Cheval Maison offers the best serviced apartments in Dubai, hands down. Excellenct, prompt, cordial, friendly service from the entire staff from the GM Florent down to the valet and housekeeping staff including Bhumi, Dawa, and Lila.Rooms are large, cozy, and spotlessly clean, gym is well equipped, relaxing pool area thats never too crowded or noisy, and extremely convenient location steps away from the Nakheel Mall and all the beach clubs.10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends.

This time I made Cheval Maison my preferred personal space for a long stay! This is my second stay and I’m even more impressed than I was the first time when I was here for four days. I think the cherry on the cake is the extremely solicitous housekeeping staff specially Surendra, who was there the last time we were here and another young man Ajay. Warm Ahmed and Barsha at the front office make the establishment a home!

I stayed at this hotel for two months and was very satisfied with its service. If I were to come again, it would definitely be my first choice. The location is excellent. You can exit through the back door and access a 3 km walking track. Nakheel Mall is right at your back door. The hotel is very clean. Your room is thoroughly cleaned once a week, and daily trash collection is provided. The staff is attentive and constantly checking on guests. Mr. Nirajan, who took care of my room, is very helpful. All the staff are great. I highly recommend this place.

It is brand new, and the accommodations are spotless (exactly as shown in the photos) and offered at a very competitive price, considering the high costs in Dubai, especially during the year-end period when prices are particularly elevated.The apartments combine the advantages of a hotel (daily cleaning, room service, breakfast included if desired) with the flexibility of being able to prepare your own meals, which is not trivial given the high cost of dining out in Dubai. My wife and I had a wonderful week at Cheval Maison The Palm, and aside from the points mentioned above, this was largely thanks to the impeccable service provided by the housekeeping team.We are both very meticulous about cleanliness and understand the importance of taking care of the accommodations as much as possible, facilitating and respecting the work of the staff. We are well aware of the effort behind maintaining a spotless stay. Ive stayed here twice now in 2 months. and i absolutely love this place. The room is big and clean, they also provide washer machine and dryer in every unit. Location wise, its convenient if most of your work is at the palm, but even so, almost every top places in dubai is around 20 -30mins drive from the hotel.Nakheel mall is also just right behind the hotel, so getting food, grocery, clothes is super easy. And for the muslim guests, you can also do your firday prayers in Nakheel mall. super easy.overall i enjoy it, and i would say that this is my go to hotel whenever im back in dubai.

I’ve spent two months at Cheval Maison as my temporary accommodation after arriving in Dubai. It instantly became my second home. I was also travelling with my pet and the staff took all measures to accommodate to our needs in terms of that. Being an equestrian myself, I also loved the horses theme across the decor of the hotel.The rooms are beautiful and functional, the surrounding area around Golden Mile is lovely with a lively park and nearby beaches. Also Nakheel Mall is just few steps away.I want to thank the whole team of Cheval Maison for making me feel so welcomed, especially Mr Florent Jeannot and his colleagues, and also the amazing staff of the Black Coffee Restaurant. I will surely be coming back to the restaurant of this wonderful place that became my second home.

Really like this place and would highly recommend it. It combines all of the homeliness of an apartment but the convenience and service of a hotel.We intentionally wanted to stay somewhere with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room and bedroom as we were travelling with a baby. This worked perfectly.The pool is really nice and cleverly shaded meaning you can sit out there even when it is very sunny. For a hotel gym, the gym is absolutely excellent. Big size never busy very well equipped.The hotel itself is very recently renovated and to a beautiful standard; clean, fresh and elegant.The mattress, pillows and bedding are very luxurious and extremely comfortable. Massive thanks to the housekeeping team Surendra & Dinesh. They kept the room looking IMMACULATE, like new.The kitchen was well equipped and a washing machine was provided which was very handy.… a couple of small areas for improvements; while there is a dishwasher there is no dish soap or sponges provided should you want to clean small amounts of dishes or wipe kitchen surfaces for example (even when I checked with reception they said they were not provided so I purchased my own). These should be provided in all of the kitchens. Also, I asked for a clothes maiden and was told these were out of stock and they had no idea of when they would become available again.All of the staff were absolutely lovely from the valet and Bell boys, to the staff in the coffee shop downstairs. Mohammed on reception was warm and friendly.Lastly, the location could not be better, next to Nakeem mall which has every amenity imaginable, golden mile complex and walking distance to the lovely west palm. Also well connected to the rest of the palm and mainland Dubai.Keep up the great work. Already planning myNext visit.

