Writing this review after 1 month of staying at this place, The receptionist “Moyra” always greet with the smile and calmness .and “mr shamsher” help with anything we wanted… the daily cleaning staff is also very professional.Place is absolutely amazing!I will definitely come back here again! In my opinion, it is the highest score for this hotel. Beautiful view, clean rooms, professional and respectful staff, all the facilities needed by the guest, with a club and bar and two separate pools. Suitable for the anniversary and surprise of your loved ones.

These apartments are very much value for money, they are big and have most of the amenities you need. The kitchens could do with a bit more cooking utensils, but there is a fridge, stove, microwave and kettle, so you can get by.Rooms are serviced, which is great.Location is OK, relatively central and close to Mall of the Emirates and the metro.If you are in Dubai to get some work done, these apartments are perfect. The one bedroom has a separate bedroom, with bathroom, then an open plan lounge/dinning room space, with a big table to work at, guest toilet and a separate kitchen with a door.

What a stay!Very well designed and furnished room.Very quite hotel in the hear of Dubai.Very nice and professional service.On top of that affordable price and very gentle costumer services.This hotel must be 7 stars.I spend the whole month of june here and again I checked in here 5th August till now 40 nights that was amazing stay ever.Thanks for very good hospitality.

We stayed for 7 days in a 1 br apartment 14th floor flat 1406 and Our stay was one of the most comfortable ever we had from the last couple of bookings from other hotel/apartments.From receptionist Carol to housekeeping staffs *so sorry I forgot the names* were very kind and polite.Will definitely come back with our kids very soon.Sofas are little old but i did not mind it 😁 was fine.We had a nice sunset view from my window.Thank you 🤗

The furniture is a bit outdated (chairs and tables), at the same time beds are very nice. But the service is covering it all, very friendly, helpful, reacting immediately to any issue. The location is good for the travellers who love authentic foods! Mall of the Emirates, I.E. the big shopping mall and the metro station are close by. They have good offers on AirBNB so the value for money is very worth

I loved this place and came to stay here again. The maintenance is really great. Staff and host are both very responsive and helpful and polite and nice. The swimming pool water was clean but the sides were dirty but when we told them they looked into it. Anything and everything we told them they responded immediately. Very clean, great location, amazing service, highly recommended.

Economical, nice location, building is run down, needs lots of repairs and maintenance, rates vary widely between booking sites, direct booking and Airbnb, compare all and try to get best rate, anything over 500aed per day is not worth it.

This Hotel used to be Marmara Residence, now theres a new owner and management, so far rooms are spacious, clean .. the location is great its just behind the Emirates Mall in Dubai Barsha area, staff are very helpful , we love the placeStayed at Unit Number#1301 for 4 Nights.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Management to lower level give us a service beyond their job responsibility.My story in short:I visited Dubai with my wife and four year old son in January 2022, we chose to stay this hotel with the recomendation of my Brother. However during the stay my son got positive for Covid 19 and had to stay quarantine period also there, eventhough I was not aware my airline insurence suppose to bear my hotel fees during the quarintine perod but alrady I had paid all amount in my own.Ultimately my insurence company agrees to pay the hotel fee if hotel agrees to refund same amount to me.Then I consulted hotel managemt and explain my situation.Management was so kind and accomodated my request.With the series of effort and support of the hotel management and all staff, I manage to get back the hotel fee which I alrady settled.Amazing thing was they were so kind to make an international money transfer enabaling me to get the money to my local account, since I backed to my own contry after concluding the visitI never expected this much of hospitality from the staff of this hotel.Thank you verymuch for everything you have renderd for me.I highly recomend this hotel

Well furnished apartment with more than helpful staff. Special thanks to Gabriel, Carol and Waseem!The property is located close to Mall of Emirates and you have plenty of options for groceries and dining.Friendly neighborhood, decent swimming pool, well spaced out rooms.Recommended to book yourself in the rooms with balcony which face the main road... The balcony are big enough for you to just chill out

The place offers neat and clean rooms and serviced apartments. If you are more than 2 people, you can go for the 2bhk serviced apartment provided here. It contains all the basic amenities, including refrigerator, washing machine, oven, induction cooker, crockery for 4 people, basic utensils to cook food. There are many supermarkets nearby. So you can easily get stuff to prepare food, if you plan to cook by yourself. Basically a good option for the people planning to stay for long. They also provide rooms on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.Location is approachable. Mall of Emirates is the nearest place to explore. Taxis are easily available from the main road.

They were extremely accomodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12noon. We got to hotel early and I didnt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The room was huge, the gym and swimming pool were cleaned and well maitained. The service was exeptional. Would definitely send a friend here.

It is one of the best residences in Dubai for families. It is clean and has a good price compared to other residences and hotels in Dubai.
