    I had a wonderful stay in a serviced studio apartment in JVC for 5 months and greatly enjoyed my time there.Fawaz and Aishen were very helpful in sorting out an issue with the washing machine. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the sparkling turquoise waters and the iconic skyline.The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, combining modern luxury with a cozy atmosphere. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.     An amazing, professional and personable experience. We rented a Downtown 2-bed property from the team. Aishen, who checked us in and managed a lot of aspects was highly pleasant and empathetic. She was always available on WhatsApp - even on weekends. Eman handled the contractual and commercial parts in a very diligent way. As our stay got longer, Eman gave us priority. Finally, Andrea, who oversee the office operations was so kind to reassure when the safe didnt open. We took the safe to her and she came all the way down to open it expertly. Moreover, she allowed us to keep the safe keys to mitigate any risks of it happening again.     This facility is very nice. the building has a doorman who cares about the tenants and helps with everyday tasks. I rented this one bedroom apartment. the unit was exceptional clean. the furnishings are modern and in top condition. the unit is maintained to the top levels. I rented this unit because I had a hip replacement and the unit is above the rehabilitation facility. this was wounderful for me and my hip replacement physiotherapy.I highly recommend PK holiday homes for extended stays.

    The location of the building is among the best in Dubai. The apartment is in excellent condition, new, and all items are available. The pool is pleasant and has cooling. PK Holidays is a reliable company that has fulfilled all its obligations and more. Fawaz Samad, the holiday homes agent, was the primary contact for me, but the methodology also included all of their contacts for various issues. He met all of my expectations, answered all of our requests promptly, fulfilled all of our desires, and provided assistance on all of our requests, even on weekends. Eman was very kind and showed us several apartments they had, we chose one in MAG 218 tower, explained all conditions, then went straight to the office, where we had a very warm welcome and good treatment. Big Boss was very flexible in terms of payment method.
