The apartment was very spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, and nicely decorated bedrooms. Realtor Victor Hancu is the best realtor in Dubai. I have not met such realtors in the 2 years that I have been living in Dubai. We urgently needed to move to another apartment because the apartment we wanted to take had already been rented and we started looking for a new apartment. Considering that it was a day off, I had no hope that I would even find an apartment and move into it. I found an ad from Victor on his day off, he did everything promptly and in the best possible way. The whole situation was resolved in less than a day!!! the apartment is clean!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in a B My Guest apartment in Trident Grand Residence by JBR. I intended to stay for 2-4 weeks but stayed 6 months!Location: the TGR building is really well located in close proximity to JBR beach (10 min walk) and Dubai Marina Walk (10-15 min walk).The welcome: Really smooth check in process enhanced by an in person visit from property manager Robert to show me the ropes.The Apartment block: even by Dubai standards this entire tower is super clean. It has a great sky lounge for days when you need to wfh and one of the better apartment gyms I’ve seen.The pool is nice (though they overdid the chlorine the last 3 weeks) and there is a free-to-use tennis court next to it. The apartment also comes with an underground parking slot.The Apartment: nice and spacious with a generous balcony with views over the sea and Dubai Eye. It’s breathtaking at sunset. Bedrooms are very well proportioned with good storage and en-suites. There is a utility room with a washing machine and good storage. A small army of Be My Guest cleaners turn out weekly to fix all ills.Management team are friendly, especially Anne, and accessible via what’s app.Only niggle was that I had a leak in the utility room that took over 2 months to resolve (fixed now). Other than that, no issues.Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment and still miss the views in the evenings.

I’m from Canada and rented an apt in Trident Tower for a month…. It was clean, beautiful and peaceful. Everything you need is here. The location is perfect for beach, shopping and grocery….. Dealt with Mohamed from BMG and he is very professional and always accommodating , he has gone above and beyond anything I expected…. I’ve had an excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here. The washer didn’t work when we arrived and it was fixed and back in a day…. The building contact Rob is also very kind and saw to anything that we needed. Just a beautiful location with very friendly staff. I loved it ! 💯You can’t go wrong with this choice….

My family and I stayed in Dubai for about a month. We got in touch with Anne based on referral and she provided us with options. We settled on Trident Grand as it best fitted our needs. The building was nice and the apartment was clean and spacious. Anne and Boaz were very helpful in getting us settled in our initial days and were always responsive to our requests. We were able to get a lovely day care (Fun and Play) not far from the apartment for our 2 year old daughter and the building also had a Cheeky Monkeys children’s play area which she also went to. I rented an apartment from BMG for 2 months. Their managers and concierge George were very responsive and ready to help, also flexible in terms of checkin/checkout time, payment method, etc. Which is very much appreciated.I personally was not very lucky with the apartment -- It looked pretty, especially on the photos, but not very well maintained in reality (I had to deal with hot/cold water issues, mold in the bathroom, fridge not working properly, etc...). I understand these issues do not depend 100% on the BMG agency, but as a part of whole experience they had a negative impact.

Within the space of 3 hours I went from a fresh enquiry to actually moving in to one of B My Guests Holiday Homes. From the get go, it was seamless and easy, which after spending five years in Dubai, I understand that a headache free service like this is very hard to come by. The Relationship Manager I dealt with was called Dina Mansour. Dina, at all times was extremely responsive, helpful and most importantly reliable and professional. Its good to see people taking pride in their role and providing a service that is second to none. I highly recommend the services that are provided by this company and more specifically, the customer service provided by Dina. I only rated this 5 stars because there wasnt a sixth.

Thank you to B my Guest for your hospitality and high level of service. For the second year in a row, we are staying for a month in an apartment on Beach Front in Dubai, we are very pleased with the apartment’s equipment and views. We are especially grateful to the manager Victor Hancu, who promptly resolved all issues and helped us find mutual understanding with other employees of the company, as well as the manager Boaz for his willingness to help us conveniently organize check-in and transfer of an advance payment for accommodation. There were some rough spots with the cleaning this time, it’s a pity that the employee responsible for these processes did not warn us in advance that the cleaning now has a variable schedule, each time I actually had to find out when the cleaning service would come to us and rearrange my plans.. Last year, the cleaners came on the same day and hour, which we determined immediately, warning us in advance, which was much more convenient. In general, I can 100% recommend this agency, they are responsible and very responsive guys.
