Stayed there for for 3 night and it was a very bad time! not a good hotel at all.no brush! no tooth paste! no shoes! no prper towel!one of the worst hotel ive ever gone!too strong smell!NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERold building!very poor breakfast.

Better than i thought but still some issues. No issues with the wifi, and air conditioning. However, there was a problem with the electricity, but after some fixing by an engineer, its all good now. Rooftop pool was nice, especially since it wasnt too busy (only person at times). Stunning view of dubai from up top. Friendly staff and reception. Location is ok- not the best. Rooms clean. Didnt like the 100aed cleaning fee and tax for two night, on top of what i already paid.

My boyfriend and I had the most incredible experience at the Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa in Dubai! From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby, we were treated like royalty. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.Our room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.The spa was an absolute highlight of our trip! We indulged in a couples’ massage, and it was pure bliss. The serene atmosphere and skilled therapists made it one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had.Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a culinary delight. Every meal was a masterpiece, and the variety of international cuisine options left us spoilt for choice. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was divine!The location is fantastic, too—close to many of Dubais iconic attractions yet still a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.We couldn’t have asked for a more romantic and rejuvenating getaway. I have stayed here several times over past 6 years. Reflections is better now than several years ago but the staff are always friendly and helpful. Manager Ishak is attentive and courteous and staff are great.Dubai has gotten extremely expensive during winter months and value for Money Reflections is clean and great location for metro , airport and they have added CNN on television in English. I wouldn’t want to sit in the room 4 days only due to size of room but it is clean and functions great as a base to explore Dubai or quick overnight close to airport. Great value.

But they need to improve housekeeping services only housekeeping service is very poor. We stayed here from Feb 17th to Feb 28th. We had a great and comfortable stay. Everything was in order. Room service little weak, when we talk to management then service went smooth. Special thanks to all reception staff and Deinesh, Deepak Ishak, and two other people including two ladies. Sorry I am unable to recollect all names. The hotel is at a great location close to attractions. Plenty of restaurants around including supermarket.Jonica and Moon are so nice and well take care of customers. They are well in service. I was so skeptical at first that my agent booked this hotel because when i searched it on google it had more bad reviews than good. Till i reached the hotel i was so worried as my 6 night stay would turn into a bad experience...but the hotel is not at all bad..i dont know where those negative reviews came from or what the experienced previously...but i had a nice stay and the service is also good. The rooms were not spacious but had all the amenities including a bath tub. The prices fluctuate but u can get it a decent value.

It is a treat value for money since you would not get a 4 star hotel at this rate. However, the rooms may have termites or cockroaches. The hotel is well located in the middle of the city. Downtown Dubai and old Dubai are both very accessible as long as you have a car. The hotel has quite a few restaurants nearby. Has a supermarket in the next building. Staff is friendly. But they do bother you at check out time so bear that in mind. Over all good value for money. We stayed for almost a month and were visiting for business.

Its a good hotel with a convenient location. The staff were friendly and cooperative. One down side is that the place seems a bit dull and gives a sad vibe, maybe it was me. Also my room had glass between the room and the toilet rather than a wall, soooo wont comment on that that but just a heads up. PS I havent seen all the room so maybe that was a room for couples 🤔 🤣

Hotel is simply amazing, starting from staff, decor & simplicity.Staff was very co-operative and humble at the same time.Inspite being budget hotel it provides you with everything essential for your stay and no additional charge for it.You have basement parking.Metro station is around 1.8km , supermarket is just next to hotel. It will be more convenient if you have your own vehicle.Cherry on top is Burj Khalifa view, try to get road side room.Even in-house dinning is quite affordable.Covid protocols are followed strictly.I would surely recommend this hotel to have fantastic experience. It is truly a REFLECTION of the best.

One of the best experience for having to organize a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my husband at the Fusion Restaurant with Vimal, Sudhir & team. Very accommodating, flexible and prompt with their information & services. Excellent hospitality and amazing food where all the guests complimented the quality and quantity of space, food and tools. Thanks to Vimal who encouraged me to look into options and taking a very wise decision in terms of booking and hosting the event at Reflections Hotel, Jaddaf...Great going team and management. My review in many different aspects:Location; its so far from my place in albarshaa it took me almost 30 minutes to reach there I think its better to spend all day there. At noon I was at the outlet village but next time I would go in the morning so I can be at the park as it opens.Price: 150 for the admission and the show (jan ...) its good although I speak no Urdu but I really enjoyed the showBut maybe I would prefer if they have told its will be in Urdu.Website: not informative at all of what the park is, people reviews helped me allot.Parking: after 6:00 p.m free in the visitors area while in VIP its 150 DurhamI prefer the visitors parking for 20 Durham then I reach the park by the tram so I can take an idea about the other parks.*** there are many restaurants, and small shopsSadly it close so early at 10:00 p.m.