We loved our stay at the Cheval Maison at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai. The staff were very helpful and caring. They took care with all our needs. In particular Varun the concierge/porter who helped us with our luggage and showed around our hotel room. The room was spacious and New. It even had a laundry, with a washing machine and dryer.A special mention for Mohammed at the Restaurant and Bar, who did a great job looking after us and the cleaning staff Danda and Dinesh who made sure our room was kept spotlessly clean every day.We found the location of this Hotel was perfect. It was 2 minutes walking distance to the Nakheel Mall, 3 minutes to the View at the Palm, 3 minutes to the Monorail Station to go to Atlantis and only 15 minutes by taxi to the Dubai Marina and Marina Mall.We highly recommended this Hotel, we will definitely be coming back to stay.

This is an excellent place for all types of personnel whether it be tourists or business people.The reception staff and the security staff are all very polite, respectful and courteous.The best part is they are pet friendly.It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment which is the best part. They keep the place very neat and clean.Huge basement parking is an advantage here with Valet.Their complimentary breakfast is awesome.Their coffee is excellent.Theyre just beside Al Nakheel Mall. We’ve been traveling full time around the world for the past 2 years and I can say Cheval Maison is among the top 3 spots we’ve stayed at.Ideal for long-term stays, close to everything you need, super friendly staff, personalized service, extremely clean and comfortable suite. Same breakfast was served everyday so for long term stays this might not be ideal. We stayed for 3 weeks and definitely for tired of the breakfast very quickly. Apart from that, everything is 5 star.Special shoutout to the amazing housekeeping staff, particularly Rahmoon and Parnish. They cleaned our suite every single day with such care and attention to detail. They’ve been so polite and easy to communicate with. Definitely have made our stay so much more enjoyable. If I could give 6 stars I would. Cheval Meson apartment are just beautiful, modern, comfortable and they have everything you need. I was so impressed with the design of the room. The location is fantastic....you have a shopping mall near by, fancy restaurant just walking distance . The staff was so polite and friendly...I know they will start breakfast service soon...what I can say is that the cappuccino they offer me before their opening was just amazing! Thank you I hope to be back

A great place for long term stays which is at a great location.This place is a service apartment which is located at the palm area and one of the back doors opens right at the Nakheel mall which is a great shopping center in the area.The only problem I see here is where you are going to take a shower; the water pressure is very low. But besides this, all the other things are great. The hospitality and the service a good and the place is calm.You have all the things you may need here; gym, walking road, a mall, a small restaurant inside the cheval maison.

Great staff all round. Especially all the staff at breakfast in the dining area..... too many to mention because it was the whole team. Reception staff all very helpful and pleasant too. Florent, a manager there, was very helpful and welcoming.

I highly recommend Cheval maison hotel. My opinion that price is reasonable. Location is the best. Everything is absolutely new and clean. In the room we always have everything we need including water and coffee. Sabin and Ramesh take care of our room and provide excellent service daily. All staff is super friendly and polite. The food in restaurant is tasty and cappuccino is one of the best we ever tried)).

Bishal & Karishma helped ensure our room was always super tidy. Location of the hotel is amazing, connected to Nakheel mall makes everything very convenient. I also loved the gym, great view and good equipment. Everyone is also very polite and helpful.

From the moment we entered, it just felt right. The entire hotel has such a pleasant scent. Located on the seventh floor, we had a splendid view along the stem of the palm and onto Atlantis. The spacious apartment is elegantly furnished in light, natural colors, making one feel “at home” in no time. Just a few steps from the Nakheel Mall and a lovely park along the Golden Mile Galleria.We truly enjoyed our entire stay.Special thanks to Cham for his welcoming check-in and tour around the hotel in the middle of the night, and to Francis for being a great help in extending our stay. And also thanks to Mohammed for his help at the front desk, both over the phone and in person.Also a big thanks to the entire house keeping. Especially to Laxman, Sabin, Bishal Rai and Sadhana, for their superb cleaning and eye for making the apartment beyond clean and cozy.We will for sure return!
