The place is in very nice location and in general I like my stays (it is my 3rd stay in Zingo) and to make the things better for the future will be always constructive feedback in order to satisfy Customer needs and therefore the Zingo Smart Stay reputation. In every business the Communication skills are the key to coordinate and make things easier. Things which need to be improved are definitely Communication with customer when he/she is in other part of the world through Whatsapp but in voice talking too. I find out that the most easiest way to solve things via my stay were with Hassan communications, who immediately came to me with the right answers and solutions. He is always there to help, as I saw hi did with other guests of Zingo all the time. I was very satisfied from housekeeper Hridoy Hasan, who works his job very professionally as cleaning my room few times. Also I was very positive impressed from a new management employee Saleha who asked me for my honest feedback and what things need to be changed for the future. It shows that Zingo team is looking always to improve. It is definitely a place to stay via your visit in Dubai.Continued Review for my stay 2024 -2025:In every next stay I found Zingo smart property developing and increasing their service. The real increase I see in Management stuff where Saleha and Sundas organizing and making things to happen on high professional level and easier, and they are always there to help or answer to your questions. Definitely is a stuff with professional hard and soft skills as well. Also Mark and his team are very nice and doing good stuff with housekeeping. Thanks to all of you. Looking for my next stay after the summer!

I’ve booked a reservation for one month. I already live in this apartments and would love to stay here in Princess Tower again. It is the best price and quality of holiday home in Marina. Unfortunately my plans were slightly changed so I had to ask Smart Stay team for cancellation of my new reservation. It was made immediately and my money were refunded without any questions and problems. Personal thanks to Sundas at SmartStay team for best reliable service. I will make new booking once I will know new dates of my stay in Dubai. Hope to come here again once! Thank You.

I have had a pleasure of staying in Elite Residence 6703, room 1 for nearly 4 years. Room was spacious and comfortable. During my stay I felt very much at home. I met some wonderful people too that will stay friends for life. Zingo staff managing apartment was very helpful too. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their kindness and wonderful service. I had a great stay at Elite Residence Marina with Zingo Smart Stay. I must say ut was an exceptional experience from start ti finish. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and had a great view Let me share my apartment view i just love the room and this view always make me so fresh… special thanks for Bilal, he is very flexible and showed me as per my demand, really helpful and coprative… this thing which i like most he is very concern and ask me several times if i need anything or any issues…I would highly recommend Zingo Smart Stay for anyone looking for luxurious and memorable stay in reasonable price.Thanks to Bilal for all the help!

Zingo homes organised everything, I was very happy to stay in their properties. The view is really amazing, the location is excellent because its very close to the metro and there are several supermarkets around.Their support team was very welcoming, especially Hassan and Adiz, they were always there for us and arranged everything during our stay.I strongly recommend this place and hope to be back next time.

The best place I stay in Dubai so far. Would like to recommend anyone who used Bnb booking. The management man “hassan” so nice help me with everything I need. And look after all the guests so well. ❤️🙏 And the host give me so much information the travel around. Also help after time I need to check out. Excellent service. Would like to stay here next time. If visiting Dubai again! Location is best and convenient is well!

Zingo is a hospitality company which mostly provides short to long stays through AirBnb. Its owned by Kamran, but when I booked the place and visited, I was taken care by Hassan Ali. Hassan did a fantastic job communicating all the available facilities and were always reachable for assistance on anything.The place is exactly near the Marine Walk, some of the properties are in Elite Residence and some are in the Queen Tower. I lived for a short trip in both of them and the experience was good.The apartments were cheaper than others nearby to stay. And there were different options, like king bed apartment or single occupancy apartment with one bathroom attached bedroom.I stayed in the king studio apartment and the views were crazy. From Elite I could see the nearby beauty of Dubai and Marine area which was fantastic. I stayed on 64th floor, so staying in a skyscraper with many facilities was wonderful.With studio apartment, I got all the basic facilities, like towels, jacuzzi, fridge, geaser in bathroom, wifi, drinking water, etc. Everything that I needed.Plus, theres a shared bigger kitchen, water and cleaning facilities, safe lockers. Generally people who do long stays, uses them most.Most of the other tenants were from Italy, Germany and other European countries and the major motivation is either work or just enjoy Dubai city for a few days while living in a Skyscanner as I got to know by talking to them. Ordering anything is easy as we are in the main city. Theres a tram train just outside the buildings so commut was easy. Taxi available anytime. Marine walk was just 300 meters away so I could hire a yacht for parties or just enjoying the scenery nearby.The common areas, like shared kitchen wont look all organised or very neat, obviously because its shared and many other neighbors might be using it. But spending some time there, you can find some interesting people to talk if youre alone. I was with my friends, so chose to spend time with ourselves.From queen tower, as I was on 90th floor, the view was terrific. I could see the beautiful palm Jumeirah from top without paying for the palm tower tickets. The night view was crazy. Just stay and have a couple of drinks with friends on balcony area.This is worth the money youll pay.If you want to have more exclusive experience, you can book a more expensive hotel for it. Where you get personal beach too which was not available here.Good experience overall.

Good people and place I like it. There is a best host from the management of rooms Hassan Ali, who always helps you. Very friendly neighbors, good gym swimming pool and sauna. The located is very comfortable near tram station.

Had a good experience during my stay at Elite residence. The staff for extremely helpful and polite. The location is convenient and close to the Metro. Would recommend anyone coming here for a short stay. The staff is jovial and nice to talk to, especially Hasan. The Wifi was an issue in the room, but otherwise value for money in the area.

This place is situated in the modern zone of the Dubai and Hassan and Cherry were the ones who had helped me during my stay. The price is quite reasonable because in this place you have good access to Tram, Metro and Bus to different parts of the city. Gym and Pool were good and clean. Harbour is so close to hear so you can go for a walk in the evenings. Sometimes there are some noises in the hotel next to us, but because of the good windows, that will not disturb you a lot, and you can have a good sleep as well. Everyday cleaning of shared places and free WIFI and drinking water are supplied so you can manage your budget as a student or a traveler. Close to hear there are some shops like Carrefour which are round the clock so you never miss your shopping list. Pharmacy and some restaurants and cafes are close to here . You can also have a walk to JBR neighborhood which you can reach there around 20 Mins to enjoy restaurants or shops there as well. Media City, Knowledge Village, Internet City are also so close to here.

I’ve been living here for a month, there are great security guards at the entrance, kind people, they clean the apartment and wash the dishes every day, there’s also a great manager, Hassan, who is always positive and will help if something happens))
