Excellence: Because right from before i travelled, izzzi crews communication and follow up made my experience easy. Theres a 40 minute ride from the airport but i didnt mind that at all. I was well received and well attended to by Glen at 11pm plus all through out my stay. Thought i would spend 2 nights only but the complimentary upgrade, beautiful and peaceful view on the 3rd level had me spend all 5 nights at Izzzi life Mint - Apart Hotel. Thank you izzzi crew

I enjoyed a delightful two-month stay at your holiday home last July. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the unit was impeccably clean. While the internet connection was occasionally unstable, my overall experience was quite positive. As a property manager overseeing 160+ properties in Dubai, I can confidently say that your establishment met and even exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, I appreciated receiving my security deposit back promptly on the day of my departure.

I stayed here for a few days. Really friendly staff, lovely design to the place too. Pool to relax & sunbathe next too, although not quite large enough to do lengths but still a nice sun trap.Room was clean & spacious with kitchen facilities & a proper deskspace too.The only tiny drawback is that it is on the remote side of JVC so it does sometimes take a little while to get to places like Marina & Downtown but that depends on your time of travel as rush hour is now super busy in Dubai.Id happily stay there again.They also put on small events to create a bit of a community vibe too.

We have stayed at Izzzi life Mint several times. We really love the quirky colourful decor and friendly staff. The swimming pool is great and catches the sun most of the day. They also regularly host fun events on the roof top and pool side.We like the hotel so much that we have booked for our son and his family to stay for the Xmas period.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, great rooms, clean facilities, loved the balcony. It was nice having a washing machine and kitchen to do laundry. The gym and pool were a nice feature. They accept deliveries and even helped me with a couple by putting them in the room for me while i was out. I trust them and they are very helpful. Would stay again.

Even though its not close to the beachside, transportations links work quite well to get anywhere you want within 10-20 minutes.Much obliged to the guy at the reception to provide me with a top floor room!! We are staying here for a long time and the rooms and service are excellent. Beautiful enclosed complex with a great pool. What I particularly like is that they are very pet-friendly. The team is always very helpful and there are always activities arranged by the community managers. They even offered a free photo shoot. All in all, a top accommodation and the price-performance ratio is excellent. A clear recommendation!

Surely the best serviced apartment at JVC Dubai .We had the best time staying there so we stayed there more than one month. All rooms have amazing home appliances and a big kitchen which you can stay for long time easily. They have the kindest and caring staff who always have smile and communicate with you. Me and my family of 5 decided to stay in Izzzi.LifeMINT for our summer vacations in 2024 in a 2 bedroom Apartment and were completely taken back by the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. For context, we have stayed in Dubai every summer for the past 8 years and have tried to stay in different apartments around the city. This was the first time we have been this far from Downtown Dubai but the perfect location inside a luxurious area like Jumeirah Village Circle as well as the excellent transport link of the Al Khail Road (Basically Sheikh Zayed Road without tolls) makes it a superb location for an extended stay in Dubai.Before arrival the fantastic team reached out to me via WhatsApp to ensure everything was ready for my month long stay. They were professional and very helpful of all of my requests (extra bed for the last week of my stay, extra pillow etc).Upon my arrival, I spoke with Arslan in the front reception team who was my main contact throughout my stay. He was excellent in helping me feel comfortable throughout. His friendly nature and fantastic customer service made it a joy to feel like we were staying in a friendly hotel rather than the usual corporate feel larger branch hotels feel like. My father also joined the last leg of our stay and he also spoke to Arslan upon check in and was very impressed with the experience. He was very keen to leave this review and point out Arslan in particular. Thanks Arslan!During my stay we had no issues whatsoever, everything went smoothly and a special shoutout for the superb room service and general cleanliness of the apartments. The team here are by far the best in all of my stays in Dubai, the hallways smell delightful with constant aroma infusers, the floors are wiped clean almost hourly too which all contribute to truly a wonderful stay for the family.The pool is excellent and the gym has 2 modern treadmills which are really the only equipment we needed. The lifeguard was a joy to talk to with his extremely helpful and joyful smile making our mornings and afternoons whenever we decided to cool off with a dip. The table tennis, table football and golf were also a great activity for my younger brothers while we were in the pool.Overall I can not recommend this property enough for your next stay in Dubai, the circle village is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai but also a mere 10 minute drive away keeping you close by to everything you may want. The facilities are all modern and high quality for apartments. The staff and cleanliness are by far the best we have seen in Dubai and the value for what you pay is superb also.We will definitely be staying at this hotel again next summer, thanks to the lovely team!

Great atmosphere, they offered various monthly rates, went for no cleaning, but when I asked, the management responded quickly, and the cleaning is top-notch. We stayed there for three nights and so far no complaints. However, you should know this is not exactly hotel but rather residential accommodation. There is no restaurant at the property, but there are plenty in the area especially if you have car. On the top there is a good patio and they have poll which we never used. Worth mentioning that the wifi was amazing.

