    Everything was great, very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. There’s a shopping mall nearby where you can shop and dine, and a beautiful park as well. The staff are polite, and the housekeeping is excellent. I’m very satisfied.Now, about one unpleasant issue: due to the current situation between Iran and Israel, I was forced to return to my home country earlier than planned. I asked to move the remaining 4 days of my stay to August instead, as I’ll be coming back then for a longer visit. However, the hotel refused.I’m not asking for a refund, just a date change — which, in my opinion, should not be difficult, as other hotels usually allow it. I still don’t understand the reason for the refusal. I would really appreciate if this could be reconsidered.Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel and would love to come back again and again.

    My Family and I stayed in the hotel for 2weeks and it was an amazing experience starting from the entrance, you will definitely notice the Security Guy who turned out to be our, he name is Simon, he is very professional, it’s difficult not to notice him, top guy,let’s not forget the wonderful housekeeping team, those guys are the real heroes, each time the clean the room, it always looks like a new building. They Damm too good. We are definitely coming back soon.

    We have been staying at Cheval Mason for over a year now . The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything Nakheel Mall, Al Ittihad park and West Beach on the palm. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, great size and combining style with comfort in the best way. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

    Cheval Maison offers the best serviced apartments in Dubai, hands down. Excellenct, prompt, cordial, friendly service from the entire staff from the GM Florent down to the valet and housekeeping staff including Bhumi, Dawa, and Lila.Rooms are large, cozy, and spotlessly clean, gym is well equipped, relaxing pool area thats never too crowded or noisy, and extremely convenient location steps away from the Nakheel Mall and all the beach clubs.10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends.

    I stayed at this hotel for two months and was very satisfied with its service. If I were to come again, it would definitely be my first choice. The location is excellent. You can exit through the back door and access a 3 km walking track. Nakheel Mall is right at your back door. The hotel is very clean. Your room is thoroughly cleaned once a week, and daily trash collection is provided. The staff is attentive and constantly checking on guests. Mr. Nirajan, who took care of my room, is very helpful. All the staff are great. I highly recommend this place.

    This time I made Cheval Maison my preferred personal space for a long stay! This is my second stay and I’m even more impressed than I was the first time when I was here for four days. I think the cherry on the cake is the extremely solicitous housekeeping staff specially Surendra, who was there the last time we were here and another young man Ajay. Warm Ahmed and Barsha at the front office make the establishment a home!

    The hotel is way beyond expectation. Ellumis helped us checked in and upgraded our room to a luxury suite, which is indeed luxurious — it has a study, a living room and a big open kitchen. The location is very convenient, right next to the mall, the Aura skypool and The View. Overall, really good experience.

    Ive stayed here twice now in 2 months. and i absolutely love this place. The room is big and clean, they also provide washer machine and dryer in every unit. Location wise, its convenient if most of your work is at the palm, but even so, almost every top places in dubai is around 20 -30mins drive from the hotel.Nakheel mall is also just right behind the hotel, so getting food, grocery, clothes is super easy. And for the muslim guests, you can also do your firday prayers in Nakheel mall. super easy.overall i enjoy it, and i would say that this is my go to hotel whenever im back in dubai.

It is brand new, and the accommodations are spotless (exactly as shown in the photos) and offered at a very competitive price, considering the high costs in Dubai, especially during the year-end period when prices are particularly elevated.The apartments combine the advantages of a hotel (daily cleaning, room service, breakfast included if desired) with the flexibility of being able to prepare your own meals, which is not trivial given the high cost of dining out in Dubai.     I had a pleasant experience with the housekeeping services at this hotel. Ramesh, Sangam, and their team maintained my room impeccably clean throughout my stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism. Kudos to Ms. Dona, the manager, for her exceptional leadership. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding housekeeping services. The location was also quite nice with many possible places to visit. However, the room for improvement I would suggest is to have more options for the breakfast menu, where we expected more choices.

