They offer great service apartments with an amazing view of Burj Khalifa. You have access to all amenities like swimming pool, gym, etc. There is a supermarket just outside the apartment for all your needs and it is situated in Downtown which is at a walking distance to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, etc. Please do give it a shot if you plan to visit Dubai. Very affordable and value for money

Great place to stay in downtown Dubai with great view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. Quick access to business bay. The host didn’t give us an access card during our stay so we have to wait for security to open the door which was a hassle.

The place is beautiful, the view is worth of the Burj Khalifa right at ur balcony makes it worth it. Perfect location in he city All Appliances were functioning well and the area was clean.

We stayed here from December 8th to 12th it was a very nice experience for our family of 5. Location was great, located in downtown, walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall great pool and great views from the apartment. Staff was courteous and very kind. Faizan was the staff member assigned to us he met us upon our arrival, answered questions about our stay an he was very professional and kind and quick to respond to our needs while we were there. Faizan was very helpful in guiding us about Dubai as this was our first time in Dubai. Only thing that could use some improvements is the 2nd bedroom twin beds mattresses can be improved upon.

The staff was very sincere and helpful. Mr. Arif was honest and exceptional at his service management skills. It was indeed a beautiful experience for a short trip and would for sure recommend it to others travelling to Dubai. If one does visit this place, do meet Mr. Arif to have an experience exceeding your expectations.

We had booked a 2 bhk Fountain and Burj Khalifa view just for one night and it was worth the penny spent. Cozy rooms , mesmerizing views , helpful hosts both Arif and Arshad made our stay filled with comfort and memories.Here I would also like to make a mention of the 29 Boulevard Tower 1 building receptionist Ms Ang (hope I got her name right) and Mr Prem Sagar from HouseKeeping as they helped me find an important item which my 20 month old daughter innocently dropped from the 28th floor.

If anyone is looking for a stay in downtown then BellaVista is the best choice.The view from balcony is the best experience I had. On your left you can see Burj Khalifa and fountain view show without stepping out.Though property was bit expensive, but it worth it as it’s in the middle of downtown (Times Square of Dubai)The manager (Arshid), was a good host and helped us a lot.

The location great, the rooms clean and the stuff was so helpful. I should give big thanks for Mr arshad he make our stay comfortable.Usually I like to book in 5stars hotels room but bella vista change my mind.Just you need to buy some amenities because its not provided every thing.
