We were on our way for jet skiing and other water sports and on our way we found out that this place was also amazing. So, we stop a little bit and took some pictures. There was a parking lot in the basement and the hotel and apartments on the top of the parking lot.Insta id: HASHIRAKAPRINCE

Spacious rooms, luxury everywhere, helpful and polite staff, the food, especially the traditional one, a delight and at the same time an adventure. Worth mentioning is the private beach, and the numerous wellness, gym and massage salons. Definitely recommend!

We lived 1.5 months here in 1 bdr apartments with two children and this is my best experience in Dubai! First of all, the location was amazing thanks to Fairmont we were able to use the beach every day for free, as well as use the pool and kids club.The apartments are more than spacious 117 m2, fully furnished and equipped with necessary household appliances. Spacious bathroom and dressing room. Everything - from the furniture to the hospitality of the hostesses left warm memories and gratitude in my heart!

Since I live here I love this place. Plus we have a nice swimming pool. And a promenade by the sea shore where you can enjoy a stroll or go jogging and also it is full of restaurants to satisfy each taste.

The area is having everything what one is looking in an uptown area in Dubai. And surprisingly, Costs of property r less than going rates in less privileged areas in metropolitan India,with a better rental return tax free.

The apartment building is located in a very pleasant area. On one side there is a view of Dubai Marine, on the other side of Burj Al Arab. The nice swimming pool is an added bonus.