    Really like this place and would highly recommend it. It combines all of the homeliness of an apartment but the convenience and service of a hotel.We intentionally wanted to stay somewhere with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room and bedroom as we were travelling with a baby. This worked perfectly.The pool is really nice and cleverly shaded meaning you can sit out there even when it is very sunny. For a hotel gym, the gym is absolutely excellent. Big size never busy very well equipped.The hotel itself is very recently renovated and to a beautiful standard; clean, fresh and elegant.The mattress, pillows and bedding are very luxurious and extremely comfortable. Massive thanks to the housekeeping team Surendra & Dinesh. They kept the room looking IMMACULATE, like new.The kitchen was well equipped and a washing machine was provided which was very handy.… a couple of small areas for improvements; while there is a dishwasher there is no dish soap or sponges provided should you want to clean small amounts of dishes or wipe kitchen surfaces for example (even when I checked with reception they said they were not provided so I purchased my own). These should be provided in all of the kitchens. Also, I asked for a clothes maiden and was told these were out of stock and they had no idea of when they would become available again.All of the staff were absolutely lovely from the valet and Bell boys, to the staff in the coffee shop downstairs. Mohammed on reception was warm and friendly.Lastly, the location could not be better, next to Nakeem mall which has every amenity imaginable, golden mile complex and walking distance to the lovely west palm. Also well connected to the rest of the palm and mainland Dubai.Keep up the great work. Already planning myNext visit.

    We loved our stay at the Cheval Maison at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai. The staff were very helpful and caring. They took care with all our needs. In particular Varun the concierge/porter who helped us with our luggage and showed around our hotel room. The room was spacious and New. It even had a laundry, with a washing machine and dryer.A special mention for Mohammed at the Restaurant and Bar, who did a great job looking after us and the cleaning staff Danda and Dinesh who made sure our room was kept spotlessly clean every day.We found the location of this Hotel was perfect. It was 2 minutes walking distance to the Nakheel Mall, 3 minutes to the View at the Palm, 3 minutes to the Monorail Station to go to Atlantis and only 15 minutes by taxi to the Dubai Marina and Marina Mall.We highly recommended this Hotel, we will definitely be coming back to stay.

    I stayed with my boss here for more than a month. This is an excellent place for all types of personnel whether it be tourists or business people.The reception staff and the security staff are all very polite, respectful and courteous.The best part is they are pet friendly.It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment which is the best part. They keep the place very neat and clean.Huge basement parking is an advantage here with Valet.Their complimentary breakfast is awesome.Their coffee is excellent.Theyre just beside Al Nakheel Mall. And I can keep going on and on.Keep up the good work guys and maintain the same standard!!!

We’ve been traveling full time around the world for the past 2 years and I can say Cheval Maison is among the top 3 spots we’ve stayed at.Ideal for long-term stays, close to everything you need, super friendly staff, personalized service, extremely clean and comfortable suite. Same breakfast was served everyday so for long term stays this might not be ideal. We stayed for 3 weeks and definitely for tired of the breakfast very quickly. Apart from that, everything is 5 star.Special shoutout to the amazing housekeeping staff, particularly Rahmoon and Parnish. They cleaned our suite every single day with such care and attention to detail. They’ve been so polite and easy to communicate with. Definitely have made our stay so much more enjoyable.     I’ve spent two months at Cheval Maison as my temporary accommodation after arriving in Dubai. It instantly became my second home. I was also travelling with my pet and the staff took all measures to accommodate to our needs in terms of that. Being an equestrian myself, I also loved the horses theme across the decor of the hotel.The rooms are beautiful and functional, the surrounding area around Golden Mile is lovely with a lively park and nearby beaches. Also Nakheel Mall is just few steps away.I want to thank the whole team of Cheval Maison for making me feel so welcomed, especially Mr Florent Jeannot and his colleagues, and also the amazing staff of the Black Coffee Restaurant. I will surely be coming back to the restaurant of this wonderful place that became my second home.

