A lovely hotel with outstanding and professional staff who made our stay exceptional. The service was top-notch from start to finish. However, the breakfast could be improved—particularly the egg options, which lacked flavor.Additionally, it would be helpful if the hotel clearly specified which tower and entrance to use, as we spent nearly 20 minutes circling the building trying to find the correct entry point.”

Excellent although I dont have a head for heights it was still magnificent to behold and a fantastic sight with excellent service kind and helpful staff. Overall a wonderful atmosphere. Perhaps next time I will be braver and have a bigger sense of adventure and thrill seeking about me but for now Im content to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and it offered incredible vistas. Pure majestic and magical views unrivalled anywhere in the world and being the tallest building in the world at 828m high it captured the imagination and from what I imagined must be the incredible detail and work that went in to creating it. Absolutely fantastic

Great location, but it can be a bit tricky to navigate by car due to the numerous exits and barriers just before it.

Sky view slide cost us 80aed per person on a weekend.The sky walk was 400aed 😵‍💫Its most probably the best place to view burj khalifa 😍 its better to go just before the evening so that you can have both day and night time views

1- I tried to slide from level 53 to 52 it is an amazing experience2- went through the glass walking bridge breathtaking experience3- the only disappointment that I did not get clear reason for is that they did not allow me to take my baby’s bag with me up so couldn’t make milk for my baby the bag stayed at a secure place in ground level

Better than expected.Great bar, modern and stylish with loud music. You can go without a reservation during the week, but it gets very crowded on weekends.You can eat delicious food at lunchtime, and its quieter than in the evening.The pool is amazing at any time of day.I always wonder how they built the pool on the 53rd floor.

We only went to the observation deck, not the hotel. It offers a beautiful view of the city, from different angles than other locations. It also has a large glass walkway, which provides an excellent view of everything! Not to mention the glass slide for a carpeted ride down one floor.

Great place, amazing views. Not as high as Burj Khalifa, but still enough. Cheaper, no crowds, quieter. They ask 100 dirhams for photos, well do with our own. Entrance right from the metro station, everything is convenient.

Great hotel with a pool between the two towers on the roof. From the pool there are spectacular views of the Burj Kahlifa and over Dubai. There is also a glass slide outside the building from the top floor down to the next lower floor, which promises a nice experience with a little thrill. Staff extremely friendly. Rooms very nicely designed and large with a dressing room and extra bathroom. We had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa from our terrace. The hotel is very centrally located and has direct access to the mall via a tunnel.

Thanks to the friendly security guard, I was allowed to briefly enjoy the view. For 1,000 AED, a day stay with a room and infinity pool is possible.

One of the most beautiful hotels overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The lobby is very spacious. They also have Emaar activities in the same place. I loved the view and everything ♥️🇦🇪
