Weve stayed here three times, and love it. The location is perfect. The convenience store in the lobby has everything we need. The hotel has four great restaurants: Asian, Turkish, Sushi, and a terrace restaurant, all offering excellent value. The rooms are well-equipped with microwaves and kettles, allowing us to enjoy meals in private when we want a break from the busy atmosphere.

Great location and really good staff. Ronny from room services and Sohel porter staff so good and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Our room was 3305 had a balcony with see view. Room was cleaned every day. Pool great however in shade after 12ish. It’s also 1.6 m deep. Nice place to relax. We are in the El Kasaba restaurant, food was decent but service was lacking I’m afraid. Overall great experience. Well done to the staff who made the experience 10/10

He was incredibly polite and professional, ensuring that our luggage was carefully handled and placed into the car smoothly. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.Additionally, I would like to thank the staff at the shop in the hotel lobby. On our last night, we needed to purchase a suitcase, and the gentleman in charge was extremely accommodating. Despite it being outside regular working hours, he kindly came to assist us and even offered a fair price, which we greatly appreciated.I also want to mention how much we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were excellent.One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the hospitality we received even after check-out. We were allowed to enjoy the pool area and surroundings, and although we had officially checked out, your staff continued to treat us as valued guests. This level of service made our experience even more enjoyable.Overall, our stay at Two Seasons Hotel was fantastic, and I will certainly recommend your hotel to others. Our stay at Two Seasons was great! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were equally tidy and well-maintained. While we didn’t have the chance to use the facilities, we truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Internet City Metro Station and fairly central to many attractions, making it easy to explore. A few extra pieces of cutlery and a toaster in the kitchen would make it absolutely perfect for future guests.

I was skeptical, since this was the first time I am staying at Two Seasons, after 4 days of stay, now I can say, this is where I will come back again !The hotel was generally crowded & this is when the hotel is tested ! I must say right from the check in staff , duty manager, Breakfast staff, they managed the crowd very well & handled all of us with care.I loved the swimming pool, Sauna & Steam, what was good was the staff had knowledge, when I asked why the steam was really boiling , staff explained how 30 is the minimum & some guests expect 50 , I could not sit for even 5 minutes, this is not Steams problem, I realized that it is me who has to build more endurance.I also used the Spa, went for an afternoon deep tissue massage, this was to relieve the tension from a morning 10 KM sprint i practiced, the spa staff were absolutely professional.

For a new expat, finding a place to stay in Dubai can be daunting. Staying at 2 Seasons gives you a piece of mind and one feel immediately that one has a home to back to after a day at the office. I was staying in 1 bedroom apartment, and it has everything one would need to leave comfortably, incl. semi-weekly cleaning services. The team tries hard to make you feel comfortable. Facilities are great, incl gym, infinity pool with a city view, restaurants, hair salons and a convenience market.I recommend 2 Seasons to everyone who need a place to stay, whether short or long term. I recently stayed at Two season hotel apartments and had a disappointing experience. I specifically requested a king-size bed but was given a twin joint bed with separate blankets. When I brought this up to the Duty Manager, hoping for a resolution, I was met with a rude response, being told that everyone paid the same amount as I did, without an apology. This is not the level of service I expected. I hope for a better response and resolution to such issues in future.

I extended my stay in this hotel for three days when i find it extremely excellent compared to the previous hotel. and it have too many facilities restaurants mini markets etc that makes ur stay more enjoyable.There is an excellent person from the reception we didn’t met him or know his name. but his generous touched our respect from his care about the guests comfortability.فندق جميل موقع جميل وخدمة نزلاء متميزه تستحق الشكر عليها.

Excellent location as train stn very close by.Room sizes were good with good facilities with kitchen and bathrooms.Breakfast choices average with limited machine coffees and bulk made tea. Not much choice of breads either.Pool area needs updating. Jacuzzi needs support rails to assist with getting in/out. Not very user friendly. No complimentary water/soft drinks.

The hotels location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. In terms of service, I especially want to thank Mr. Sohel, the concierge at the lobby. On the first day, he kindly used his own app to call a taxi for us, and on the final day, he arranged a larger taxi because we had several suitcases. It was incredibly helpful.However, one thing that fell short was that the towels were neither replenished nor replaced on two consecutive days, which caused some inconvenience.

Stayed exactly one year in this hotel. Recently moved out. I would like to recommend as one of the decent hotels in Dubai. The hotel is dry. No alcoholic and noisy places. all restaurants, beauty salons give 25 per cent discount as you are a permanent resident of this hotel! Very good advantage! Hotel on sheik zayed road is located. Near metro . Convenient location. The staff are polite and decent! 2 times a week cleaned., the bed is soft and comfortable. The rooms are large and all the necessities are there. The price is reasonable. I was happy with everything and a little sad to leave Dubai after 10 years. Special thanks to the long term office workers. The girl Meena.

