Perfect Getaway with Stunning Views!We just returned from a fantastic four-night stay at this incredible rental home, and we couldnt be more pleased! From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the breathtaking views that surrounded the property. The location is simply unbeatable—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat.The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was incredibly clean, which made us feel right at home. The spacious living areas and cozy bedrooms provided the perfect setting for relaxation, and we loved gathering on the deck to enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful scenery.The hosts were communicative and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated throughout our time there.If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and stunning views, look no further! We can’t recommend this rental home highly enough. We’ll definitely be back for another stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

Check in process was smooth, we had someone come and pick us up at the lobby. He gave us a tour of the room quickly.Apartment was exactly as it was advertised, and it was spotless. We were very particular about cleanliness so it was great that it was so clean. Washing machine worked well as it was very helpful to us as we had to wash clothes throughout the trip.There were also three TVs as well, one in each room and one in the living room which worked well!The balcony also has an amazing view of the BURJ KHALIFA, and downtown lights (with fountain views too!!!) Super walkable to Dubai mall - about 5-6 minute walk to all the shops you need and there is also a 24 hour carrefour 2 mins away and also an exercise studio if you fancy spin/pilates/strength classes called The Lab Studios. With its super close proximity to the mall,It does get a bit busy traffic wise, especially on weekends so it can get a bit noisy - but it was acceptable for us.definitely a gem and amazing stay! -

Wonderful accommodation by SmartStay.The room was spacious, modern and clean and the staff were quick to help.The location is great, being 7 min walk away from the Dubai mall.There’s an excellent view from some the rooms to the Burj Khalifa.There’s a gym (which lacks equipment in my opinion), a pool, meeting room and parking.I would recommend for a nice stay in Dubai! -

Being in close proximity to major attractions like the Dubai Mall, I found it easy to immerse myself in the vibrant city life, with shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a short walk away. -

Nice stay and we recommend it! We stayed there for about 2 weeks. The location is wonderful and walking distance to Dubai Mall(unless in the hot summer). The facility and housing equipment is brand new and well maintained. We have everything we need during our stay! The pool and gym is good value for the price paid. Will come back again! -

The best apartment and the best place in the center of Dubai. The apartment is very clean, service and spacious, and has a view of the landmarks of Dubai and Burj Khalifa. You never need a taxi except in a few cases because everything is close to you. The owner of the apartment is very cooperative and proactive in providing the service. It is a permanent choice for me to live in Dubai from personal experience. -

An apartment consisting of two rooms and a living room, a master room and its bathroom, and an external bathroom in the hall. It is spacious. Two rooms with a view. There is a balcony in the hall. The kitchen is equipped. There is a washing machine and a clothes iron. The beds are excellent and the towels are of good quality. Some bathroom supplies are missing. The view of the fountain is more than wonderful. There is a security system. There are three cards. A building entry card, an apartment entry card, and a parking card. The location is very close to the Dubai Mall and also many Levantine restaurants. I hope to change the glass table in the hall because it is dangerous and also extend the checkout time to... 12:00 at least so that the situation is fair and comfortable wide parking -