Can’t name a single bad thing about this building or the team that runs it. From the moment we walked in after a 12 hr flight, Arslan and team have made us feel at home, and ensured things go as smoothly as possible. Special thanks to Arslan for accommodating an early check-in on a short notice and being so friendly, professional, and yet flexible with our needs and wants. The units are exactly as described and shown in the pictures, very modern, stylish, clean and welcoming. The in-unit fully adjustable AC has kept us cool even during +48 degrees outside. The amenities are extremely comfortable, not least the swimming pool. My absolute favourite is the car-shaped working desks, which make me chuckle every time I use or pass them (see pics). All in all, I’d strongly recommend Izzzi to anyone, whether for a short or for a longer visit to Dubai.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Price was pretty decent for a 1 bedroom apartment. Only problem is that I had a lot of technical problems with maintenance like leakage and water overflowing here and there. I would recommend getting a hotel trolley to assist with baggage movement.Oh and last thing which was a BIG ‼️ was that the garage clearance is terrible. Like insanely terrible it damaged my mustang.

It was my first time there and I am definitely coming back again - and I honestly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice stay in Dubai in one of the best neighborhoods in my opinion. My room was well equipped, clean, quiet. The hotel facilities are very good (small gym, great swimming pool and sunbathing area, rooftop). The staff is super friendly and attentive. I would also recommend for someone looking for a longer stay, like monthly or so.JVC area is super nice, walkable, there are very good restaurants and cafes around, a small park, a couple of supermarkets. Short drive from other nice places in Dubai.

The apartment consists of a room and a living room. The living room has a sofa that converts into a medium-comfort bed, suitable for children. For the first time, we vacationed with our family at izzzi life mint and we made the right choice with the hotel! I have never met such attentive and polite staff anywhere! The hotel has a good location and very cozy rooms, I especially liked that you can choose the type of room to suit any taste. Lots of entertainment such as a swimming pool, table football, mini golf, in the evening on the roof there is a great view of Dubai! I also want to note that there is a hall, which I especially liked, in general this hotel was very impressive and liked, my parents were also happy with the holiday

I used it on my first trip to Dubai. It was great that Dubai Hills Mall was nearby. Dubai Mall was also nice and not too far away. I didnt use it because it was hot, but the pool and rooftop looked nice, so Id like to use it next time when its a little cooler.I was able to contact them immediately through WhatsApp, so I felt safe using the service. I would like to use your hotel again on my next trip to Dubai. thank you very much.

We came on vacation with our family for two weeks, we are incredibly glad that we chose izzzi.LifeMINT! Very welcoming, friendly, and most importantly efficient staff. Everything was at the highest level, I especially liked the events that the guys organized every weekend, everything was very emotional and fun! Another bonus was that it was my mother’s birthday and the guys were so sensitive that they congratulated her with a bouquet of roses (mom was shocked :). We chose the OneBedroom room, which turned out to be very spacious and bright, suitable for a family holiday, as it has everything you need for your stay! In general, a lot of entertainment, comfort and cool guys who work at izzzzi! I recommend! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

One of the best hotel apartments in DUBAI. Amazing new hotel. Good location. 3 park there. Where you can walk. Circle mall. Greeny area. Not crowded. A lot of supermarkets here. Not far from centre. Pets allowed 😀 and its so good. In the hotel you will find everything. Kitchen, wash machine, everything for cooking they gave. Freez. Room big. Plants inside (for me its big plus). Staff so kind. Nice manners. Big thanks to Mr. Aslam and Ms. Gulnara. He really cares about guests. Always ready to help. Nice pool also here. We had room with terrace and enjoy every day :). Comfortable bad. And one more BIG PLUS FOR ME ITS NEW HOTEL:). I recommend this hotel because here you will feel yourself like at home! Great hotel. Not far from the center. Quiet area. Lots of parks and greenery. We are glad that there is a terrace.The service is top notch! Any of our requests were fulfilled in a matter of minutes. Friendly and attentive staff, they even gave us a gift on New Years Eve =)Vibe and entertainment. The first hotel where friends can easily come to you, grill steaks on the roof, watch a movie in the cinema area, play table tennis, football and mini golf. Good afternoon I stayed at the hotel while on a business trip. The room was large with a modern design, on the ground floor with a large terrace overlooking the courtyard, equipped with a kitchen that has everything you need. The hotel has a swimming pool, recreation area, gym. Very friendly staff, whom you can contact with any question, will always guide you and tell you where everything is (shop, transport, etc.). They speak English and Russian. The JVC area is very calm, one might say sleeping. I definitely recommend it.

Hello, what can I say - cool apartments, new and clean, the trip was my first, for work, the staff helped with many questions, they didn’t get confused, they were always in touch via WhatsApp. There is a swimming pool and a hall, I didn’t have time to evaluate it, but it looks decent. I had a view of the courtyard - very calm, and the area itself is very pleasant, like a family one, you know. I recommend!
