We loved everything about our three bedroom apartment with three bathrooms and balconies in each room, walking distance to Burj Khalifa comfort of the apartment, friendly staff. Room is well equipped with toiletries, towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron as well kitchen. Thank you Sandra for easy check in and check out.

Great location! comfortable! The staffs response is also good! 👍🏻(2022.02.23~27)[Detailed impressions]-The pool is usually a lot of fun and there are always about 5 people there.Security is also good.・The room is comfortable with a good air conditioner! There are no nasty bugs! However, when I left food out, there were some small flies in the living room 🥲・I stayed in B505, but I couldnt use the bath in the room on the right side of the second floor.When I used water in the bath, the water from the bath leaked from the ceiling of the living room on the first floor, which was a big problem😫But when I told the office staff, a repairman came and fixed the leak.⚠️⚠️⚠️Water leaks seem to happen all the time, so if you find a water leak, you should immediately tell the office staff! If you tell them, they will do something about it 👍🏻・At night, around 9pm, a nearby restaurant starts playing and the sound of drums is noisy.However, the performance ends soon, so you dont have to get too irritated!

Huge apartment, well laid out, everything very clean, super comfortable beds - top price/performance ratio.The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace (with garden furniture). View of the fountains - you can hear the music up to the 33rd floor - and the Burj Khalifa.Special thanks go to Sandra (the apartments supervisor), who organized an extraordinary birthday surprise for us (for a fee, of course, but it was 100% worth it). It should also be mentioned that if you stay for a longer period of time, you can also use a cleaning service for the apartment for a fee.We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

The accommodation was more than wonderful. The view was of the Dubai Mall lake and Burj KhalifaClose to everything in Downtown, for a very excellent price
