My friends and I had a wonderful time at this hotel.The location was central, the buffet breakfast had a large selection of delicious food and drinks, the spa, sauna and pool was refreshing after a long business day, the gym facilities were top class, our room was clean, spacious and super comfortable, the beautiful greenery and design in the hotel foyer was stunning. We even had the luxury of live relaxing music from a talented woman playing harp and other classical instruments during breakfast and waiting in the foyer.Everything about this hotel was amazing but the standout was the fantastic service we received from all the staff members. They were all so friendly and welcoming and did their very best to make sure we had a lovely stay. Dixon, Jack, Albert and Shirley were some of the staff that are truly worth their weight in gold. There were some others but I couldn’t remember all their names.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guangzhou.

This was the best hotel i’ve stayed in so far, and i’ve been to a lot of hotels!The decor is amazing, absolutely stunning and makes you feel like you’re in a world beyond first class. From the lobby to the corridors to your room. If that’s not enough, the service is fantastic. Plenty of available staff to help you with luggage and shopping as soon as your taxi arrives. They’re like your own personal assistants, quickly running to the door to make sure you don’t have to open it yourself, that’s the hotel door and the car door lol. 2 for each door 😂. Opening the boot, taking everything out and carrying it up to your room. Every time you arrive back for the night. Lol amazing. I had like 6 staff helping me at one point. All super friendly, remember your room number and some your name. The currency exchange rates at the hotel are at spot prices so another really good bonus.Breakfast was amazing, they even serve caviar on your eggs benedict. I’d say it’s on the smaller side however it was a high end selection including the standard eggs and raman stations.Wechat and didi taxi were the 2 apps i didnt prepare for, but the staff made sure everything was sorted out so i didnt even notice the inconvenience it would have caused. They even went out of their way to ask me what kind of shopping i wanted, luxury goods, cheap goods, fake luxury goods haha, so understanding and just brilliant all over.This experience alone has made me sign up to the jumeirah chain to explore more of their exquisite hotels.

The most stunning hotel. The decor of the room is insane! Everything was high tech. The rooms are located on and above the 50th floor so the views are above many other buildings in the city which makes it breathtaking!The hotel is also connected to a shopping complex with Michelin star restaurants and shops.Definitely great value for money

Luxury hotel . Clean and quiet. Very well managed and maintained. Good ambience. Good location. Well equipped rooms, clean , good mattress and pillows. Good hotel facilities swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants , Cafe. Good business lounge. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to commercial area.

Hi , Very nice stay, we came for business purposes in Guangzhou..very Good service ..Starting from the reservation Abby yangShe help us alot for reservation and arrange airport pickup ...Then at the hotel the lobby staff Jason is absolutely good service,his behavior,customer service very good..And the lobby supervisor .i dont know his name.he was co ordination for all things is very goodOverall 10/10 .

I stayed 10 days in Jumeirah living resort and in these days I met some of the best lobbyists who helped in some personal issues, I would like to thank Mr Wind and also my friend Raco (sorry if I spell it wrong ) it was a great journey and nice to meet u guys

Spectacular 5-star hotel in the heart of Guangzhous financial district.Very complete service and impeccable reception.The hall already indicates what the rest of the hotel will be like.The rooms are very complete, without much noise and, the most spectacular, the views: from the 55th floor you can see the square and the skyscrapers from a privileged position while you work or have a coffee.At the bar they treated us very well and one day when we arrived quite late for work, they provided us with a dinner with the room service menu.

Great room, great location.Ive never had such a view from a room. The only problem was that the staff didnt speak English, and the service in the restaurants/bars and reception wasnt up to the mark for a hotel of this kind. Employees need better training on how to properly work in the service department.
