I recently stayed at this accommodation in Dubai, and I couldnt have been more pleased. The location is excellent—just a few minutes away from some of Dubais top attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Dubai without breaking the bank!

The cleanest and the best place to stay in all of al quoz area, wonderful and responsive staff especially Ahmed, always responsive and always ready for tenants requests. Place is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend, just call Ahmed he will take care of everything for you, thank you.

Actually one of my best experiences here in Dubai is the room I live in now. Very nice service and management, Mr. Ahmed is also a very nice guy, friendly and respectful, and helps us every time we need him. All te best team Al Shurafi building.

We booked in advance. Unfortunately when we arrive the room was still occupied by someone not knowing he extended his stay and the management told us that the Agoda was at fault as it was not updated on their website. We then transferred to another room which was still not clean, sheets wasnt change yet and towels on the bathroom were wet and dirty, it was like someone just left and they gave us that room. We contacted the management and they said to transfer us to another room, with a free upgrade.The room with a free upgrade was bigger than our originally booked room. We were satisfied about it and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you to the management who addressed the situation right away tho we waited 2 hours for it, but still worth it.Special thanks to the management and Ismael.

I live and work here in Dubai, so I was renting the room as accommodation. Had a lovely stay for I think 4 months until I think a new manager was employed in the finance department. I used to pay my rent by cash to the caretaker then I started receiving messages from this lady to pay at the bank hence I will attract a penalty of 25aed should I chose to pay by hand. I tried to understand the new development as we chat along and she only 25aed is difficult for me to pay. Actually it wasnt about the penalty but the way she communicated was as if shes the one feeding me. There had been quite a few bothering moments until one time, rent was increased just when it was due to pay rent. No notice period given etc and this same finance lady was so insistent. She really has a communication problem and I pray she fix it. Sadly I had to look for a place where my money will be valued. The cleaners were amazing especially the tall Cameroon guy. Amr Ahmed super helpful 🙏, always ready to fix all complaints and also talks with respect. Nice view from rooftop 👍

Great weekend getaway at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is new, you may find all around, close to the metro by bus. If you decide to save money on housing and live in the most stylish apartments, then you should definitely visit here.Recommended!

The experience of staying at al shurafi two has been really great! The management is very helpful and the apartments and the building are super neat and clean! They provide amazing services with daily cleaning and 24*7 support. Always recommended for short and long term stays to live in the city near Jumeirah with lovely views of burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa! Thanks !

I would recommend it to anyone. Its been a great experience for me for two yearsThere is a resident in the building and the service is very wonderful. The young men who work in the building do not fail to meet any customer. They are quick to respond to any request. They deal with the customer quickly and cleanliness on a daily basis.
