Great Stay with a Few Minor HiccupsMonty Holiday Home L.L.C. provided a lovely and comfortable stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The team was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy. While overall the experience was very positive, there were a couple of small issues that kept it from being a full five stars. Still, we would definitely consider booking with them again. A great option for a quality holiday home!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Boulevard Crescent Tower 2. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of Burj Khalifa. A special thanks to Abraar from the staff, whose honesty and kindness left a lasting impression. I had forgotten my smartwatch after checkout, and he not only contacted me but personally returned it. Such integrity is truly admirable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai – great location, excellent service, and trustworthy staff!

I normally do not post reviews about companys, however I lived at one of the Monty home properties for a year and I could not fault their team one bit, if anything went wrong they always responded quickly and if it was an issue within the flat someone was always there within a few hours to fix it (which is super rare in Dubai). Really appreciate the kindness of your whole team for making it really an enjoyable stay for me! I would definitely recommend the company to anyone.Thanks again Monty team!!

Monty Holiday Homes have been super professional and wonderful to deal with from start to finish! We were long staying guests in one of the apartments and we’ve had to extend our stay several times. They were very accommodating and flexible with our requests and changes, and it made our whole stay easier!The apartment was well equipped, and felt very homey which was perfect as we stayed for 2 months. Enough storage space, cupboard space, and wonderful large bathrooms! Great quality towels and linens as well! We never had any maintenance issues and the entire building was of a very high standard!I cannot recommend them enough! We’ve stayed in a few short term rentals and their service has by far been the best! Would highly recommend any of their properties!

I stayed at their apartment in the BLVD Hights downtown Dubai. And i must say the apartment was fabulous was such a great to price/quality value. Furniture was all up to date and the location was prime,l with a fabulous view. literally could walk to Burj khalifa and Dubai mall within 10 to 15 minutes (5 minutes by car).In addition the guest relation representative Mr. Kalven was super kind and helpful he even helped with things outside of the. Apartment such as providing in home COVID tests for a great price.All in all this is an excellent play to stay with a super polite and professional staff. However please note this is not a hotel so there is no room service but you can order from outside through Talabat app and there ar many Resturaunts around the area.Overall i would highly recommend staying with Mont Holdiay Home Rentals !

Spend the eid holiday staycation here in dubai @boulevard heights where we stayed for 3days 2nights overall it was a pleasant experience the hotel apartment was well maintained my family the amenities specially the swimming pool seems so private and well cleaned, the guy from monty (ithink his name was kalvin), thank you, for assisting us in apartment facilities location. Hello.. the apartment was good and clean.. but the bad thing is that the curtains are light and we could not sleep because the light is completely inside the apartment.. Also, unfortunately, the smell of trash in the trash room is annoying on the same floor as well as in the parking lots, it is very annoying and the parking spaces are not clean.. Thank you..
