    We attended an event over the weekend, and the hotel was quite busy. Despite having only one valet attendant, he managed the situation professionally and efficiently. The banquet hall was spacious, but the audio quality was lacking, and the restroom maintenance could be improved. On a positive note, the swimming pool and play area were well-maintained and enjoyable.

    My stay at Luxe Grand Hotel Apartments in Sharjah was enjoyable overall. The location is excellent, offering easy access to both Sharjah and Dubai.     We stayed here and really enjoyed our time.. spacious rooms, complete kitchen appliances, kids had fun in the swimming pool. Thanks to Ms. Khouloud in the reception, she was absolutely nice and helpful. Gave us all the information right away like pool, parking, breakfast, etc. Our transaction with her is really smooth. Deserves commendation.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs.     We had a pleasant stay at the Luxe Apartments. The reception staff (Faroud) were very helpful. Cleaning service could have been slightly better. Location was good for us, however, it’s far from Dubai.

    It was a very nice experience... The flat is very spacious good for a family of 4 to 5.. Prices are very affordable.. Did not get chance to check their pool, gym and kids play area but its said that it is good... Free valet parking... There is also a 24 hr supermarket beside the hotel and Safeer mall is also at a walkable distance... Highly recommended...

    Family friendly, great location for Sharjah and Dubai. Friendly customer service, the staff were great with our boisterous lads everyday which means a lot as parents.The Restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was always good every day. Shame we only discovered just before Ramadan arrived that we could’ve ordered omelette/other items. We stayed here for 3 weeks whilst finding a property when moving to the UAE and we miss our stay. Highlight was Ramadan and the amazing suhoor the hotel gave every morning which was a lovely touch!Spacious 2 bedroom and bathroom apartment, large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Kid friendly and room service was very good. On a few occasions we requested the cleaning/room service (although it’s available daily I believe) it was very good and the cleaners make an effort to check all is okay. Telephone room service was very good and the various staff would help with all our enquiries. Swimming pool was lovely and my older lads made good use of it. Only issue: the towels for the pool area were hard to source at times and the toilets were in the gym which required card access to use which was tricky for my son to do. The kids play area aimed at little ones (although a bit dated) was nice for my toddler and baby and is located in a shaded location.It’s hard to fault anything but I would like to make some helpful suggestions: that the staff are more forthcoming with what’s available eg at breakfast, times for the pool, changes for Ramadan etc. It would have been helpful to have a little tour/explanation on arrival or shortly after as to what’s what so we could make the most of our stay as we were there 3 weeks. Nonetheless we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

    I have been a lot of hotel,but I never seen like this hotel full of facilities like kitchen items, machines and from the small things they provide us.     The hotel is really nice and the Tunisian girl at the reception is honey... As an experience and at an excellent price... If only they would improve breakfast a little, everything would be fine because the only coffee available is the regular kind which is quickly prepared and not good... Other than that, everything is fine and successful.

    My experience was beautiful, honestly I am writing what I saw since I stayed at the hotel, unlike what I read in the comments. Clean rooms, clean corridors, friendly receptionists, especially Fouad, who is Egyptian. I work at night, anything I ask of him, even if it is late at night, he provides it. Also, the girls at the reception [Kholoud] [Rehab] [Zainab] are very cooperative and they provide anything I ask for. God willing, my second visit will be to this hotel

    Excellent stay. I rented a room and a hall for a month. My family and I, and it was excellent in terms of room cleanliness and daily cleaning. There was also a private pool for children and a play area. There was also a 24-hour supermarket. The hospitality, hospitality, and dedication to satisfying guests were evident throughout the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Mr. Tariq. He did everything he could to meet our needs.

    Suitable housing for families, clean and complete, and the staff is responsive to customers. I lived in it from 1-7 to 7/7. All services are close to the place.     Hello, frankly, the hotel is wonderful, the cleanliness and the arrangement in this regard are excellent. Also, as for the staff, I would like to thank William in the dining hall and Amna at the reception. They were very cheerful and helpful with us in anything and with children.     It deserves more than five stars. Fouad Al Masrys hospitality and assistance, and the helpful staff, are truly excellent. Cleanliness and fully equipped. What can I say?
