I was particularly captivated by the stunning views from the 37th floor, overlooking the marina views, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding areas and access nearby amenities.Furthermore, I appreciated how approachable and easy to communicate with the owners were, especially through WhatsApp, which made my overall experience even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment in the Shams 2 building, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Dubai Marina, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and all the attractions the area has to offer.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering stunning views of the Marina and the city skyline. The building’s amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.The staff and security at Shams 2 were friendly and professional, always ready to assist when needed. I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, despite being in such a vibrant area.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Dubai Marina. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here in November with my family. Great location and the hosts were very efficient.There was an issue with the temperature of the water, we contacted them. They came out straight away and resolved the issue immediately.We didn’t follow the instructions properly on how to access the key on arrival. They were sending us videos on what’s app on how to work the key box!The service was incredible. Hosts were very efficient and reliable

Best host, best location, very clear communication. They make a whatsapp group so that any questions are answered quickly.This is not the first booking I have made with them! I have friends and business partners who come to dubai for events, and sun-kissed holiday homes are always a preferred booking for me.

We had the most incredible experience staying at this accommodation - the place itself was great and the location was excellent.In particular, our host was extremely attentive and responsive to all our needs and was always there to make sure we had the most enjoyable experience. 11/10

This is beautiful apartment located in JBR with all amenities and facilities. The rooms were neat and clean staff is very friendly on top of that the host was very nice person. I must say it’s a jewel in JBR for staying here.

Our stay in Dubai was absolutely wonderful . location was perfect . Apartment had a stunning marina view, and beautifully furnished. 😍Hosts were very friendly and responsive. adding an extra special touch to our experience. Awesome host ! Very warm, friendly and helpful, responding all our questions very quickly. We deeply appreciate all the support we received in our reservation and during our stay. The place is quite beautiful with all the facilities in the best location right next to the beach where all the cafes and restaurants are! No one can get bored there! I highly recommend this place !

Sanaz is a wonderful host and very professional. This is the second time I have booked with her and you really liked it. All the apartments I stayed in were in the JBR and on the promenade directly in front of the beach. They were extremely clean and tidy and had very nice prices. I will talk to her any time I return to Dubai and I am reassured.

A very excellent apartment suitable for large families. It consists of 6 very very clean rooms, close to the JBR and close to all services.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. If there were more than five stars, I would give them a benefit for large families. Close to all services, in front of Ain Dubai, and the free beach right next to the JBR, clean, and everything you need is there. I advise you, do not hesitate, and God willing, it will not be the last time I deal with them.
