    I had pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location.Its just 900m from Union MetroStation, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Carrefour and Nesto, which was very convenient for daily needs.Food options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants serving biryani and Chinese cuisine just a short walk away. Whether youre in the mood for a quick bite or a full meal, you wont have to go far.The only drawback was the car parking system. While parking is free, you have to contact the reception every time to open the gate, which can be a bit inconvenient.Overall, its a great place to stay with easy access to transportation, food, and shopping, perfect for both short and long visits.

    The staff is very friendly ..the hotel is in the heart of the city ...you can cook in ur room and it is easy accessibility to supermarkets and other places in Dubai .Also a safe place to stay with your family .

    I have a wonderful experience with icon apartment hotel, we come with a family of 3 and they provide a 3 bedroom room, really feel like home experience with with open kitchen and big room. I highly recommend this hotel ecomically as well as comfortable wise , and this location was great to move around by nearby shopping and food.

    Very Clean and comfy hotel in Deira DubaiWe had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart in Deira Dubai. Many thanks to all staff housekeeping, receptionists and last but not least Mr. Kamrul, Mr Wajid and Mr. Noman.

    We requested for an early check in and they made it happen. I informed them that it was a special occasion and they decorated the room so beautifully.The receptionist Ambika was very kind and helpful.the location was perfect very near to the metro.the breakfast was ok. They have a swimming pool as well.Excellent staff. I stayed there for 3 days and it was wonderful.

    What a excellent experience while icon hotel stay. I booked it for 11nights with family and kids Everything was perfect. Very clean , no bedbugs or not even think about cockroaches. Every equipment was working in kitchen. Ac was very chilled need to low down the temperature .Very near to every kind of restaurants. Very cooperative staff. No extra charges . We booked family suit . Big balconies in every room and kitchen also . I would like to thank mr Noman manager and every staff member for taking care. I would recommend everyone for staying in icon hotel Apartments, Al Muteena street . Once again thanks to Noman and entire team. ALLAH bless u

    Nice hotel, good location and good customer service.There manager was so down to earth and friendly to me and always there to make sure that I am comfortable with my stay.Icon is another home away from home. From the moment I arrived there the front desk was kind to me. I was suppose to check in 12pm or 1pm I think but got there around 6am but he was kind to me and open a room for to sleeping pending the time my booked room will be ready.Their break fast was great and the same is the chef.I must say the hotel is very clean and affordable.They also made going out easy by providing support to help me locate the best tourist places to visit and how to get there without any difficulty. If come back to United arab emirate, Dubai, I will stay at ICON hotel

    We stayed for 7 days , room was very good Which can easily accommodate for 3 person with all the kitchen facilities.Location was great everything available around the hotel.Only concern was that we need to request for the cleaning room.Just special thanks to the front office (Miss Ambika & Mr.Omar).

    Good place. Calm and peacful as compared to others. Breakfast is not good, requires improvements. Rooms are spaciouse but with old design. Room has fridge, mini bar, washing machine, small kitchen and centeral AC.

    Nice place if you want a calm and relaxed state without prestigious amenities, clean and quiet, average and well maintained breakfast, a small building with two elevators so you will be up and down in seconds, nearby every things, big malls, buses, metro and shops, I will give it five stars if they repair the small cracks and dents in bathtub and if they supplied clothes holdersDon’t hesitate its very good for the money

    I have stayed at Icon so many times and will stay more the next time i visit. located in central deira surronded by resturants. roof top pool, and the view from roof is amazing. dream palace hotel told me my reservation is cancelled just to make more money for making a booking then and there so i called icon hotel appts and Mr. Viky at reception was very welcoming and gave me an hour to arrive and gave me a good deal aswell for my stay. every time i crossed the reception who ever was there, they always gave a welcoming smile and that made my day. thanks allot of making my trip memorable.
