance of JVC, which saves a lot of time avoiding internal traffic. Plus, the mall is just 2 minutes away by scooter (10-12 min walk), where I go to the gym. A pharmacy is conveniently located across the street, and DESCO is in the same building, making printing and other errands super easy.A special shoutout to Laith, the manager, who has been incredibly helpful, making my move and daily life completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and affordability like this.I highly recommend Lana Tower - Stella Stays to anyone looking for a great place to stay in JVC at an affordable price without compromising on quality!

Stayed for a few months over here and finally got time to leave a review. Had a lovely experience over. Rooms were quite clean, service was spot on, and management was very prompt to sort out any issues on the rare couple of occasions it was needed. My agent Verah was also very helpful in sorting my stay here. She was always responsive and ready to help. Would definitely recommend going through her if anyone’s looking.

This building is in a well located area (JVC) and the building is close to the highway so I was able to save trafic time. I have to say I had an amazing hospitality as well. I highly recommend. Great experience overall.