Long term rooms are comfortable and equipped. open buffet breakfast has many options and good in taste. if you need anything in your room like towels etc. they directly provide you no matter the time is. the only and the biggest problem is the elevators. sometimes you need to wait up at least 5 to 7 minutes to get on any elevator. and sometimes the elevators just wait at a specific floor not moving anywhere, i guess people are holding them for no reason.overall if you need a place around this location this is a good choice.

I stayed there a couple of months ago. Overall, the experience was amazing. The staff were mostly fine, though at times, I was questioned about whether I was staying there, which was a bit inconvenient. The lifeguard was inconsistent—sometimes I was allowed to do certain things, and other times not.That said, I really enjoyed the pool area; it’s huge and a great place to relax.It was a good stay overall!

I stayed here recently and I must say I kind of liked the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, had good views, and they were clean. I also liked check in and check out process they were smooth. The property is very close to the metro station that gives you access to all the places on the metro line which is a big positive. I didnt try food at the property but I ordered from the food delivery app and they have a food delivery point where delivery agents come and wait for you to pick up your food. The pool was nice, there is a kids play area which my kid loved. Staff were very courteous however they must improve the room service speed, like my water refill request took 20mins and then another 20mins for other requests. I had booked 1 bhk apartment which means I had a kitchen that was well equipped.

7 day stay at The Two Seasons Hotel. The good points: Great location, next to the Metro, friendly staff, fantastic gym & good-sized room. The bad points: The hotel has a large number of lifts, however they take absolutely ages to arrive (especially staying on the 39th floor). We often waited 5+ minutes just to get in the lift. The breakfast was ok, but a limited selection and it was the same everyday. The pillows were too soft for my liking, and meant I didn’t get a very good sleep each night. The pool was in the shade all day (in December), which meant we had to go to another hotel to use their facilities. Overall, not a bad hotel at all, but likely wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

My husband and I just arrived from our long haul trip (having our flight delayed 3 hours!) We had a really warm welcome upon arrival and it was a great 3 nights stay, indeed! From our check in until our check out we were assisted by the staff tremendously. Kudos to the team from FO, Concierge to Housekeeping (i forgot the name of the lady who check us in and the gentleman who assisted with our luggage) Keep it up. Additionally, the hotel is just opposite the metro station, very convenient location!

The service was top notch, served complementary breakfast every day. The views from the hotel were amazing. Bigger than I expected! Great size rooms, spacious, clean & comfortable. Mini market, gift shop, hairdresser, Cafe and restaurant all on site was perfect for our 2 day stay. Didnt go anywhere as it was too hot so the infinity pool came in very handy. Train station was just a 2 min walk. Staff were very nice. Definitely recommend.

Theres a lot to do in this hotel and a lot of f&b establishments to choose from! It is right smack in the middle of all the good tourist spots in dubai and also a walking distance from the metro. Location is a very big plus and parking is also free. Rooms are quite big and spacious, cleanliness is also quite good considering the number of rooms this hotel have. A bit delapidated though in terms of recreational areas such as the playground and nursery for the kids, gym is quite old and the pool area needs a bit of an update as well but over all a good experience. A lot to do around the area and a lot to see as well, even from your room!!

Two Season is one of the best property I have stayed in with very courteous staffs, amazing amenities like Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi (Hot Water), Steam & Sauna, Kids Play area etc.. On arrival they allotted us a room at 20th floor and on request they update our room from 20th to 38th floor which was amazing. Location is bang on opposite to Dubai Internet City Metro and everything is within 10-15 mins from the hotel. I will highly recommend it. Thank you for giving us a great memory for our vacation.

The room was amazing, the hotels location was great because of its wonderful view to the sea and burj al arab although I have to say the city view rooms are too noisy :(But other rooms are fine. The hotels location was fantastic, as it was close to the metro station, allowing us quick and inexpensive transportation. Its also close to a number of well-known attractions, including the Palm Jumeirah. This hotel is full of enjoyment and amusement, with amazing views from both the infinity pool and the sky club on the top floor. Everyone will enjoy it. There is more to see; thus, I recommend that you go and see for yourself, as I will definitely return.

I chose two seasons for its affordable price and proximity to the metro. I needed to get to expo city most days. Having breakfast in the package made getting up and out much easier. I got an apartment room with one hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The safe was useful and office desk made work easier in a hotel setting.There were small issues with the room: bath plug, hair dryer and no access to the balcony but they werent too bad. I did buy a pasta diner delivered to my room and I wasnt impressed.

Appreciate that very much.We were also provided with in-building parking lot which was very easily accessible.The food was very fresh and tasty that we had enough options to choose from.Ours was a 2 bedroom suite with spacious balconies from all rooms and had the best view, Sh.Zayed road to one side and palm on the other. Night view was awsome.We could also glance the famous offices of internet city. Metro station right infront of the building added beauty to our outdoor trips. From the same room we were able to watch metro, mono rail and the tram at few distances away.Apart from the rooms and indoor facilities my kids really enjoyed their time in the outdoor big pool.Climate was also good this time and was able to witness the beautiful sunset from our balcony. Altogether we had the most beautiful vacation stay this time at 2seasons hotels.
