    Being a Resident of Ajman i stayed in dubai for a week,through Online i picked Pallete Phoenix Hotel,it was rather a pleasent staythe room i got in mezzanine floor was neat and clean,the staff were quite helpful and so was the Securities arranging transport for me,the location is also in such a place,u can go anywhere in dubai from there

    I like hotel stuff, very very friendly employees, helped a lot to us during our stay in Dubai, especially Mr. Adnan Khan and Mr. Ahmad Naveed. Rooms are clean, near you can find a lot of not expensive cafes, shops, airport is very close to the hotel.

    Well. You get what you pay for. The only thing I liked about this hotel are their 2 hoteliers, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Khan. Both accommodated my needs like helping me with transportation when that isnt at all part of their service. The woman at the front desk should fix her attitude. At first she isnt likeable. No greetings at all. Seemed grumpy. But I liked her when I checked out because she smiled and greeted. The rooms smelled like cigarettes as well.

    Amazing given the budget. Located in the heart of the city - Deira, walkable distance you get everything. Metro/bus is pretty walkable, day to day shopping is real good, almost at a snap of your finger.I missed to enjoy the food though as the restaurant is resuming post COVID. Very soon we’ll have the in-house food too. Price is the BEST facto I’d say.Never miss the people front. Lovely people, very helpful, kind and understanding. I had amazing time, felt like I’m not much away from home 😁

    No bars or spa in the hotel, good for family, 10 to 15 mins walk to union metro station which have an access to both red line and green line metro station. Services are ok ok.

    I have stayed in this hotel for 9 nights with my family.For us, we havent came across any bad experiences during the stay.The staff were friendly and was always willing to help us.The rooms are not as big as it seems in the pictures and the streets are all filled with traders as well as the roads are narrow.Other than the above, things went quite well for us.Recommended for those who are looking for a comfort stay for a decent pay!!

    Nice hotel, not too expensive. Almost turned away the first day because they gave us different price from what is seen on their sites as other booking websites . However one of their bellboy Shrinavas came to our rescue, helped us negotiate better prices. We got a good bargain for 8 nights and the guy assisted us throughtout with transport and made our stay comfortable.

    Staff are friendly, every time I go dubai with my husband we always book here. Hussle free. And because we feel comfortable with the hotel and staff even sometimes its far from our real destination we end up staying in Phoenix hotel. 😂 But no regrets in terms of trust. Ill keeping coming here in the near future. Thanks Phoenix hotel and staff
