We had a perfect stay thanks to the accommodation offered by OSKENA. Not only is it very easily accessible, but it is also just a short walk from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The accommodation matched the description exactly, and the residence featured a beautiful pool with an incredible view at night! Additionally, the agents are always available and do their utmost to enhance our stay, so we want to extend our thanks to Kirt and Ahmed. We will gladly return whenever we have the chance !!

I stayed here with my mum for her special 50th birthday and my aunts. It was an amazing trip. The accommodation was spotless & exactly as described in pictures. We loved the views. Kirt and Ahmed were so helpful with any enquiries. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to cook. There was free parking. We were able to use the hairdressers downstairs which was so handy and walking distance. Dubai mall was also so close. We loved our stay here and would definitely return to that accommodation as location shortened all our drives. Thank you so much Ahmed and Kirt.

It’s a good property, well maintained and situated in the prime location of Dubai. The commutation from this property was very easy. Availability of cabs, Nearby Tram station.I’ll definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives

My husband and I and my sisters stayed at this beautiful and specious apartment in a beautiful building which located in the great and very safe Area! OSKENA team are very friendly and responsive!This place is close to Burj Khalifah and Dubai mall! There are supermarkets and pharmacy around the corner.We had a wonderful experience in Dubai, Thanks to OSKENA Vacation Home!

Oskena Homes is a wonderful place to stay. Its within easy walking distance to the Dubai Mall and all the restaurants and beautiful walks along the canal. The views are amazing and the service is very responsive and kind. I have stayed there many times and always use them when in Dubai.

Have now stayed twice at the Business Bay apartments and have no regrets. Valet parking, pool, marina, restaurants, market, within walking distance. Beautiful area, easy check in. If ever I return, this is my go to.

I rented an one of their apartments in b Business Bay. The apartment had spectacular views of Dubai Canal. Osekna home staff Ahmed and Kirt were accommodating and helpful and provided any assistance we needed. Our stay was very pleasant and the space was clean and tidy.

Stayed at this property for 4 days , last week , was stuck at the airport because of flight issue but Host was so considerate and communication was never a issue, after spending ages at the airport , flat was ready and all the stress was gone . Great location, amazing place , location 10/10

Very clean and comfortable. We feel like we are in our own home.All the appliances are complete except for coffee maker and dishwasher not functioning.From the window we can gaze Burj Khalifah and the skyscappers. We can also here azan from nearby masjid.20 mins walk to Dubai Mall n Burj Khalifah.Convenient stores are just next door.Front desk staff also friendly and accommodating.Recommend to all with a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Kirt, Ahmed and the team.

Thank you for being a great host. The best location, spacious apartment with great amenities! Mohab is amazing! He waited for us even though we arrived late, showed us all the amenities, downloaded useful apps and was helpful the whole trip. The manager is also amazing! We were able to leave the bags at their office after check out and he helped us with all the questions we had! Coming back for sure! Perfect place ! Great company !

The stay was perfect, Kirt was really helpful, great communication and the apartment is located just a block from Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and a 10 minute walk to the metro station. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Contacted Al Ashrafia for a weekend holiday and I couldnt be thankful enough for the very warm hospitality theyve extended. Reservation was very smooth up until the check in time. The room was very clean and all the staff are very welcoming and professional. I will surely book the next time around. So far, theyre the best host Ive encountered. Thank you Al Ashrafia.

Oskena Homes is situated at the heart of Dubai downtown, Dubai Mall is literally next door. Our balcony and bedroom had a magnificent view of Burj Khalifa, one can also see fountain from his room. It is a gem of a property at a very reasonable price, our host Ahmed and Kirt was very helpful and made our stay memorable. 5 Stars all the way!!😊😊😊

Enjoyable stay, facilities are clean and new, the location is great, with a beautiful view, close to all services, but its drawback is that the entry policy was not clarified before arrival, which took my time to log in + there must be staff who speak Arabic, as my language helped me, but there is a lot of They dont speak it

Had a great stay in DAMAC Maison Mall street! The service was very good, once arrived at the apartment I could immediately enter the apartment because we already did the check in online. Mr. Mohab was very nice in receiving us in the apartment and explaining how everything works.The apartment was in a good state and had a beautiful view on Burj Khalifa, even the fountain show was partially visible from the apartment. Next time I will definitely book this apartment again.

Very serious people were patient with us and immediately welcomed us and gave us useful pointers for our stay in Dubai. They responded immediately to our requests.
