It has reasonable pricing in this buildingPrices are normal as compared to other but it is old building. There is furnish and unfinished also. You have to check with agent and deal before stay. There are many agent in market and they accept verbal term and conditions but after they are not accepting. Be careful -

Diamond Views-3 block-B, it’s a nice block, this block Heights from Road is little bit high, in the lobby there’s a magazine rack and refrigerator that’s full of drinks, biscuits and chips, reception is good with light music some time.One way going from Main reception to community swimming pool and kids play area, overall building is good and well managed by management but going to old day by day. -

Very nice and clean place, near to mall and other shops, bus station near as well, direct access to Hessa and easy acxess to Al Khail road or E 311 road ,10 min by car to the nearest beach and on middle way of everything..recommended! -

A nice place to live , very close the green park and the Circle Mall, this apartment is like house , they have just 3 th floor is not a height building -
