Im regular guest at Vida hotels but this one becomes one of my favourite. Amazing apartment and the size is very fair . All is great and the location for sure is the best specially if you wana walk or just order taxi if you wanted to go to Dubai Mall and save time looking for parking.My favourite part was the recipient Irma. She is super and extremely helpful. Friendly with everyone with her big smiles. Totally professional and she is the reason if I wanted to stay again and again. Thanks for her and their team also for their hospitality.

My entire family loved this place. It was all together an amazing and unforgettable experience. The entire service apartments were so beautifully managed and taken care. They also have a common facility between the hotel and the apartments for the restaurant on top floor which can be used on additional charges. This place is little far from metro and bus stop therefore I would suggest to take cab for anywhere you want to visit.

A nice hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We took a room on 29th floor it has a beautiful view on the canal with a good price, in addition to balcony. It has kitchen, living room, bedroom and one bathroom and a half. Everything there was great. I highly recommend it.

This hotel took my breath away. I was pleasantly pleased with everything especially the attention to details, the decor, spacious rooms and location. Its located in Downtown Dubai which is actually Dubais tourism hub and home to the citys skyscraper - Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall (whats not to like). It didnt come cheap but as they say the good life often comes at a cost.Also, its a self catering hotel and has all the amenities for that purpose including a washing machine.

Great location and great services. We rent an apartment here and we love it. They have a weekly cleaning service and their staff also help us a lot to have a great time in this apartment (Special thanks to Sanjip and Ashma). We are very grateful for every staff of the VIDA residences.

The housekeeping team at Vida Residences Downtown is really excellent!The supervisors Mr. Zenish and Ms. Kemi are very caring and helpful and supportive.The Housekeeping Team is very well motivated and customer care centric always putting our needs first.Our apartments housekeeping team includes Ms. Asma ,Mr. Sanjip and Mr. Suraj are excellent and always very courteous, helpful and cheerful. They work wholeheartedly and diligently. The accommodation is very excellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large hall, and a kitchen open to the hall and includes all cooking utensils, dishes, spoons, etc.. a washing machine and an ironing board.A small office, if it was a workers room, would be better because the office did not feel necessaryThe TV has most channels for different nationalitiesCleanliness needs to be restructured, not just cleaning. They do not put the tools for the bathrooms, and we ask for them on demand every now and then.The location is very close to Dubai Mall, restaurants and supermarkets, and overlooks Burj KhalifaAn important note, I hope there is an ATM and a money exchange machine available on site, and also the room service ends at 5 pm, meaning after that it is prepared for a cleaning service until the second day in the morning.

Excellent hotel as hotel apartments, meaning you should take supplies from the supermarket for breakfast and late night snacks.. In general, the hotel is very excellent and the staff is friendly, distinguished, cooperative and welcoming and all of them, without exception, were at our reception and until our departure [smiles and services around the clock]. It is considered one of the best hotels in the Downtown area. Friendly staff, especially Antoun, Maysoon, and Ashaunt. My choice was an apartment with a wonderful view of Burj Khalifa, consisting of two rooms, a hall, a kitchen, and an office - new furniture and colors that are comfortable for the eye, as well as cleanliness. Next to the hotel is a supermarket, 250 meters away.

A beautiful hotel that is distinguished by the fact that it is designed as a modern hotel apartment. It is also located in the heart of the Boulevard and near the Dubai Mall. One of its negatives is that there are no restaurants or cafes inside it. There is no landline inside the apartment, which makes you take the reception number and call them from your private phone. The reception department is very courteous and very helpful.