Would suggest the hotel to do construction on a floor by floor basis, instead of on almost of the floors at the same time and having customers staying on floors that are under construction.     Loved the Cheval Maison , reception and valet staff were extremely caring, sadly we faced some daily issues with housekeeping ( needs an improvement ) rooms are modern and nice , i would have left less starts due to housekeeping issues ( rooms were cleaned very quickly, daily forget to add new towels , we were 3 and always just 1-2 bath towels , no bathrobes etc ) regardless experience was good , receptionist always trying their best especially Carolina she was very helpful as well valet guys Qasim and Ahmet were very very helpful. Positively impressed by the excellent work of friendly and helpful staff at Cheval Maison the Palm - from the sales manager, Iman, receptionists, security guards to the house keepers.The attention to detail & welcoming atmosphere made this service apartment standout. I have a deep appreciation for the cleaning crew - Dhiraj, Danda, Laxnan & Pranish. They are friendly, thorough, and have such a positive attitude!They mistakenly took our towel while cleaning but was very kind to send it for laundry before returning it back to us on the same day.I appreciate their pro-active attitude & honesty - I lost one of my gold earrings in the shower a few days ago. I was surprised that they found it while cleaning & immediately returned it back to me.Thank you so much for the extra effort in making our stay a great experience for us. All of you are true to your word and definitely know how to make your customers happy!

    We stayed at Cheval Maison for a month and everything was great. We especially like the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team : Ramesh, Loks and Dilip.The room are spacious and well furnished. The pool and the gym are also a great plus.

    If I could give 6 stars I would. Cheval Meson apartment are just beautiful, modern, comfortable and they have everything you need. I was so impressed with the design of the room. The location is fantastic....you have a shopping mall near by, fancy restaurant just walking distance . The staff was so polite and friendly...I know they will start breakfast service soon...what I can say is that the cappuccino they offer me before their opening was just amazing! Thank you I hope to be back

    I would like to thank the whole team at Cheval Maison for making our stay so special. The staff on the front desk were exceptional and always happy to help. I would like to thank Charlotte especially for her help in arranging a car hire company at a reasonable price whilst we got ourselves setup. Also I would like to mention Surendra and Pujab from the housekeeping team who did an amazing job of keeping the room spotless during our stay and providing everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a dog friendly and prime location for seeing what Dubai has to offer!

    The staff looked after us from the moment we stepped through the door. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, especially the apartments. It also has a lovely and fairly quiet pool and gym. The restaurant also serves some delicious meals and it is located next to Nakheel mall which has a nice selection of restaurants and shops. The apartment was cleaned and serviced daily to a high standard. Shoutout to Ramesh, Jyoti and Ashif for their efforts keeping the room clean and supplies replenished on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend.

    So i have decided to stay for 10days based on the reviews as we are family of 4 (2kids) . Its an amazing hotel with all amenities including from Valet to house keeping services. My kids felt like a second home. Sonu and surendra- you guys are really good in house keeping and available everytime when i needed.Nakeel mall is just a step away from the hotel and its a huge adventage to spend some time in the mall. I dint expect Palm- the view is just behind the hotel. Over all its a luxurious hotel with everything you needed and expectional services for the money you paid for.I had a day where i needed the car more than 5 times and Valet servicing doesnt hesitate to bring the car. Qasim - thank you for you service for all the days.

    I highly recommend Cheval maison hotel. My opinion that price is reasonable. Location is the best. Everything is absolutely new and clean. In the room we always have everything we need including water and coffee. Sabin and Ramesh take care of our room and provide excellent service daily. All staff is super friendly and polite.     Great staff all round. Especially all the staff at breakfast in the dining area..... too many to mention because it was the whole team. Reception staff all very helpful and pleasant too. Florent, a manager there, was very helpful and welcoming.
