We stayed at You & Co IMPZ for two weeks in April during a business trip. We chose something between a hotel and a rented apartment—and we didnt regret it.What we liked: The co-living concept really works here! There are many young people in the hotel—expats, freelancers, people on business trips. The atmosphere is very friendly, its easy to meet people and find company. There are always events going on — yoga in the morning, barbecues by the pool, group trips to the cinema.The studio was more spacious than I expected. It has everything you need—a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. You can cook simple meals. The Wi-Fi is excellent and worked without any problems, even during online meetings.Sometimes it can be noisy—young people, parties—but thats more of a feature of the concept.Conclusion: If you are a young, sociable person and plan to stay in Dubai for a while (a week or more), this is an excellent choice. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and the atmosphere is lively. For a family vacation or quiet tourism, it is better to choose something else.I would come back here again on my next business trip to Dubai.

I lived in this apartment with coliving for two weeks — everything went great. Spacious open space, pleasant atmosphere, easy to make new acquaintances. The rooms are cozy, the renovation is fresh, everything is clean and comfortable. The common areas for work and recreation are well organized.

I recently spent a month at the You&co Hotel, and I had only positive impressions! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. In this place you can find acquaintances and friends, as there is entertainment here every week. The room turned out to be spacious and cozy, clean. Separately, it is worth noting the infrastructure of the hotel. The pool was always clean, the territory itself is not large, but cozy and atmospheric. I was completely delighted with my stay here, the community here is so positive and friendly that I found a couple of friends . I recommend this place.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 starsI had an amazing stay at You&Co Hotel! The facilities are top-notch, from the refreshing pool to the cozy co-working area. The community managers organized fantastic events that brought guests together. I loved the cinema room – a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The attention to cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. Kudos to the staff for maintaining such a welcoming and hygienic environment. I cant wait to return and experience the vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere again.

Rooms are kept clean. The receptionist are all nice (But i hope they smile more tho). My family and the kids love the room esp the TV and the strong wifi.Just wanna suggest, i think you should consider adding reusable slippers for short term guest.Cons: Rather far from the cityPros: Near global village, miracle garden, supermarket and some cafeteriaalso, i love the part where u can park the car anywhere

I have good experience. No problem with the door they give me code to enter. However, the bathroom mat needs to be cleaned. The A/C was very cold. I couldnt adjust it. They returned my deposit back. Supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.Thank you

Had a lovely stay at You&Co Dubai! The apartments are very modern and clean, the community is amazing and the team is just great! The administrators Teddy and Paul are very kind and always there to make sure you are being cared for! The manager Maksim is so sweet as well and always makes sure to propose cool activities during the week, like yoga and English learning classes, pool brunchs etc.Highly recommend 🤍

One of the best hotel apartments in Dubai in terms of what you get for what you paidPros- it is like a brand-new modern apartment- very good and modern furniture- kitchen is equipped very well- clean quiet and cosy- huge balcony that you can have your breakfast or dinner inside- easy check in and check out procedure- nice and friendly staff and security- huge gathering and work space in the 1st floorCons- the location is far from Dubai from the city, you need to have a car, be prepared to use bus or pay a lot for taxis.- its supposed to be a 32 m² studio but it was a three bedroom apartment with two locked bedroom, with no living or dining room! The room size is a hardly about 12 m² (excluding bathroom and kitchen).- there was many flies inside, very annoying. But it can be easily fixed with a proper pest control, so lets call it a management glitch. I used two different sprays to kill half, but many of them were immune to all sprays, and I end up to kill few every day as my hobby was hunting flies during my stay!- cooker was not cleaned properly, it was oily a bit.

Amazing place for staying. Staff so kind and ready to help in any time. A little bit far from centre. But if you have car. Its for you. Room clean. Comfortable. Big tv. Netflix. Kitchen. On kitchen you will find everything what you need for cooking. Wash machine also here. Hotel still look fresh. Good community. A lot of events every week. Cosy place. No road. green area. Little supermarket opposite. And Carrefour few kilometres from hotel. A lot restaurants around.

Excellent combination of price and quality. Close to the center, there is a swimming pool, gym, co-working space and patio where you can relax in the evening. Friendly staff conduct activities for hotel guests. We rented a room with a shared kitchen - everything was new, everything inside was clean and tidy

For a month in December you can pay 13,000 AED for a room, it sounds like a fairy tale :)Conditions for annual contracts change every two weeks.Lots of Russians.

Great co-living! The rooms are new, neat, the staff and visitors are friendly, a real community.There are areas for work (co-working) and relaxation (large patio, cinema room). Various events are held for those who live here.It is located a little away from the center, but all the shops are within walking distance, there is a bus stop, by taxi/car to Marina less than 20 minutes.I recommend!

Nice clean apartments with everything you need for life. There are also common areas - a patio with a grill, a coworking space with coffee and cookies, a swimming pool and a gym.Very comfortable conditions have been created for meeting everyone who lives here: all sorts of activities like yoga and pilates, donuts are ordered on Tuesdays, there is a conversation club for those who want to improve their English and meet new people.And they love animals here.We really liked everything!

Cool place! But I was a little confused by the red color of the walls in the room. It is not conducive to rest, it is annoying and stressful. It simply CANNOT be used for bedrooms in such quantity. It was extremely difficult for me. I hope next time all these numbers will be repainted. (This is more of a review for management, because everything else was great!)

In high season the prices are certainly not economical))) you can rent an apartment for this money, but you need to search and fool around with realtors, this is not required here.
