Spacious apartment if a little dated, a bit far out away from the centre but if you want a quiet place to chill and relax away from it all then its great. Nice big pool with direct access to beach. Seems to be a private residence so the amenities is not as comprehensive as a hotel. Smooth check-in. Overall a comfortable stay.

Hello, first of all, Anna and her team were very helpful to us. The location of the house is truly great, within walking distance of a market, marina, pharmacy, and various budget-friendly dining options. The advantage of having the metro passing in front is significant. We rented a car, and there is parking available without any charge. It is very clean and practical, just as shown in the pictures. Ahmet assisted us in every aspect from the first day. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Dubai, and we will recommend it to all our friends coming from Turkey.

I really enjoyed my stay and am very grateful to the entire Apricus team, especially the manager Kat, who is both highly intelligent, professional and kind!Our communication with Kat was so smooth from the very beginning that’s why I chose Apricus over all the other companies and have never regretted my decision! I stayed in Damac Heights for 6 months! During my stay I contacted Kat with some questions and she was always available and never let me wait for any assistance, so it felt like a hotel, where everything is taken care of. Damac Heights is a stunning building with great amenities such as a 25 meter pool, spa, gym, etc. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean and has a very good inspiring atmosphere! The location and the view from the balcony towards the Burj Al Arab creates a special atmosphere. Watching TV with digital streaming services is also comfortable. The parking garage with its own space is also very pleasant. Within walking distance of Souk and supermarket/small shopping center and the Burj Al Arab. Public beach a bit further than I thought. Really good preparation and (after) service from host Ahmad. Bathroom is good and beds are comfy, the living is spacious and the kitchen just enough for simple meal preparation.

I stayed at Apricus appartement for a little longer than 3 months. The appartement is very nicely located, just in 3 mins walk from DMCC metro station, 20 minutes from GBR beach and i 2 steps away from many restaurants. It has all necessary for comfortable living of 2 people. The building has gym and a large open pool. I enjoyed service , provided by Apricus, my check in and check out process was easy, and on any of my queries, the response time was very short. I was mostly in touch with Kat, who prepared my rental contract and was always available to help and to assist and to whom I would like to make special thanks for an excellent service. I recommend this place with Apricus for 2 people comfortable stay in the heart of JLT.

The apartment is in a great location, between the beach with the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants and the Marina. We arrived in the evening, Ahmad sent us detailed instructions according to which we checked in. Even then, he responded almost immediately to our questions, he was very willing and helpful. There are 5 swimming pools in the area that you can use. I can only recommend the apartment.

Not only was it beautiful, with stunning balcony views of the Burj Khalifa, 24 hour room service, great rooftop pool but there was east access to the mall of Dubai and other downtown attractions. Our attendant, Arun, was kind responsive and helpful. Would love to come back next time I’m in Dubai.

It was such a wonderful apartment, with an incredible view. Every morning weve had breakfast on the balcony with the family. The security at the entrance is very friendly and even opens the elevator for you! Having such a view, with access to 3 different swimming pools and 100m from the beach is just great! The apartment itself is quit and includes all you need. A wonderful experience! When my family comes to Dubai we will absolutely rent this place again!

Flat 5904 at princess tower dubai marina is just stunning with an outstanding view from the balcony.The rooms are extremely clean with all amenities in placeTo top it all the flat is located in the iconic tower of Dubai with a viewing gallery at the 97th floor.Khyati from APRICUS Holiday home is a great person having helped me thru the reservation from start to the end. I was aware of the price increase during the high season as I asked about it before renting it.I have done a video when for the check-in and the check-out. Recommend the prooerty and property contact points!!The peoperty is located a stone throw from jbr beach and the option of underground parking really makes it convenient especially on weekene nights when the neighborhood is packed. You can walk to most locations easily within jbr area. Metro not to far either so if youre ditching the car, this property would be very accessible.Apartment and rooms were as the pictures depicted and overall well taken care of. I would definitely recommend these for families.

Really very big flat - even for 4 people it would be comfortable. Great view from the balcony - possible to see Burj Al Arab and the Atlantis. A lot of cafes, shops and restaurants just close to the flat. There were not enough hangers for me in the wardrobe - I just asked and Jason brought it immediately! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend this flat to other tourists and return there with great pleasure!

I stayed with a friend in a studio, very good location, there are many cafes around and direct access to the Dubai Marina promenade. The beach is about 17 minutes on foot. Beautiful large pool, the studio itself is clean, comfortable mattress, the kitchen has everything you need. The deposit was returned without any problems. I recommend!

We rested in the Sky View Tower (19th floor) from November 9 to 21. Excellent location of the apartments relative to the bus stop, metro, grocery stores, mall, promenade and, of course, the beach!We vacationed with a 10 month old baby. The walk to the beach took about 10-15 minutes with a stroller, in the shade of buildings, so the distance was covered comfortably.The apartment is clean, comfortable, everything you need for your stay is available (towels, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine (it really helped us out;), all kitchen utensils)!The view from the balcony is simply incredible!!!On the 5th floor there is a clean and warm pool with soft sun loungers.Special thanks to Anna for prompt communication on all issues, individual approach and assistance in choosing accommodation. I strongly recommend the agency! We vacationed in the “marina view tower” in February, the apartment was booked a day in advance, however, the agent quickly responded and we agreed to check-in. We were met and checked in on time. The big plus of the apartment is its location. As for the metro, the beach is 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The apartment is clean, snow-white towels and a full kitchen, which was very important for us.

We vacationed in November 2017. The apartment (Bay central tower) is in excellent condition, everything corresponds to the photographs, everything is clean and tidy! The bed is made with clean linens, there is also a hairdryer, bath towels, iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Anna quickly answered all questions. Upon arrival, Jason met us, told us everything and showed us. The house is very conveniently located, a 3-minute walk from the tram stop and 15 minutes. from the metro. We stayed in Sky View Studio 19. The apartments are wonderful, everything is clean, tidy, fully consistent with the description. The evening view from the balcony is very beautiful. Promptness of responses, meeting times for check-in and check-out are excellent. Excellent location relative to the beach, metro station and bus stop. In the neighboring buildings there are 2 small supermarkets, where you can find almost everything you need.
