    The service was excellent, and the cleaning service was also very good. We were even able to leave our luggage in the lobby before heading to the airport. Mr. Saqib and Mr. Michael were very friendly and helped us with our luggage when we took a taxi to the airport. They also kindly allowed us to check out an hour late due to our situation.

    Incredible experience here! Stayed for over a month while looking for a long-term stay. Kashif, Michael, and Maria were all extremely helpful in helping me extend my stay, receive necessary amenities, and moving rooms as I had to extend my stay 4 times. The apartment was well kept, had many useful amenities (like kitchen equipment/ washing machine, TVs), and the price was extremely reasonable. The room was also very spacious.

    It was a great experience when we celebrating our simple wedding celebration with family . MARIA was the one who assisted us during check in and she gave us the early check in as well as she gave a nice room with beautiful view, also SHAQIB was very helpful , he guide us and help taking our things up , he is so accommodating. And I forgot the names when we checked out they were same helpful and accommodating. My family were so happy during our stay , for sure we will come again next celebration 🙏

    Maria and Umaru are the best, and also the person who did the room service. The air conditioning is strange, there are not enough towels,, the kitchen towel doesn’t exist. The apartment is great, large and comfortable.

    We stayed in a 1 bhk apartment for a family gathering. It is very spacious and has 1 large bed, a large sofa and 2 toilets - which makes it ideal for a family of four. The equipment like stove, micro etc. in the kitchen functioned well and rooms were well equipped with aircons etc. Even the bathrooms are spacious. The stay was helped by courteous and helpful support staff especially Maria and Kashif. The hotel location is very accessible via Metro. Highly recommended.

    It was our first time staying in Nassima Tower apartment with aget together with our family and friends. During check-in, Michael was friendly and made our check-in smoothly although we were accommodated late. The rooms were spacious with a good view and it was perfect for bonding with special occasions for Christmas. One thing is the rooms bed and cabinets were outdated and need to look to changes to be more elegant. We enjoyed our time in using the jacuzzi and steam bath. On our last day, we were polite to ask an extension of half an hourfor late check out. But we appreciate for being flexibility. I believe its not too much to ask. Overall experience, it was good but it will be better with half an hour late check out extension.

    Our stay at this hotel apartment was truly delightful! The location was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation and making it ideal for families or group gatherings.A special shoutout to Maria from the Front Desk, who was incredibly friendly and informative. Her outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable.And Saqib from concierge was very helpful and friendly.The apartment itself was well-suited for big families and gatherings, with all the amenities needed to feel at home.     The place is huge and good for gathering.Although we were only four, nonetheless it was a good experience.Unlike other hotels, facilities are by default available but you can always request and will be provided in no time.Awais Saqib was very helpful and accommodating.

    We are a newlywed who booked 1 night in the hotel with friends (Sep 30 - Oct 1)Location was quite a hassle to get to if youre driving. Entrance is in the front. Ask around, the staff they will be more than happy to assist you.Check in was smooth, Mr. Michael, from reception, was very understanding and hospitable. There was one HK associate who surprised us by giving us things we just only thought about of asking, he premeditated our needs and I admire that. He served us from the night we checked in until early morning. Kudos to you.The rooms was really classy. Kitchen was provided with the necessities ; dishwasher, oven, plates, utensils etc.. if youre planning to connect your laptop or mobile to their TVs, bring your own HDMI since they were unable to provide.We were unable to get to the gym and the pool area. You have to go down to reception and shift to the VOCO side elevators to go up.All in all, the wife and I are happy with our visit and we hope to visit again.

    I have been staying at Nassima Tower for the past two years and I must give them their flowers. From the rooms to the service to the staff. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and made my stay here so seamless. Ali, to be specific cleans my room every Monday & Thursday and leaves it sparkling clean.     Staff super friendly. Breakfast is just supreme. Metro is 300m away.Pool and fitness on top level. Apartments are surprisingly big and celaned everyday. On top of that they will provide you with bottles of water everyday. We stayed for 5 days. Just thumbs up!

    Nassima Tower was like home away from home. My room was absolutely amazing & so are the staff. I ordered room service, which was sooooooo tasty, & enjoyed the pool area, which is shared with the Voco Hotel. The location is in the WTC of Dubai (right across the street from the Museum of the Future), so its perfect for travellers trying to see the city (close to Dubai Mall, the beach, & most major attractions). I would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend staying here to others🌟🌟🌟

    I Stayed In Nassima Hotel Apartment for 3 Nights with my Family. It was one of the great experience for me to stay here. The 1 bedroom apartment i booked online and i got sheikh zayed view. The apartment have all the facilities such as washing , Kitchen accessories and appliances. The room have King size bed and for children the sofa become bed and they easily can sleep on it. The overall staff is very nice specially the Egyptian guy at reception and Pakistani guy who helped us to deliver our luggage in room and shows his generosity while staying there for 3 Days. Its very close to metro station and Kfc and super market is in Next building. There are 2 towers one is Voco and other in Nassima. For swimming pool and fitness area you have to take access from Voco side which have same access from inside. Valet is free if you staying here and have car. My overall experience was great i will definitely prefer to stat here again because this property approach is very good close to downtown and you are in centre of Dubai opp Dubai future museum.

    I had the best time at this hotel, clean rooms, soft beds. The apartments are equipped with almost everything you need in a home. Only they dont have good water heaters, I hate cold baths 😥

    Stagg are very friendly and check In /out very fast... Rooms are clean but you have to ask for amenities and extra towel... All parking is by valet. Free for hotel guests..buffet Breakfast is served in the neighbouring voco hotel (indoor walk through tunnel to voco lobby) very good variety.. The only problem is the rooms are not sound proof and very easy to hear the hall and next rooms talking

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments November 22-30; we’d love to return. It’s in the center of downtown Dubai, perfect for seeing the entire city, with plentiful taxis and a 10 minute stroll to the World Trade Centre Metro. You can get anywhere from here! From Nassima one can easily visit the souks of Deira and authentic local restaurants of Bur Dubai to the east, and as far west as Dubai Marina and Expo.The Apartments have the convenience of a full kitchen, living room and washer/dryer, just what we needed for eight nights in the middle of a three-week trip. For our wedding anniversary we were given a surprise upgrade to a suite where we stayed up late just gazing at our 23rd Floor floor to ceiling window views of the Burj Khalifa and the lights of Sheikh Zayed Road and downtown Dubai. And, an Anniversary party with a special dessert and towel sculptures was staged in our room!The angel behind this was Front Office manager Joy Maite Reyno, who helped us for weeks before the trip by email as well as during our stay. She even booked horseback riding in the desert for us at Al Ali Stables (highly recommended). The staff provided great customer service; anything needed from robes to extra soap, we called Kashis and friends at the Apartments front desk and it was delivered with a smile.The Apartments also come with access to amenities in the sister tower of former Nassima Royal Hotel, now Voco Dubai, with good restaurants, a high-floor pool and full spa and gym. Rowel Padlan and the staff at the Spa Zen were so kind and helpful, even providing band-aids when needed.Celsius Restaurant has a delicious buffet at breakfast and all day. Corner Cafe next to the lobby has great coffees, pastries, sandwiches and salads to go. We also enjoyed Windows Bar on the 49th floor with amazing views of Burj Khalifa and the city and good small bites.

    The rooms are big and well equipped, in my opinion better than the Nassima Tower Hotel. The only issue (and the reason not to give 5 stars) is that it is mandatory to go outside and go to the another tower to have breakfast.
