    My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom lake-view apartment for six months, and it was a truly wonderful experience. It was very spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always attentive to our needs. The apartment was consistently clean and well-maintained, making it feel like home. The lake view was absolutely breathtaking—especially in the early mornings with the fog, and during the winter and rainy days. It added a beautiful cozy touch to the morning. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.

    Ive had the pleasure of calling OAKS Liwa Heights home for over a year now, and it truly is a fantastic place to live. What stands out most is the incredible staff. Their caring, friendly, and helpful nature makes all the difference. A special mention must go to Mr. Pintu, whose cleaning service and attention to everyday small needs are truly appreciated. The maintenance team is also consistently supportive and responsive. Its a real shame that prices have significantly increased over the past two years, as OAKS Liwa offers such a wonderful living experience.

    Wonderful stay you can find each and everything nearby like supermarkets, restaurants etc .Room are very nice with great view. Mainly the staff was very friendly Mr.Sri ram from front desk who helps me with fast check in check out and local information, and quick response from house keeping team when ever I ask for request. Entire stay was very nice and sure will come back again

    Really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Liwa Heights. Great location, welcoming staff and the facilities were suited for what we were looking for. I recommend Oaks Liwa if you are looking for accommodations outside of the busy, downtown area of Dubai. Great access to the metro, tram and Dubai Marina mall as well!

    I stayed in Oaks Liwa for almost two years. It was one of the most comfortable stays in my time in Dubai and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The facilities, the maintenance, and most important, the staff were what made this place so special They truly made this place a home. When I was moving they went out of the way to make the process as pain-free; helping me even at odd hours of the night with working with movers. This place is a hidden gem and its location, rooms, and services are some of the best ive encountered in my stays in Dubais serviced apartment.

    We had a great two-week stay at the Oaks Liwa Heights Hotel. With all the lodging options available in Dubai, it took a while for this place to pop up on my search, but Im really glad it did. Prices here tend to fluctuate a bit, so plan ahead and this place will eventually fall within your budget.The staff here were fantastic. Everyone at reception, maintenance and security made our stay here exceptional and we felt right at home. The hotel amenities were good and the people staffing the pool and gym were very nice and helpful.The apartment includes everything you need for a long stay.A few little things: the washer was a bit worn out and after two weeks, the shower stall was ready for a deeper cleaning. Regardless, it wasnt worth raising a fuss over since theres a great laundromat a short walk away (I hate doing laundry 😅) and the shower was still fine to use. Also, if you rent a vehicle, make sure to go to the front desk if you need to park in the back lot, since parking spaces in front of the hotel are quite limited.Ask for an upper level lake view room. The nighttime views are worth the small extra amount. Theres a lot to explore in the area and JBR is a 15-20 minute walk away.This is an all-around great hotel. I highly recommend it and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

    The Room is excellent, after staying here for just a month , I was not able to choose a rental place because of the service and quality of room at OAKS. The staff is very polite and helpful and goes out of the way to assist. Mr Laxman especially is very helpful with a great persona.I would highly recommend this place for short or long term

    Amazing stay. The kitchen was quite spacious and well equipped. Everything is closeby such as supermarket, metro station, Marina. The service by oaks liwa was quite prompt and nice. Beautiful view of the night skies and the lake.

    Not sure why others complained about reception staff, they were wonderful throughout my 2-week stay and extremely accommodating and polite. The rooms are very spacious and the living room had an entire glass wall so lots of light throughout the day. Tastefully furnished albeit a bit dated. Very comfortable beds, Im a morning person but found it hard to get out of bed. The balcony was accessible from all rooms including the kitchen - perfect to have a quiet breakfast in the shade. I loved their gym - its not large but very thoughtfully equipped for a hotel. The pool was smaller in size than I expected and I dont think I ever saw anyone there during my stay. Excellent amenities although, as others noted, bathroom/kitchen cleaning left a bit to be desired (scale deposits mainly). Overall my favourite business hotel in Dubai. Highly recommended.

    We love this place! Rooms are spacious and airy, quiet and peaceful. Our unit has a view to the city and sunrise is just beautiful each mornings. If you’re vacationing in Dubai for longer days I highly recommend this hotel. The kitchen is equipped with oven and microwave, fridge, washing machine. If you’re not in the mood to cook, there are restaurants all over the area. You can also opt for food delivery using the app Talabat, very efficient and food is always good. They are very generous in providing basic services, the staff are all courteous and friendly. They’ve got hi-speed internet both WiFi and wired so very attractive if you’re working remotely. Easy to visit various places and attractions since it’s near the Shoba Metro Station just 15-20 mins walk as well as the Tramp going to Jumeira Beaches which has a lot of entertainment and various restaurants .

Close to JBR beach and easy to access to Sheikh Zayed Road main highway leading to all areas in Dubai. Also a walking distance to the metro station!

    Perfect hotel/apartment for medium stay in Dubai. Good price, really comfortable apartments and a great and quiet location. I was staying for 6 months and it is my place in Dubai everytime I am staying more than 5 or 6 days. Only problem is that there is 10 min+ walk to the metro station around the lake, not an issue for me but it can be some time consuming.

    Rather than offering typical hotel style rooms, this hotel offers rooms that are like apartments making your stay more comfortable if youre staying for an extended period or you intend to base yourself in the hotel rather than go out all the time.A standard room has a bedroom with ensuite and its own TV, a kitchen, dining area with table, a living area with another TV, sofas and coffee table, and a second toilet. Although its like an apartment, the kitchen is only partially decked out. It has a toaster, kettle, some crockery, drink ware, saucepans, pans, utensils, the odd cooking implements and knife block but theres some things missing like a chopping board, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, tea towels. So you either bring your own or treat it like a hotel room with housekeeping.The TV has a limited selection of free to air television stations, but theres apps that you can sign into with your account as well as YouTube.The fitness centre is run by a proper operator Elevation Fitness so its well decked out and you can have a good workout with weight machines, free weights and some cardio. Theres also a small lap pool and another shallow pool for relaxing in.Breakfast, if you have it included in your stay, is at The Coffee Club which is good but you do have a select menu to choose from. As such, you might be better off searching for your own breakfast, and if you do go to Coffee Club theres still a discount for people who are staying at the Oaks.

    This was a lovely choice to stay in Dubai of you have a car. The location is very nice, apartment was large, bright and spacious and we had lots of food choices very close by. We stayed here with the family and everyone enjoyed it. Bathrooms needed a bit more upkeep but the rooms were great, kitchen was very tidy and beds were comfortable. Recommended!

    Absolutely amazing apartment hotel! The apartments are very spacious, clean, well furnished and have great views! The kitchen is very well equipped with all electronic amenities... Tolietries and kitchen coffee/tea/milk pouches are renewed and refilled daily... The staff is very friendly and are always up on toes for serving to any requests... The check-in and checkout process is very quick.. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby.. Room deliveries can be made as well... There are more than 40 floors in this building and the view from the top is brilliant ! The famous areas of JBR and Marina are not far from here... The whole experience of the stay was really good !
