The apartment at Boulevard Central 2 in Business Bay was exactly as described, modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to Downtown Dubai, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort provided.     This was my first time booking with this company, and I must say, I was satisfied! I stayed at Goledn Mile and the apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it felt like a home away from home. The living space was bright and airy, and I really appreciated the small details, like fresh towels and toiletries. The check-in instructions were clear, and the staff was very responsive whenever I had a question. The only minor issue was that the AC took a little while to cool the room, but once it did, everything was perfect. Many thanks to team.

    Overall, I’m very pleased with the level of service and customer care provided by Stonetree agency.     This was my first time renting apartments in Dubai. I can say that everything was fine, i liked a lot my apartments (Dec tower). I were searching a lot across internet for acceptable price, and i found it here. Sales manager was polity and explain me all details about renting process and my apartments.     I had a wonderful experience! They even have the washing machine was a great bonus. I stayed at Marina Arcade and the location was excellent The only issue was that the TV remote wasn’t working at first, but the staff replaced it within few hours. I definetely can recommend this place to stay!

    Overall it was a nice experience. WhatsApp support is very nice to have. However sometimes it was difficult to communicate. The one thing I really loved was the fact that I left my speaker in one of the houses and 10 days later when I came back to Dubai Mr Ahmed drove himself to the place I was staying to give me the speaker! This was very very nice!

I have met Sam first time in Stonetree during the time of viewing and shown a studio apartment where it was so very professional and neat and full information while booking a Studio.     We had a family vacation at the beginning of summer. In general, we are not the first time in Dubai, but it was the first time we stayed in the apartments of this company. We didn’t have any negative impressions of the agency’s work, everything was fine with the apartment, it was clean, tidy and well maintained.     I availed the services of stonetree to rent a monthly apartment in JLT and it was very pleasant. The service was very quick and efficient. The maintenance crew was very efficient as well.I had no issue with my checkin and checkout. Jonathan helped me check out in a very professional and timely manner.I was worried about the security refundable deposit as i’ve heard a lot of stories regarding companies finding excuses to not return it.     We spent 6 weeks in Dubai and our goal was to stay in different areas of this beautiful city. Of all the apartments we have stayed in, I can say with confidence that Anantara The Palm Dubai resort - South residence provided us with the best service. We had no loose ends, all the staff were very friendly and kept in touch with us constantly. I want to mention that not every 5 star hotel has such excellent service. Everything was top notch!We were so pleased to stay in this fantastic apartment with fantastic views from the balcony and all the facilities like swimming pools, restaurants, bars, direct access to the sea and a great gym.The apartment has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Quality furniture, dishes, linens and a very cozy interior and good high-speed internet.We will definitely choose this wonderful team next time we come to Dubai.     A great experience! We needed to move out of a hotel into an apartment. Stonetree were quick to offer a nearby monthly rental to view. We met Sam who was very professional and helpful explaining the situation in Dubai for monthly rentals over the Christmas and New Year period. He also sorted out the TV and satellite situation and arranged an extra pass key for the gym/pool which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Stonetree.

    Stayed at Emaar Golf Views Dubai South. The apartment was very well maintained and clean.     We enjoyed being in the Fairmont Residences, the resident’s pool is quiet, the walk on the beach is amazing.The apartment which is handled by the company has a beautiful view, is very well equipped and well maintained thanks to the company and especially to Samuel! We had a little issue with the Tv and sewage smell but after a phonecall they fixed everything the same day.The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. Hope we can come back soon!

The sales rep (Raf) was one of the only ones I spoke to across a variety of companies who actually listened to what I was asking for and answered my questions.Check in was slick with Eric, no issues with accommodation and all questions answered quickly via the WhatsApp group that was set up.Checkout (Nornan) was also very fast and deposit was paid back at the time.5 stars without a doubt. Great value as well. Location in Al Furjan was ideal for me working at Jebel Ali. There is a Spinneys, liquor store and various places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

    Wonderful hosting and hospitality especially by Hassan and Reza. If you visit Dubai, just call them up or even pre-book the apartment, everything in the apartment is good. They provide all appliances, cleaning equipment everything youd need. Trust me most of the agents in Dubai are not providing these and charging mere charges upon check. Checkin and checkout is a breeze, no hassle. Wish them the best!

    First I read the comments and afraid it actually, but later I used their services, I stayed 2 different apartments. First one we face a problem about the matress(Montrell Building), they need to change it, I don’t know what happened later on. After I shifted to another apartment, Mr. Faiz helped a lot. I just followed their rules like you cannot smoke inside the apartment. That’s why we did check out with Mr. Hassan so smoothly. Thanks for all.

    Stayed in Jumeirah Lake Towers (the quarter behind Dubai Marina) for a month. Flat was clean, orderly and well maintained.
