I recently stayed at Nassima Tower Hotel Apartment to celebrate my birthday last Saturday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of Sheikh Zayed Road and the iconic Museum of the Future. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with my friends. A huge thank you to Ms. Carine for assisting me with the booking she was very accommodating and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Also, Ms. Maria at the reception was very welcoming and ensured a smooth check-in for me and my guests. One thing I really appreciated was the free valet parking, such a thoughtful and convenient feature, especially when arriving with guests. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful, and the service was truly top-notch. Overall, it was such an amazing experience and I’m beyond happy I chose Nassima Apartment for my birthday celebration. Highly recommended! I’d definitely come back again.Thank you again you made my day so special .

Lovely place. We had an amazing time, especially kids at the pool. Room is large that accomodates us and our friends are allowed. Location is just right with food and grocery nearby. Incredible experience here! Stayed for over a month while looking for a long-term stay. Kashif, Michael, and Maria were all extremely helpful in helping me extend my stay, receive necessary amenities, and moving rooms as I had to extend my stay 4 times. The apartment was well kept, had many useful amenities (like kitchen equipment/ washing machine, TVs), and the price was extremely reasonable. The room was also very spacious.

The service was excellent, and the cleaning service was also very good. We were even able to leave our luggage in the lobby before heading to the airport. Mr. Saqib and Mr. Michael were very friendly and helped us with our luggage when we took a taxi to the airport. They also kindly allowed us to check out an hour late due to our situation.

Last Thursday 19Jun, upon check in at 3:30 pm, we were welcomed by a very helpful team (we were not able to get their names.. maybe kashif? not sure though). They were informative, assuring , and we were able to get the room we exactly wanted. As for the hotel itself, the view is beautiful. Breakfast is the best!

We booked a 1 bedroom standard for 1 night, the reception (Awais) is really nice during discussion, he offerred me different packages that suits to our needs and liking, he even allowed us to make an initial viewing of the room to help us choose. After that, he gave me a good discount which i really appreciate. Other supports like Khareen, Saqib and Kashif were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Although, I am a bit sad about the pool area being only one combining Voco and Nasima Towers and we were not able to enjoy it because it was crowded. I hope they can make another pool area for Nasima hotel visitors only. Overall, the room is great, clean and huge. We had a great time spending here and i will definetly go back again and will recommend this to others. Plus points: the window view was fantastic, we were able to enjoy the Sheik Zayed Road. 💖

We stayed in a 1 bhk apartment for a family gathering. It is very spacious and has 1 large bed, a large sofa and 2 toilets - which makes it ideal for a family of four. The equipment like stove, micro etc. in the kitchen functioned well and rooms were well equipped with aircons etc. Even the bathrooms are spacious. The stay was helped by courteous and helpful support staff especially Maria and Kashif. The hotel location is very accessible via Metro. Highly recommended.

It was our first time staying in Nassima Tower apartment with aget together with our family and friends. During check-in, Michael was friendly and made our check-in smoothly although we were accommodated late. The rooms were spacious with a good view and it was perfect for bonding with special occasions for Christmas. One thing is the rooms bed and cabinets were outdated and need to look to changes to be more elegant. We enjoyed our time in using the jacuzzi and steam bath. On our last day, we were polite to ask an extension of half an hourfor late check out. But we appreciate for being flexibility. I believe its not too much to ask. Overall experience, it was good but it will be better with half an hour late check out extension.

We are a newlywed who booked 1 night in the hotel with friends (Sep 30 - Oct 1)Location was quite a hassle to get to if youre driving. Entrance is in the front. Ask around, the staff they will be more than happy to assist you.Check in was smooth, Mr. Michael, from reception, was very understanding and hospitable. There was one HK associate who surprised us by giving us things we just only thought about of asking, he premeditated our needs and I admire that. He served us from the night we checked in until early morning. Kudos to you.The rooms was really classy. Kitchen was provided with the necessities ; dishwasher, oven, plates, utensils etc.. if youre planning to connect your laptop or mobile to their TVs, bring your own HDMI since they were unable to provide.We were unable to get to the gym and the pool area. You have to go down to reception and shift to the VOCO side elevators to go up.All in all, the wife and I are happy with our visit and we hope to visit again.

I have been staying at Nassima Tower for the past two years and I must give them their flowers. From the rooms to the service to the staff. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and made my stay here so seamless. Ali, to be specific cleans my room every Monday & Thursday and leaves it sparkling clean. I totally appreciate him for this. Likith and Prashantha, as the supervisors make it very easy for him to do this. They’re very hands on and kind gentlemen, and I truly appreciate them. 100% would recommend!
