I had a fantastic 3-night stay in this beautiful Dubai property! The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, ensuring every detail was perfect. I stayed in this b&b for 6 days and my experience was great! It is a small room, but everything you need inside; a cupboard, bedside table, and most importantly a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. A cleaner comes every morning, so the apartment is pretty much always clean. And the kitchen has everything one needs for big cook up. Overall, my experience was good.

The whole place and the surrounding was very well maintained in a proper manner. The room lightings and the ambience was very professionally decorated and organised. Just a small favour, could have the air-conditioning little warmer or maybe a controller in a Room. I understand its a partition so it has to be centralised but can do something about that . But the perfect place to stay especially moving bachelors and Hundred person justice for the price given.

The stay was smooth and quiet. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, organized and professional. The room (the whole flat) was neat and clean. Even the flatmates were helpful and polite. The location is very distinguished in terms of nearness to the metro, many shops and restaurants. Thank you.

A perfect place to stay for a solo budget traveller. Daily housekeeping in common areas, fully functional kitchen, this place will definitely exceed your expectations. 2-3 minutes walk from Al Riqqa metro station and endless dining options just across the street.

I really liked this place, I recommend it and I would stay there again, for the tranquillity, the daily cleaning they do, the location, close to shopping areas, locals, shops and metro station, close to the Airport and easy to access. In addition to the kindness of the guest that allows me to extend my stay without any problem, 100% recommended.

A compact room, perfect for a single person either touring or job hunting. The room is clean hotel-quality bedsheets, towels, and welcome toiletries. Well-managed, with a spotless bathroom. Few occupants, spacious kitchen, cooking facilities, and complimentary use of a washing machine. Centrally located, easily accessible by public transportation, including metro-connected buses. Highly recommended.

I stays most of there properties. I like this particular room because its a unique one and upto the mark. Nice arrangement inside the room. They provide all the facilities in there spacious kitchen and washrooms also. I think they are putting there best efforts on cleanliness and property maintenance. Hats off to such a nice Management. Abigail Mam, Joel and April are so humble and very efficient in the overall service.Also all the Restaurants, Supermarket, Pharmacy and Metro station are walkable within 2-3minutes. I have decided to extend my stay for one month. Such a superior experience and Management. The accommodation is very near to metro station. Amenities is provided at the accommodation. There is kitchen if you want to cook. Supermarket & restaurant is very near to accommodation. Aside the host is very helpful in giving guidance how to access the accommodation. My flight was delayed by one day and reach Dubai early in the morning at around 1am. But the host keep in contact with me to assure smooth check in

A small, budget-friendly room that exceeded all my expectations.Comfortable, friendly atmosphere, perfect for traveler’s seeking a simple yet functional space, and complimentary Wi-Fi.The location is Situated near public transportation, to see Dubai with ease.I would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a modest yet comfortable accommodation in this dynamic city. With hotel prices being astronomical, this has to be the best value for money in the whole of Dubai.

I had an exceptional stay here in Dubai! Unlike other hostels or shared flats, this place is an oasis of organization and perfection. Clear instructions ensure everyones comfort, and a daily cleaner adds a touch of luxury. Abigail and Joel (those who manage these accomodation) are fantastic hosts – they guided me flawlessly with images, making the entire experience butter smooth. The WiFi, bathroom, shared spaces, and kitchen were all perfect. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a top-notch affordable experience in Dubai.

We had an awesome weekend at Pacific building Ras al khaimah. Ms. Abigail was a great host. The 1 bhk we rented has a perfect design to relax and enjoy, it has a nice seaview and super cozy, spacious and clean.I highly recommended! Definitely, we will come back again.
