We got a superior apartment with two bedrooms - 1 queen, 2 singles and a mattress for the den. There is a kitchen with cups for tea, air-con, big bathroom with hot water. The wifi is not great. The Nepalese front desk manager was really nice. It is a bit out of town but near to the airport.

It was a wonderful experience living in Al-Shamal Hotel Houses, in terms of services, the quick response of the staff, the administrative staff and the reception team to the guests, the wonderful treatment, the availability of parking, the level of cleanliness and hospitality amenities, which reflects a wonderful positive image for those coming from outside the region and for the guests.

The location is excellent, near a station and services, and the air conditioning is excellent. We came in the winter, a cold wave, and we turned on the air conditioners at 30. The only drawback is that the mattresses are hard, and no one can sleep on them. I wish they could be replaced..

I lived with them every time I came to Hail. This is almost the sixth time. Imagine that I am standing in front of the hotel now, waiting for someone to come out so I can stay. As God bears witness, I spent two hours waiting next to Herfy. There is no other place.

A very wonderful experience and I recommend it... service, reception, cleanliness and an excellent location for all services and the airport. Its advantage is that the supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy are all not 50 meters from the site.

It is very wonderful and I did not find a single flaw in it. The furniture is so clean that if there were no traces on the wall, I would have thought that Hanna was the first to live in it. The bathroom is clean. The sofas in the hall, the beds, even the rugs right in the bedrooms are very clean. What made me write the review is that the covers are all scented with the scent of incense. Every time I turn over, the smell wafts 😩💛 This indicates that the person supervising the place is interested in the smallest details in it. I hope they remain at the same level and do not change. 👍🏻

Honestly, its a nice thing. We took two rooms with a nice, tidy hall. Theres a TV in the hall and theres a sink with a tea kettle. Its simple, small, and nice. At the same time, its a nice place. Its next to a 24-hour grocery station and next to Herfy, which also opens late. The best feature for me is that its close to the womens departments.

This is my second visit there..Its very, very nice and deserves 5 starsIts clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom is clean, and most importantly, it has a water heater. Also, services are nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, Herfy). I recommend staying there 👍🏻😍♥️♥️♥️
